本发明公开了一种解离-团聚法去除苯甲酸中焦油杂质的方法,将副产苯甲酸溶于水,开启搅拌,加热至50℃-100℃,使得附着在苯甲酸中的焦油受热解离,而后停止搅拌,静置分层,焦油团聚于下层,放料,分离出焦油;苯甲酸水溶液冷却、抽滤去除水分后烘干,得到苯甲酸晶体。本发明工艺简便、易操作、效果好;通过加入工艺水、加热使苯甲酸中的焦油杂质发生解离-团聚过程,实现分离焦油,提高苯甲酸纯度得到的苯甲酸白色晶体,纯度可达98%以上。

解离-团聚法去除苯甲酸中焦油杂质的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种去除苯甲酸中焦油杂质的方法。
背景技术
甲苯氯化-水解两步法制备苯甲醛的生产工艺中,甲苯氯化产生的三氯化苄最终转化为苯甲酸。
整个苯甲醛生产过程中,生产体系中含有苯甲醛、氯化苄等高度活泼易聚合的有机物,在水解、碱洗过程中又加入相转移催化剂、纯碱等物质,形成不同程度的聚合物焦油,最终进入副产苯甲酸中,影响苯甲酸的品质与成色。
经大量实验考察,发现焦油的组成复杂,难以分离。苯甲酸精制方法主要有精馏法、升华结晶法,这两种常规方法不仅分离能耗高,设备投资大,而且难以将焦油从苯甲酸中去除。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺简便、易操作、效果好的解离-团聚法去除苯甲酸中焦油杂质的方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种解离-团聚法去除苯甲酸中焦油杂质的方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:将副产苯甲酸溶于水,开启搅拌,加热至50℃-100℃,使得附着在苯甲酸中的焦油受热解离,而后停止搅拌,静置分层,焦油团聚于下层,放料,分离出焦油;苯甲酸水溶液冷却、抽滤去除水分后烘干,得到苯甲酸晶体。
副产苯甲酸溶于水时,水的质量为苯甲酸质量的2-20倍。搅拌时间为0.5h-5h。静置时间为0.5h-2h。苯甲酸水溶液冷却时,是冷却至室温。烘干温度为50℃-80℃,烘干时间为5h-15h。水是生产中产生的蒸汽冷凝水。
本发明工艺简便、易操作、效果好;通过加入工艺水、加热使苯甲酸中的焦油杂质发生解离-团聚过程,实现分离焦油,提高苯甲酸纯度得到的苯甲酸白色晶体,纯度可达98%以上。该方法仅需要引入热量与动力,不需要引入第三物质,简单易行,有很强的可操作性和实用性。

实施例1.取副产苯甲酸40.1g,加水80mL,加热搅拌,温度升至80℃,加热搅拌4h。静置分层,滤去下层焦油,得到苯甲酸水溶液。减压抽滤除水分后,与50℃下烘干10h,得到苯甲酸32.6g,色谱分析纯度达98.3%。
实施例2.取副产苯甲酸50.2g,加水200mL,加热搅拌,温度升至95℃,加热搅拌2h,。静置分层,趁热分去焦油,将得到的苯甲酸水溶液冷却至室温后,减压抽滤除去水分,于60℃下烘干,得到苯甲酸产品43.0g,色谱分析纯度达98.5%。
实施例3.取副产苯甲酸50.0g,加水600mL,加热搅拌,升温至103℃,搅拌1h,充分解离。停止搅拌,静置分层,趁热分相。分出焦油,得到苯甲酸水溶液,冷却,50℃下烘干,得到苯甲酸45.6g,纯度98.9%。

1.一种解离-团聚法去除苯甲酸中焦油杂质的方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:将副产苯甲酸溶于水,开启搅拌,加热至50℃-100℃,使得附着在苯甲酸中的焦油受热解离,而后停止搅拌,静置分层,焦油团聚于下层,放料,分离出焦油;苯甲酸水溶液冷却、抽滤去除水分后烘干,得到苯甲酸晶体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解离-团聚法去除苯甲酸中焦油杂质的方法,其特征是:副产苯甲酸溶于水时,水的质量为苯甲酸质量的2-20倍。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的解离-团聚法去除苯甲酸中焦油杂质的方法,其特征是:搅拌时间为0.5h-5h。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的解离-团聚法去除苯甲酸中焦油杂质的方法,其特征是:静置时间为0.5h-2h。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的解离-团聚法去除苯甲酸中焦油杂质的方法,其特征是:苯甲酸水溶液冷却时,是冷却至室温。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的解离-团聚法去除苯甲酸中焦油杂质的方法,其特征是:烘干温度为50℃-80℃,烘干时间为5h-15h。
