本发明公开一种具有防滑阻燃的可用于纤维板的粉末涂料及制备方法,属于涂料领域。它是由下述重量份百分比的原料组成的:聚酯树脂80‑90%,TGIC固化剂5‑10%,纱纹剂0.05‑0.2%,增硬剂蜡粉0.1‑0.5%,增电剂0.1‑0.5%,阻燃剂1‑10%,固化促进剂0.05‑0.5%,本发明相比于现有技术,薄涂,涂膜厚度<20μm,透明,可用于纤维板能达到防滑、耐磨和阻燃效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉末涂料,尤其是一种具有防滑防火的可用于纤维板的粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
纤维板是室内装潢材料的一种,要求具有防滑防火硬度高耐划伤等特性,目前做的防滑处理多为亚麻籽油基层处理,但这种处理防火效果差,且不透明。涂装工艺繁琐、成本较高。亟需研制一种具有防滑阻燃的可用于纤维板的粉末涂料。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是:提供一种既防滑又防火的粉末涂料及其制备方法,可应用于纤维板材料,解决室内装潢材料要求的既防滑又防火的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种具有防滑阻燃的可用于纤维板的粉末涂料,其特征是,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:聚酯树脂80-90%,TGIC固化剂5-10%,纱纹剂0.05-0.2%,增硬剂蜡粉0.1-0.5%,增电剂0.1-0.5%,阻燃剂1-10%,固化促进剂0.05-0.5%。
进一步的,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:聚酯树脂85%,TGIC固化剂7%,纱纹剂0.1%,增硬剂蜡粉0.3%,增电剂0.3%,阻燃剂5%,固化促进剂0.2%。
本发明还提供一种具有防滑防火的可用于纤维板的粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按照权利要求1或2的重量百分比称重,放入混料缸混合均匀,所得混料经熔融挤出,然后压片冷却破碎后,再经过细粉碎,过筛,即得所述的具有防滑阻燃的可用于纤维板的粉末涂料。
采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:通过合理的配方设计选择适合于纤维板材料的助剂的添加,达到粉末涂料防滑阻燃的效果。

实施例1:
配方(重量比):聚酯树脂85%,TGIC固化剂7%,纱纹剂0.1%,增硬剂蜡粉0.3%,增电剂0.3%,阻燃剂5%,固化促进剂0.2%。
制备方法如下:按照上述的重量百分比称重,放入混料缸混合均匀,所得混料经熔融挤出,然后压片冷却破碎后,再经过细粉碎,过筛,即得所述的具有防滑阻燃的可用于纤维板的粉末涂料。
实施例2:
配方(重量比):聚酯树脂80%,TGIC固化剂5%,纱纹剂0.05%,增硬剂蜡粉0.1%,增电剂0.1%,阻燃剂2%,固化促进剂0.1%。
制备方法同实施例1。

配方(重量比):聚酯树脂90%,TGIC固化剂10%,纱纹剂0.2%,增硬剂蜡粉0.3%,增电剂0.3%,阻燃剂10%,固化促进剂0.5%。

1.一种具有防滑阻燃的可用于纤维板的粉末涂料,其特征在与由以下重量百分比的原料组成:聚酯树脂80-90%,TGIC固化剂5-10%,纱纹剂0.05-0.2%,增硬剂蜡粉0.1-0.5%,增电剂0.1-0.5%,阻燃剂1-10%,固化促进剂0.05-0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防滑阻燃的可用于纤维板的粉末涂料,其特征在与由以下重量百分比的原料组成:聚酯树脂85%,TGIC固化剂7%,纱纹剂0.1%,增硬剂蜡粉0.3%,增电剂0.3%,阻燃剂5%,固化促进剂0.2%。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的一种具有防滑阻燃的可用于纤维板的粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按照权利要求1或2的重量百分比称重,放入混料缸混合均匀,所得混料经熔融挤出,然后压片冷却破碎后,再经过细粉碎,过筛,即得所述具有防滑阻燃的可用于纤维板的粉末涂料。
