散热器是发动机冷却系统的重要组成部分,而铜质散热器一直以其良好的导热性、耐腐蚀性在一些要求高或特种车辆上被使用。而散热带作为散热器散热能力的主要部件,其带型的尺寸、外观质量一直备受关注。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种铜质散热器的滚带工艺流程,它工艺简单、带型外观好,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种铜质散热器的滚带工艺流程的步骤依次为:
a)设备点检:开机前进行设备日常检查,确认一切正常时打开电源;
b)上料:将0.045×70mm紫铜带料放在传动轴上;
c)接料:在接头处将两块带料重叠剪齐,用透明胶带粘牢;
d)送料:按下启动按钮开始送料;
e)成形:带料经过滚刀时,滚压成波浪形带;
f)切断:当波数达到要求时切断;
g)检验:首件检查波数是否正确,用0-125mm游标卡尺测量波高,目测波距是否均匀,散热带外观是否完整、有无破损,而且要随时抽检;
f)排带:将切断后的散热带整齐放入备品车作周转之用。
本发明具有如下优点:流程简单、操作方便,操作者容易学会,污染少、能耗低、生产效率高,生产出的散热带波形好、尺寸准确、外观好、无破损、无开裂,是一种高效的铜质散热器的滚带工艺流程。

c)接料:在接头处将两块带料重叠剪齐,用透明胶带粘牢;
d)送料:按下启动按钮开始送料;
