本发明公开了一种汽车粉末涂料,按重量份数计,由45-50份的酚醛树脂、1-2份环氧树脂、15-25份丙烯酸锌树脂、20-25份钛白粉、3-6份铬黄、5-10份有机硅、0.3-0.6份二月桂酸二丁锡、2-3份固化剂、0.5-1份稳定剂和2-2.5份流平剂组成。本发明的涂料能使粉末涂料的效果更好,让粉末涂料的细度在较窄的范围内,提高粉末涂料的韧性和耐高温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车粉末涂料。
背景技术
     目前,随着全球工业的飞速发展,造成的环境问题也日益突出。如何开展环境保护工作已成为亟待人们研究的重要课题。环境意识强烈的一些西方国家已经开发研究出具有低挥发性有机物的汽车涂料,并大量投入生产和运用。随着汽车行业的不断发展,为了美化汽车的涂膜外观,减轻其造成的环境污染,改进汽车喷涂技术显得尤为重要。
对于汽车粉末涂料来说,粉末涂料的细度在10至80微米之间能达到的效果是最好的,且其分布范围越窄,产生的效果越好。
发明内容
为了使粉末涂料的效果更好,让粉末涂料的细度在较窄的范围内,提高粉末涂料的韧性和耐高温性能,本发明提供了一种汽车粉末涂料。
为达到上述目的,汽车粉末涂料,按重量份数计,由45-50份的酚醛树脂、1-2份环氧树脂、15-25份丙烯酸锌树脂、20-25份钛白粉、3-6份铬黄、5-10份有机硅、0.3-0.6份二月桂酸二丁锡、2-3份固化剂、0.5-1份稳定剂和2-2.5份流平剂组成。
进一步的,所述的固化剂为羟烷基酰胺。
进一步的,所述的稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。
进一步的,所述的流平剂选用道康宁公司的产品,型号为5T。
本发明的有益效果是:加入有机硅既能降低环氧树脂内应力,又能改善环氧树脂韧性、耐高温性等性能,从而使粉末涂料的韧性和耐高温性能好;同时,酚醛树脂和丙烯酸锌树脂有很好的交联作用,在有机硅的作用下,使得形成的粉末涂料细度均匀,而且细度较小,因此,喷涂到基材上后效果好。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
汽车粉末涂料,按重量份数计,由45-50份的酚醛树脂、1-2份环氧树脂、15-25份丙烯酸锌树脂、20-25份钛白粉、3-6份铬黄、5-10份有机硅、0.3-0.6份二月桂酸二丁锡、2-3份固化剂、0.5-1份稳定剂和2-2.5份流平剂组成。所述的固化剂为羟烷基酰胺。所述的稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。所述的流平剂选用道康宁公司的产品,型号为5T。
实施例1。
粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将45份的酚醛树脂、1份环氧树脂、5份有机硅、2份固化剂和2份流平剂混合均匀得到混料A。
(2)将15份丙烯酸锌树脂、20份钛白粉、3份铬黄、0.3份二月桂酸二丁锡、0.5份稳定剂混合均匀得到混料B。
(3)采用双螺杆挤出机在前端采用75℃ -85℃对混料A 挤压,将挤出机在中段将温度提高到110℃ -120℃后加入混料B,并挤压成型,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。
实施例2。
粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将50份的酚醛树脂、2份环氧树脂、10份有机硅、3份固化剂和2.5份流平剂混合均匀得到混料A。
(2)将25份丙烯酸锌树脂、25份钛白粉、6份铬黄、0.6份二月桂酸二丁锡、1份稳定剂混合均匀得到混料B。
(3)采用双螺杆挤出机在前端采用75℃ -85℃对混料A 挤压,将挤出机在中段将温度提高到110℃ -120℃后加入混料B,并挤压成型,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。
实施例3。
粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将48份的酚醛树脂、1.5份环氧树脂、8份有机硅、2.5份固化剂和2.3份流平剂混合均匀得到混料A。
(2)将20份丙烯酸锌树脂、22份钛白粉、5份铬黄、0.4份二月桂酸二丁锡、0.7份稳定剂混合均匀得到混料B。
(3)采用双螺杆挤出机在前端采用75℃ -85℃对混料A 挤压,将挤出机在中段将温度提高到110℃ -120℃后加入混料B,并挤压成型,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。

1.汽车粉末涂料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由45-50份的酚醛树脂、1-2份环氧树脂、15-25份丙烯酸锌树脂、20-25份钛白粉、3-6份铬黄、5-10份有机硅、0.3-0.6份二月桂酸二丁锡、2-3份固化剂、0.5-1份稳定剂和2-2.5份流平剂组成。

3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。
