发明内容:本发明的目的是,配制出一种食后,具有调整人体机能、调节血压、减缓衰老等作用的一种纯绿色野生蓝莓果罐头。其技术内容是,一种野生蓝莓果罐头,由野生蓝莓果、林蛙油、白砂糖、蜂蜜和水配制成,其特征是,按百分比计,野生蓝莓果40%-50%,林蛙油10-20%,白砂糖5-10%,蜂蜜2-6%,其余为纯净水。野生蓝莓,含有丰富的花青素,具有清除氧自由基、保护视力、延缓脑神经衰老、提高记忆力等作用;林蛙油,具有增强机体免疫力,抗疲劳,增强性功能;延缓衰老,抗氧化,滋阴养颜,美白皮肤,调节血脂,辅助抗癌等作用。本发明和现有技术相比其先进之处在于,该野生蓝莓果罐头,具有清除氧自由基、延缓脑神经衰老,增强机体免疫力,抗疲劳,延缓衰老,滋阴养颜,调节血脂,辅助抗癌等特点。从而克服了现有市场所销售的水果罐头,功能单一,有些水果罐头还含防腐剂、色素等对人体有害物质的不足之处。
具体实施方式:其生产加工工艺,野生蓝莓果经过精选,清洗、备用;林蛙油干制品发酵5个小时,完全膨胀20-30倍,备用;白糖,蜂蜜,水加热溶化后,按比例,把清洗过的野生蓝莓果和发酵后的林蛙油,放到溶化的糖浆和蜂蜜中搅拌均匀,灌装,封盖后,进行90℃蒸汽杀菌、高温15分钟后,即可贴标销售,以上便构成本发明。
