Abstract

本发明公开了一种可密封门缝的防火门，其特征在于包括门体、门框、密封条。所述门体包括2个伸缩开关。所述门框包括沟槽。所述门框、所述门体为碳纤维板，且所述门体与所述门框外侧涂有隔绝传导型隔热涂料。所述密封条在某一方向上的横截面呈“L”型或“T”型，且所述密封条与所述沟槽匹配的一端为网状结构，其内部包括气体过滤器。本发明提供的这种可密封门缝的防火门，所述密封条与所述沟槽形成密封结构，既可防止起火时火势通过门缝蔓延到家中或外面，又可过滤燃烧产生的有毒气体。所述门框、门体的材料为碳纤维板，碳纤维板融化温度为铁制门体融化温度的双倍，其既可可弥补木质门体易燃的不足，又可弥补铁制门体不耐久烧的不足。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火门，主要涉及一种可密封的防火门。
背景技术
门，按照其用途可分为室内门与室外门两大类。室内门是指安装在室内房间入口的门，室外门则是指入户门、进户门。
室外门是用于阻隔外界与自家的一道门，室外门一般都要求其安全性能高，安全性能主要包括防盗性能与防火性能。现今的防盗门品种繁多，防盗性能好，但是防火门一般只设在楼梯通道处，每家每户所使用的室外门都只具备防盗性能而不具备防火性能，这便导致当居民区某一住户家起火时，火势蔓延块、受伤人员多，存在不足。
现有的楼梯通道处的防火门，都只具备有不易着火的性能，但是却不具备密封性能。并且家居室外门，为了美观许多人家选择的都是木质门体，一旦着火危险系数特别高，一些居民为安全起见选用不锈钢或铁制门体，这类门体虽不易着火，但是一旦起火门体卡住就会别的极难打开，近年来经常出现消防员无法破门救人的新闻，存在严重不足。
发明内容
为解决以上问题，本发明提供一种可密封门缝的防火门，其特征在于包括门体、门框、密封条。
所述门体包括2个伸缩开关；
所述门框包括沟槽；
所述门体为碳纤维板，且所述门体为中空型；所述密封条位于所述门体内，所述密封条为不易燃胶条，且所述密封条与所述伸缩开关相连；2个所述伸缩开关贯穿所述门体，且2个所述伸缩开关分别位于所述门体的两侧面；所述沟槽绕所述门框一圈，且所述沟槽与所述密封条相匹配。
较佳的，所述门体与所述门框外侧涂有隔绝传导型隔热涂料，这种隔热涂料，厚度为5—20mm，可防止火灾时，所述门体因温度过高而会烫伤开关门人员，便于逃生或救援人员开关门。
较佳的，所述密封条在某一方向上的横截面呈“L”型或“T”型，且所述密封条与所述沟槽匹配的一端为网状结构，其内部包括气体过滤器，所述气体过滤器可对有毒气体进行过滤，防止人员中毒。
较佳的，所述气体过滤器包括两层活性炭、胶条；所述胶条夹于所述的两层活性炭之间，当有气体接触到活性炭时，会对有毒气体进行过滤，所述胶条则是保证密封。若所述胶条损坏时，两层所述活性炭则可对气体进行过滤，防止有毒气体直接进入。
较佳的，所述门框还包括防火泥；所述防火泥位于所述沟槽内一圈，所述门框为碳纤维板。
本发明提供的这种可密封门缝的防火门，所述密封条与所述沟槽形成密封结构，既可防止起火时火势通过门缝蔓延到家中或外面，又可过滤燃烧产生的有毒气体。所述门框、门体的材料为碳纤维板，碳纤维板融化温度为铁制门体融化温度的双倍，其既可可弥补木质门体易燃的不足，又可弥补铁制门体不耐久烧的不足。隔热涂料可以防止门体的温度过高，便于起火时触碰门体，可防止温度过高的门体烫伤搜救人员或逃生人员。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种可密封门缝的防火门，其特征在于包括门体、门框4、4个密封条1。
所述门体包括2个伸缩开关2；
所述门框4包括沟槽3；
所述门体为碳纤维板，且所述门体为中空型；所述密封条1位于所述门体内，所述密封条1为不易燃胶条，且所述密封条1与所述伸缩开关2相连；2个所述伸缩开关2贯穿所述门体，且2个所述伸缩开关2分别位于所述门体的两侧面，不论火灾发生于室内还是室外，都便于逃生人员关门按下与其位于同一空间的所述伸缩开关2。所述沟槽3绕所述门框4一圈，且所述沟槽3与所述密封条1相匹配。
所述门体与所述门框4外侧涂有隔绝传导型隔热涂料，这种隔热涂料，厚度为5—20mm，可防止火灾时，所述门体因温度过高而会烫伤开关门人员，便于逃生或救援人员开关门。
所述密封条1在某一方向上的横截面呈“L”型或“T”型，且所述密封条1与所述沟槽3匹配的一端为网状结构，其内部包括气体过滤器，所述气体过滤器可对有毒气体进行过滤，防止人员中毒。
所述气体过滤器包括两层活性炭、胶条；所述胶条夹于所述的两层活性炭之间，当有气体接触到活性炭时，会对有毒气体进行过滤，所述胶条则是保证密封。若所述胶条损坏时，两层所述活性炭则可对气体进行过滤，防止有毒气体直接进入。
所述门框4还包括防火泥；所述防火泥位于所述沟槽3内一圈，所述门框4为碳纤维板。

1.一种可密封门缝的防火门，其特征在于包括门体、门框、密封条；
所述门体包括2个伸缩开关；
所述门框包括沟槽；
所述门体为碳纤维板，且所述门体为中空型；所述密封条位于所述门体内，所述密封条为不易燃胶条，且所述密封条与所述伸缩开关相连；2个所述伸缩开关贯穿所述门体，且2个所述伸缩开关分别位于所述门体的两侧面；所述沟槽绕所述门框一圈，且所述沟槽与所述密封条相匹配。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的可密封门缝的防火门，其特征在于所述门体与所述门框外侧涂有隔绝传导型隔热涂料。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的可密封门缝的防火门，其特征在于所述密封条在某一方向上的横截面呈“L”型或“T”型，且所述密封条与所述沟槽匹配的一端为网状结构，其内部包括气体过滤器。
4.根据权利要求3中所述的可密封门缝的防火门，其特征在于所述气体过滤器包括两层活性炭、胶条；所述胶条夹于所述的两层活性炭之间。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的可密封门缝的防火门，其特征在于所述门框还包括防火泥；所述防火泥位于所述沟槽内一圈；所述门框为碳纤维板。
