一种电梯导轨切割装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电梯导轨的切割装置。
背景技术
电梯是一种以电动机为动力的垂直升降机,装有箱状吊舱,用于多层建筑乘人或载运货物;服务于规定楼层的固定式升降设备。它具有一个轿厢,运行在至少两列垂直的或倾斜角小于15°的刚性导轨之间。轿厢尺寸与结构形式便于乘客出入或装卸货物。
电梯的导轨在生产加工中,由于是连续生产成型,因此,需要进行切割。然而,现有的切割操作复杂,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种结构简单,方便操作,提高工作效率的电梯导轨切割装置。
本发明的技术方案是:包括传输机构和切割机构,所述传输机构包括输送轨道和若干传送辊,若干所述传送辊设在所述输送轨道上,所述输送轨道依次包括输入段、切割段和输出段;
所述切割机构包括一对切割机,一对所述切割机分别设在所述切割段的两端,所述输送轨道上分别设有用于切割的切割位;
所述切割机水平活动连接在所述输送轨道的一侧;
所述输出段的前端设有用于停止传送辊且启动切割机动作的感应器。
所述切割机的下方设有滑轮,所述滑轮的下方设有滑轨,所述切割机的后端设有液压推杆用于推动切割机水平活动。
还包括时间传感器,所述时间传感器用于控制所述感应器动作。
所述输送轨道包括一对可移动的工作台,所述传送辊设在一对所述工作台之间。
本发明在工作中,轧制出的导轨经过输入段和切割段传送至切割机位置处,切割段的后端安装有感应器,当导轨输送至该位置处,即停止全部传送机构,开启切割机进行切割,在切割完毕后,关闭感应器再启动切割段和输出段的传送辊,间隔若干秒后再开启感应装置和输入端和切割段的传送辊,从而完成一个切割循环。本发明操作简便,提高了导轨切割的可靠性。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1-2所示,包括传输机构1和切割机构2,所述传输机构1包括输送轨道11和若干传送辊12,若干所述传送辊12设在所述输送轨道11上,所述输送轨道11依次包括输入段111、切割段112和输出段113;
所述切割机构2包括一对切割机20,一对所述切割机20分别设在所述切割段112的两端,所述输送轨道11上分别设有用于切割的切割位114(即切割空位,便于切割机的切割);
所述切割机20水平活动连接在所述输送轨道11的一侧;
所述输出段113的前端设有用于停止传送辊且启动切割机动作的感应器3。
所述切割机20的下方设有滑轮4,所述滑轮4的下方设有滑轨5,所述切割机20的后端设有液压推杆6用于推动切割机20水平活动;方便移动,提高了切割机移动的可靠性。切割机为液压推顶式,开启后,由后侧的液压杆推顶,从而完成一个切割动作。
还包括时间传感器8,所述时间传感器8用于控制所述感应器3动作,通过时间传感器8控制感应器3,便于掌控时间,提高输送和切割的可靠性。
所述输送轨道11包括一对可移动的工作台7,所述传送辊12设在一对所述工作台7之间,一对工作台用于固定导轨,便于适应不同的导轨规格。

1.一种电梯导轨切割装置,其特征在于,包括传输机构和切割机构,所述传输机构包括输送轨道和若干传送辊,若干所述传送辊设在所述输送轨道上,所述输送轨道依次包括输入段、切割段和输出段;
所述切割机构包括一对切割机,一对所述切割机分别设在所述切割段的两端,所述输送轨道上分别设有用于切割的切割位;
所述切割机水平活动连接在所述输送轨道的一侧;
所述输出段的前端设有用于停止传送辊且启动切割机动作的感应器;
所述切割机的下方设有滑轮,所述滑轮的下方设有滑轨,所述切割机的后端设有液压推杆用于推动切割机水平活动;
还包括时间传感器,所述时间传感器用于控制所述感应器动作;
所述输送轨道包括一对可移动的工作台,所述传送辊设在一对所述工作台之间。
