Abstract

本发明涉及一种仿针织面料及其制造方法,其特征在于:经纱为40英支纯棉纱,纬纱为一根40英支纯棉纱与一根12英支纯棉纱或16英支纯棉纱包70D氨纶丝交替排列,经密130或100根/英寸,纬密90或80根/英寸;制造步骤为经纬纱线准备、织造、后整理获得仿针织面料。本发明面料手感柔软、蓬松保暖、舒适性好。

技术领域
 本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体公开一种仿针织面料及其制造方法。
背景技术
    随着人民生活水平的不断提高,消费观念的不断更新,人们对纺织类产品的消费要求越来越高。纺织物保暖、舒适、质地柔软已是广大消费者的追求,为满足广大客户的需求,各式各样纺织物走向市场。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为解决以上问题提供一种手感柔软、蓬松保暖、舒适性好的仿针织面料及其制造方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:
仿针织面料,经纱为40英支纯棉纱,纬纱为一根40英支纯棉纱与一根12英支纯棉纱交替排列,经密130根/英寸,纬密90根/英寸。
上述仿针织面料的制造方法包括如下步骤:
a、经纬纱线准备:经染色、浆纱获得生产所需经纬纱线,包括40英支纯棉纱、12英支纯棉纱;
b、织造:确定经纬纱线排列方式,绘制纹板图,确定穿综方法和穿筘方法,用剑杆织机进行织造形成坯布;
c、后整理:将坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、丝光、定型、空气洗、预缩得仿针织面料。
进一步地,所述后整理步骤中定型工序采用柔软剂SS浓度为20g/L,中和酸浓度为1g/L,车速为50m/min,烘房温度为120℃*10,落布湿度为5%,料槽轧车压力为30N/20N,结合ARIO机器上进行空气洗,主风机风量为90%,下风机风量为60%,车速10~15m/min,温度为120~130℃,时间为20~30s,宽度为120cm。
本发明所采用的另一种技术方案是这样的:
仿针织面料,经纱为40英支纯棉纱,纬纱为40英支纯棉纱与16英支纯棉纱包70D氨纶丝交替排列,经密100根/英寸,纬密80根/英寸。
所述面料中70D氨纶丝含量为1~5%,余量为棉。
上述仿针织面料的制造方法包括如下步骤:
a、经纬纱线准备:经染色、浆纱获得生产所需经纬纱线,包括40英支纯棉纱、16英支纯棉纱包70D氨纶丝;
b、织造:确定经纬纱线排列方式,绘制纹板图,确定穿综方法和穿筘方法,用剑杆织机进行织造形成坯布;
c、后整理:将坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、预定、高温定型、柔软、空气洗、预缩得仿针织面料。
进一步地,所述后整理步骤中预定工序扩幅150cm,中和酸3g/L。
进一步地,所述后整理步骤中高温定型工序控制烘房温度为200℃*10,车速为20m/min,扩幅为146cm。
进一步地,所述后整理步骤中柔软工序采用柔软剂SS浓度为10g/L,中和酸浓度为1g/L,车速为60m/min,烘房温度为120℃*10,落布湿度为5%,料槽轧车压力为30N/20N,结合ARIO机器上进行空气洗,主风机风量为90%,下风机风量为60%,车速为10~15m/min,温度为120~130℃,时间为20~30s,宽度为120cm。
综上所述,由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、面料手感柔软,穿着舒适性强。
2、面料蓬松保暖舒适性好类似针织面料。

具体实施方式
实施例1
仿针织面料,经纱为40英支纯棉纱,纬纱为一根40英支纯棉纱与一根12英支纯棉纱交替排列,经密130根/英寸,纬密90根/英寸。
上述仿针织面料的制造方法包括如下步骤:
a、经纬纱线准备:经染色、浆纱获得生产所需经纬纱线,包括40英支纯棉纱、12英支纯棉纱;
b、织造:确定经纬纱线排列方式,绘制纹板图(如图1所示),确定穿综方法和穿筘方法,用剑杆织机进行织造形成坯布;
c、后整理:将坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、丝光、定型、空气洗、预缩得仿针织面料。
所述后整理步骤中定型工序采用柔软剂SS浓度为20g/L,中和酸浓度为1g/L,车速为50m/min,烘房温度为120℃*10,落布湿度为5%,料槽轧车压力为30N/20N,结合ARIO机器上进行空气洗,主风机风量为90%,下风机风量为60%,车速10~15m/min,温度为120~130℃,时间为20~30s,宽度为120cm。其他工序均为常规。
成品面料蓬松、触感舒适,内在质量测试数据(GB测试标准):
经纬密126/93,克重208g/m2 ,经向拉伸强力452.96N,纬向拉伸强力447.04N,经向撕破强力>5000g,纬向撕破强力4002g,接缝滑移定100N,经向开口3.7mm,纬向开口4.8mm,门幅57.8英寸,缩水率:经向-1.1%,纬向-1.6%,pH值6.13。
实施例2
仿针织面料,经纱为40英支纯棉纱,纬纱为40英支纯棉纱与16英支纯棉纱包70D氨纶丝交替排列,经密100根/英寸,纬密80根/英寸。
所述面料中70D氨纶丝含量为1~5%,余量为棉。
上述仿针织面料的制造方法包括如下步骤:
a、经纬纱线准备:经染色、浆纱获得生产所需经纬纱线,包括40英支纯棉纱、16英支纯棉纱包70D氨纶丝;
b、织造:确定经纬纱线排列方式,绘制纹板图(如图2所示),确定穿综方法和穿筘方法,用剑杆织机进行织造形成坯布;
c、后整理:将坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、预定、高温定型、柔软、空气洗、预缩得仿针织面料。
所述后整理步骤中预定工序扩幅150cm,中和酸3g/L;高温定型工序控制烘房温度为200℃*10,车速为20m/min,扩幅为146cm;柔软工序采用柔软剂SS浓度为10g/L,中和酸浓度为1g/L,车速为60m/min,烘房温度为120℃*10,落布湿度为5%,料槽轧车压力为30N/20N,结合ARIO机器上进行空气洗,主风机风量为90%,下风机风量为60%,车速为10~15m/min,温度为120~130℃,时间为20~30s,宽度为120cm。其他工序均为常规。
成品面料手感更为柔软、面料蓬松保暖舒适性好类似针织面料;
内在质量测试数据(GB测试标准):经纬密101/82,克重179g/m2 ,经向拉伸强力256.3N,纬向拉伸强力373.4N,接缝滑移定100N,经向3.3mm,纬向5.4mm,门幅56.4英寸,缩水率:经向-1.4%,纬向-2.0%,pH值5.34。

Claims (9)

1.仿针织面料,其特征在于:经纱为40英支纯棉纱,纬纱为一根40英支纯棉纱与一根12英支纯棉纱交替排列,经密130根/英寸,纬密90根/英寸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿针织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a、经纬纱线准备:经染色、浆纱获得生产所需经纬纱线,包括40英支纯棉纱、12英支纯棉纱;
b、织造:确定经纬纱线排列方式,绘制纹板图,确定穿综方法和穿筘方法,用剑杆织机进行织造形成坯布;
c、后整理:将坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、丝光、定型、空气洗、预缩得仿针织面料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的仿针织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述后整理步骤中定型工序采用柔软剂SS浓度为20g/L,中和酸浓度为1g/L,车速为50m/min,烘房温度为120℃*10,落布湿度为5%,料槽轧车压力为30N/20N,结合ARIO机器上进行空气洗,主风机风量为90%,下风机风量为60%,车速10~15m/min,温度为120~130℃,时间为20~30s,宽度为120cm。
4.仿针织面料,其特征在于:经纱为40英支纯棉纱,纬纱为40英支纯棉纱与16英支纯棉纱包70D氨纶丝交替排列,经密100根/英寸,纬密80根/英寸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的仿针织面料,其特征在于:所述面料中70D氨纶丝含量为1~5%,余量为棉。
6.根据权利要求4所述的仿针织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a、经纬纱线准备:经染色、浆纱获得生产所需经纬纱线,包括40英支纯棉纱、16英支纯棉纱包70D氨纶丝;
b、织造:确定经纬纱线排列方式,绘制纹板图,确定穿综方法和穿筘方法,用剑杆织机进行织造形成坯布;
c、后整理:将坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、预定、高温定型、柔软、空气洗、预缩得仿针织面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的仿针织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述后整理步骤中预定工序扩幅150cm,中和酸3g/L。
8.根据权利要求6所述的仿针织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述后整理步骤中高温定型工序控制烘房温度为200℃*10,车速为20m/min,扩幅为146cm。
9.根据权利要求6所述的仿针织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述后整理步骤中柔软工序采用柔软剂SS浓度为10g/L,中和酸浓度为1g/L,车速为60m/min,烘房温度为120℃*10,落布湿度为5%,料槽轧车压力为30N/20N,结合ARIO机器上进行空气洗,主风机风量为90%,下风机风量为60%,车速为10~15m/min,温度为120~130℃,时间为20~30s,宽度为120cm。
