本发明公开了一种附着力好的防火汽车粉末涂料,按重量份数计,由45-50份的FEVE氟碳树脂、1-2份环氧树脂、15-25份改性松香树脂、20-25份钛白粉、3-6份铬黄、5-10份有机硅、3-6份聚磷酸铵、0.3-0.6份二月桂酸二丁锡、2-3份固化剂、0.5-1份稳定剂和2-2.5份流平剂组成。本发明的涂料的附着力好,防火性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车粉末涂料。
背景技术
     目前,随着全球工业的飞速发展,造成的环境问题也日益突出。如何开展环境保护工作已成为亟待人们研究的重要课题。环境意识强烈的一些西方国家已经开发研究出具有低挥发性有机物的汽车涂料,并大量投入生产和运用。随着汽车行业的不断发展,为了美化汽车的涂膜外观,减轻其造成的环境污染,改进汽车喷涂技术显得尤为重要。
对于汽车粉末涂料来说,粉末的附着力非常重要,如果粉末涂料的附着力小,则喷涂的漆膜容易掉离,影响寿命。对于涂料来说,防火性能也非常的重要。
发明内容
为了提高粉末涂料的附着力,提高涂层的防火性能,本发明提供了一种附着力好的防火汽车粉末涂料。
为达到上述目的,附着力好的防火汽车粉末涂料,按重量份数计,由45-50份的FEVE氟碳树脂、1-2份环氧树脂、15-25份改性松香树脂、20-25份钛白粉、3-6份铬黄、5-10份有机硅、3-6份聚磷酸铵、0.3-0.6份二月桂酸二丁锡、2-3份固化剂、0.5-1份稳定剂和2-2.5份流平剂组成。
进一步的,所述的固化剂为二甲基苯胺。
进一步的,所述的稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。
进一步的,所述的流平剂选用道康宁公司的产品,型号为5T。
本发明的有益效果是:加入有机硅既能降低环氧树脂内应力,又能改善环氧树脂韧性、耐高温性等性能。在形成粉末涂料的过程中,改性松香树脂的熔点低,在有机硅和环氧树脂的作用下,使粉末涂料的颗粒接近球状,这样,就能提高漆膜的附着力,漆膜不容易掉落,使用寿命长。本发明采用FEVE 氟碳树脂与改性松香树脂配合,本发明产品中含有极活泼的环氧基,还含有氟烯烃等,它对大部分材料如木材、金属、玻璃、塑料、橡胶、皮革、陶瓷、纤维等都有良好的粘接力。固化后的产品,具有优良的耐化学腐蚀性、耐热性、耐酸碱性及良好的电绝缘性,具有良好的附着力、防腐蚀性和机械强度;本发明具有极佳的封闭性,阻燃成分不会迁移到涂层面,因此其防火性能受时间和环境的影响较小。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
附着力好的防火汽车粉末涂料,按重量份数计,由45-50份的FEVE氟碳树脂、1-2份环氧树脂、15-25份改性松香树脂、20-25份钛白粉、3-6份铬黄、5-10份有机硅、3-6份聚磷酸铵、0.3-0.6份二月桂酸二丁锡、2-3份固化剂、0.5-1份稳定剂和2-2.5份流平剂组成。所述的固化剂为二甲基苯胺。所述的稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。所述的流平剂选用道康宁公司的产品,型号为5T。
实施例1。
附着力好的防火粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将45份的FEVE氟碳树脂、1份环氧树脂、15份改性松香树脂、20份钛白粉、3份铬黄、5份有机硅、3份聚磷酸铵、0.3份二月桂酸二丁锡、2份固化剂、0.5份稳定剂和2份流平剂混合均匀。
(2)采用双螺杆挤出机在100℃ -120℃对混料挤压成型后,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。
实施例2。
附着力好的防火粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将50份的FEVE氟碳树脂、2份环氧树脂、25份改性松香树脂、25份钛白粉、6份铬黄、10份有机硅、6份聚磷酸铵、0.6份二月桂酸二丁锡、3份固化剂、1份稳定剂和2.5份流平剂混合均匀。
(2)采用双螺杆挤出机在100℃ -120℃对混料挤压成型后,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。
实施例3。
附着力好的防火粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将48份的FEVE氟碳树脂、1.5份环氧树脂、20份改性松香树脂、22份钛白粉、5份铬黄、7份有机硅、5份聚磷酸铵、0.4份二月桂酸二丁锡、2.5份固化剂、0.8份稳定剂和2.2份流平剂混合均匀。
(2)采用双螺杆挤出机在100℃ -120℃对混料挤压成型后,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。

1.附着力好的防火汽车粉末涂料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由45-50份的FEVE氟碳树脂、1-2份环氧树脂、15-25份改性松香树脂、20-25份钛白粉、3-6份铬黄、5-10份有机硅、3-6份聚磷酸铵、0.3-0.6份二月桂酸二丁锡、2-3份固化剂、0.5-1份稳定剂和2-2.5份流平剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的附着力好的防火汽车粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述的固化剂为二甲基苯胺。
