本发明公开了一种附着力好的防霉汽车粉末涂料,按重量份数计,由40-50份的聚酰胺树脂、5-10份环氧树脂、10-20份改性松香树脂、10-20份聚氨酯树脂、10-15份钛白粉、3-6份立德粉、4-7份有机硅、10-15份滑石粉、0.8-2份聚乙烯醇、2-3份固化剂、1-2份稳定剂和1-2份流平剂组成。本发明的涂料的附着力好,防霉性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车粉末涂料。
背景技术
     目前,随着全球工业的飞速发展,造成的环境问题也日益突出。如何开展环境保护工作已成为亟待人们研究的重要课题。环境意识强烈的一些西方国家已经开发研究出具有低挥发性有机物的汽车涂料,并大量投入生产和运用。随着汽车行业的不断发展,为了美化汽车的涂膜外观,减轻其造成的环境污染,改进汽车喷涂技术显得尤为重要。
对于汽车粉末涂料来说,粉末的附着力非常重要,如果粉末涂料的附着力小,则喷涂的漆膜容易掉离,影响寿命。对于粉末涂料来说,一旦发霉,则无法使用。
发明内容
为了提高粉末涂料的附着力,提高粉末涂料的防霉性能,本发明提供了一种附着力好的防霉汽车粉末涂料。
为达到上述目的,附着力好的防霉汽车粉末涂料,按重量份数计,由40-50份的聚酰胺树脂、5-10份环氧树脂、10-20份改性松香树脂、10-20份聚氨酯树脂、10-15份钛白粉、3-6份立德粉、4-7份有机硅、10-15份滑石粉、0.8-2份聚乙烯醇、2-3份固化剂、1-2份稳定剂和1-2份流平剂组成。
进一步的,所述的固化剂为脂肪族聚酰胺型胺。
进一步的,所述的稳定剂为N-取代的大环三嗪-HALS。
进一步的,所述的流平剂选用二甲基硅氧烷。
本发明的有益效果是:加入有机硅既能降低环氧树脂内应力,又能改善环氧树脂韧性、耐高温性等性能。在形成粉末涂料的过程中,聚酰胺树脂和改性松香树脂的熔点低,在有机硅和环氧树脂的作用下,使粉末涂料的颗粒接近球状,这样,就能提高漆膜的附着力,漆膜不容易掉落,使用寿命长。聚乙烯醇与聚氨酯树脂的相互作用具有很好的防霉性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
附着力好的防霉汽车粉末涂料,按重量份数计,由40-50份的聚酰胺树脂、5-10份环氧树脂、10-20份改性松香树脂、10-20份聚氨酯树脂、10-15份钛白粉、3-6份立德粉、4-7份有机硅、10-15份滑石粉、0.8-2份聚乙烯醇、2-3份固化剂、1-2份稳定剂和1-2份流平剂组成。所述的固化剂为脂肪族聚酰胺型胺。所述的稳定剂为N-取代的大环三嗪-HALS。所述的流平剂选用二甲基硅氧烷。
实施例1。
附着力好的防霉粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将40份的聚酰胺树脂、5份环氧树脂、10份改性松香树脂、4份有机硅、2份固化剂和1份流平剂混合均匀得到混料A。
(2)将10份聚氨酯树脂、10份钛白粉、3份立德粉、10份滑石粉、0.8份聚乙烯醇、1份稳定剂混合均匀得到混料B。
(3)采用双螺杆挤出机在前端采用90℃ -95℃对混料A 挤压,将挤出机在中段将温度提高到110℃ -120℃后加入混料B,并挤压成型,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。
实施例2。
附着力好的防霉粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将50份的聚酰胺树脂、10份环氧树脂、20份改性松香树脂、7份有机硅、3份固化剂和2份流平剂混合均匀得到混料A。
(2)将20份聚氨酯树脂、15份钛白粉、6份立德粉、15份滑石粉、2份聚乙烯醇、2份稳定剂混合均匀得到混料B。
(3)采用双螺杆挤出机在前端采用90℃ -95℃对混料A 挤压,将挤出机在中段将温度提高到110℃ -120℃后加入混料B,并挤压成型,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。
实施例3。
附着力好的防霉粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将45份的聚酰胺树脂、7份环氧树脂、15份改性松香树脂、5份有机硅、2.5份固化剂和1.5份流平剂混合均匀得到混料A。
(2)将15份聚氨酯树脂、12份钛白粉、5份立德粉、13份滑石粉、1.4份聚乙烯醇、1.5份稳定剂混合均匀得到混料B。
(3)采用双螺杆挤出机在前端采用90℃ -95℃对混料A 挤压,将挤出机在中段将温度提高到110℃ -120℃后加入混料B,并挤压成型,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。

1.附着力好的防霉汽车粉末涂料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由40-50份的聚酰胺树脂、5-10份环氧树脂、10-20份改性松香树脂、10-20份聚氨酯树脂、10-15份钛白粉、3-6份立德粉、4-7份有机硅、10-15份滑石粉、0.8-2份聚乙烯醇、2-3份固化剂、1-2份稳定剂和1-2份流平剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的附着力好的防霉汽车粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述的固化剂为脂肪族聚酰胺型胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的附着力好的防霉汽车粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为N-取代的大环三嗪-HALS。
