Abstract
干式复合蒸煮包装材料,属于包装材料技术领域。本发明为了解决现有的铝箔复合膜柔软性差、不透明、不便于抽真空、粘结不牢固的问题。干式复合蒸煮包装材料包括外复合膜、内复合膜和网格状第三粘结剂层,外复合膜包括BOPET聚酯膜、第一粘结剂层和APET遮光膜,内复合膜包括PA聚酰胺膜、PET聚酯薄膜、EVOH阻隔层、PVDC阻气性膜和三层第二粘结剂层;BOPET聚酯膜和APET遮光膜由上至下通过第一粘结剂层干式复合在一起,PA聚酰胺膜、PET聚酯薄膜、EVOH阻隔层和PVDC阻气性膜相邻两层间通过第二粘结剂层干式复合在一起;外复合膜和内复合膜间通过涂覆网格状第三粘结剂层连接在一起,外复合膜和内复合膜空隙间抽真空。本发明尤其适合肉类、豆制品的包装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装材料,具体涉及一种干式复合蒸煮包装材料,属于包装材料技术领域。
背景技术
高温蒸煮袋是一种能进行加热处理的复合塑料薄膜袋,它具有罐头容器和耐沸水塑料袋两者的优点。食品可在袋内原封不动,经过高温(一般在120~135℃)杀菌加热,取出便可食用。经过十多年的使用证明,它是一种理想的销售包装容器。适合肉类、豆制品的包装,方便、卫生又实用,并能很好的保持食品原有的风味,较为消费者青睐。
二十世纪60年代,美国为了解决宇航食物的包装而发明了铝塑复合膜,用它包装肉食品,通过高温高压杀菌,可在常温之下存放,保质期长达1年以上。铝塑复合膜的作用类似罐头盒,柔软、质轻,因此得名软罐头。目前,在常温下存放保质期较长的肉食品,如使用硬包装容器,还是选用马口铁罐和玻璃瓶;如使用软包装,几乎全部采用铝塑复合膜等。
铝塑复合膜为层压复合多层膜,典型结构是表层/胶黏剂/铝箔/胶黏剂/热封层(CPP)。该包装膜的优点是具有美丽的外观和良好的机械性能、高阻隔性能、耐高温蒸煮性能和优良的卫生性,且质轻、柔软,因此被广泛用于各种食品的包装。但也存在一些缺陷,如铝箔质地硬脆,与塑料薄膜相比柔软性不太好等。
为了延长肉食品的保质期,耐高温蒸煮的肉食品均采用抽真空贴体包装。铝箔复合材料在抽真空时,由于铝箔的柔软性不够,很难完全贴在内容物上,容易造成包装袋内空气抽不干净,影响到食品的保存。因此,作肉制品包装使用铝箔时厚度不能太高。但又因为它的阻隔性取决于厚度和加工水平,当厚度较小时容易出现大量的针孔,所以用于耐储存的肉食品的包装,铝箔的厚度又不能太薄;如铝箔太薄,铝箔复合膜在经过抽真空后还会形成许多皱褶,进而极易产生裂纹,造成阻隔性的丧失。因此,铝箔的厚度、阻隔性、柔软性始终是困扰铝箔复合膜应用的三个矛盾。
从市场方面看,铝箔复合膜包装食品因不透明而使消费者看不到内装物的色和形,不利于消费者购买,加上有些生产厂家利用铝塑复合膜不透明掩盖产品的缺陷,甚至弄虚作假,坑害消费者。因此,消费者大多选择完全透明的包装,而不选择不透明的铝塑复合膜包装,造成这种包装的食品销售不畅。铝塑复合包装不能用微波加热,与塑料薄膜相比价格较贵,这些都影响到铝塑复合膜的应用。因此食品加工业一直希望包装材料工艺能够提供一种既全透明,又能耐高温蒸煮的包装材料替代铝塑复合膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种干式复合蒸煮包装材料,以解决现有的铝箔复合膜柔软性差、不透明、不便于抽真空、粘结不牢固的问题。
本发明为了解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
本发明的干式复合蒸煮包装材料,包括外复合膜、内复合膜和网格状第三粘结剂层,所述外复合膜包括BOPET聚酯膜、第一粘结剂层和APET遮光膜,内复合膜包括PA聚酰胺膜、PET聚酯薄膜、EVOH阻隔层、PVDC阻气性膜和三层第二粘结剂层;所述BOPET聚酯膜和APET遮光膜由上至下通过第一粘结剂层干式复合在一起,所述PA聚酰胺膜、PET聚酯薄膜、EVOH阻隔层和PVDC阻气性膜由上至下排布,相邻两层间通过第二粘结剂层干式复合在一起;所述外复合膜和内复合膜间通过涂覆网格状第三粘结剂层连接在一起,外复合膜和内复合膜空隙间抽真空。
本发明通过改变蒸煮包装材料的层叠结构,将作为核心结构层的铝箔替换为PVDC阻气性膜,增强了蒸煮包装材料的阻隔性能,由于PVDC具有较强的收缩性能,从而也增强了蒸煮包装材料的柔软性,便于抽真空处理,抽真空过程中产生的褶皱也不会导致蒸煮包装材料的破损。另外本发明的蒸煮包装材料的层叠结构均为透明材质,消费者看得到内装物的色和形,利于消费者购买,蒸煮包装材料能用微波加热,便用使用。再者本发明是通过粘结剂将各层结构干式复合在一起,各层之间粘结更牢固。为了使蒸煮包装材料具有较强的阻隔性能,本发明除了在核心结构层PVDC阻气性膜的一侧设置EVOH阻隔层,还增加了PET聚酯薄膜。最后本发明还增加了BOPET聚酯膜作为印刷基膜,便于后续的印刷贴标。本发明还增加了遮光膜,用于防止包装袋内的物品因光照等原因发生变质。
优选的:所述PET聚酯薄膜上加工有网孔。如此设置,在保证蒸煮包装材料整体阻隔性的同时增加了蒸煮包装材料的延展性。
优选的:所述网孔的形状为菱形。如此设置,包装膜的整体延展性更强。
优选的:所述干式复合蒸煮包装材料的厚度为510~530μm。如此设置,满足了蒸煮包装材料的强度要求。
优选的:所述PVDC阻气性膜的厚度为70~90μm。如此设置,在满足阻气性的同时延展性更好。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下效果:本发明通过改变蒸煮包装材料的层叠结构,将作为核心结构层的铝箔替换为PVDC阻气性膜,增强了蒸煮包装材料的阻隔性能,由于PVDC具有较强的收缩性能,从而也增强了蒸煮包装材料的柔软性,便于抽真空处理,抽真空过程中产生的褶皱也不会导致蒸煮包装材料的破损。另外本发明的蒸煮包装材料的层叠结构均为透明材质,消费者看得到内装物的色和形,利于消费者购买,蒸煮包装材料能用微波加热,便用使用。再者本发明是通过粘结剂将各层结构干式复合在一起,各层之间粘结更牢固。为了使蒸煮包装材料具有较强的阻隔性能,本发明还增加了PET聚酯薄膜。最后本发明还增加了BOPET聚酯膜作为印刷基膜,便于后续的印刷贴标。本发明还增加了遮光膜,用于防止包装袋内的物品因光照等原因发生变质。利用PVDC的阻气性(阻气性能不随湿度的变化而变化,即使高湿环境也不会引起产品变质), 能够延缓食品氧化变质现象的发生,大大延长产品货架期,同时能够避免内装物的香味散失和防止外部不良气味的侵入;利用PVDC的阻湿性,能够防止产品发生失水变干、口感变差的现象,不会因产品吸水而损伤蒸煮包装材料原型,防止定量制品发生自然损耗(失重);利用蒸煮包装材料低渗透性,可防止香味损失,而且不吸收残余气味和不正常味道,可以保证气味的完整性(在包装低脂肪或高蛋白食品时这一点尤为重要)。本发明的蒸煮包装材料可在3个大气压条件下耐120℃高温蒸煮30min,本发明还具有柔软性好,热封性优良,无毒无味,耐油性好,耐腐蚀性好的优点。本发明的蒸煮包装材料尤其适合肉类、豆制品的包装。

下面根据附图详细阐述本发明优选的实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明所述干式复合蒸煮包装材料包括外复合膜、内复合膜和网格状第三粘结剂层9,所述外复合膜包括BOPET聚酯膜1、第一粘结剂层7和APET遮光膜2,内复合膜包括PA聚酰胺膜3、PET聚酯薄膜4、EVOH阻隔层5、PVDC阻气性膜6和三层第二粘结剂层8;所述BOPET聚酯膜1和APET遮光膜2由上至下通过第一粘结剂层7干式复合在一起,所述PA聚酰胺膜3、PET聚酯薄膜4、EVOH阻隔层5和PVDC阻气性膜6由上至下排布,相邻两层间通过第二粘结剂层8干式复合在一起;所述外复合膜和内复合膜间通过涂覆网格状第三粘结剂层9连接在一起,外复合膜和内复合膜空隙间抽真空。所述PET聚酯薄膜上加工有网孔。所述网孔的形状为菱形。所述干式复合蒸煮包装材料的厚度为510~530μm。所述PVDC阻气性膜的厚度为70~90μm。

1. 干式复合蒸煮包装材料,其特征在于:包括外复合膜、内复合膜和网格状第三粘结剂层(9),所述外复合膜包括BOPET聚酯膜(1)、第一粘结剂层(7)和APET遮光膜(2),内复合膜包括PA聚酰胺膜(3)、PET聚酯薄膜(4)、EVOH阻隔层(5)、PVDC阻气性膜(6)和三层第二粘结剂层(8);所述BOPET聚酯膜(1)和APET遮光膜(2)由上至下通过第一粘结剂层(7)干式复合在一起,所述PA聚酰胺膜(3)、PET聚酯薄膜(4)、EVOH阻隔层(5)和PVDC阻气性膜(6)由上至下排布,相邻两层间通过第二粘结剂层(8)干式复合在一起;所述外复合膜和内复合膜间通过涂覆网格状第三粘结剂层(9)连接在一起,外复合膜和内复合膜空隙间抽真空。
