中医认为感冒一般可分为风寒感冒与风热感冒两大类，由于这两种感冒的病因不同，治法也是截然不同的，盲目用药，只会导致事倍功半。风热感冒其症状先表现为便秘一两天后，发热重、微恶风、头胀痛、有汗、咽喉红肿疼痛、咳嗽、痰粘或黄、鼻塞黄涕、口渴喜饮、舌尖边红、苔薄白微黄。中医治疗关键在于辨证用药，风热感冒的治法，应以辛凉解表为主。中药治疗以自身具有调节免疫功能、改善血液循环、解热镇痛、抗菌抑菌、药效吸收好无毒副作用等优点，赢得了广阔的发展前景，但传统的中药等天然药物或其组合物，常辅以其他药物进行治疗，组方间的药效相关性不强，多以单方面清热解表药物进行治疗，药物没有实质的针对性，其起效慢，疗效欠佳。

提供了一种复方感冒灵颗粒，其原料配方是：金银花80-120g，大黄62-88g，五指柑200-250g，荆芥200-250g，玄参80-120g，连翘55-90g，野菊花160-240g，栀子花75-110g，三叉苦280-350g，黄芪100-150g，芦根75-110g，南板蓝根290-350g，荸荠90-110g，岗梅350-450g，山苏木40-60g，薄荷100-150g，对乙酰氨基酚15-18g，马来酸氯苯那敏0.24-0.28g，咖啡因1.0-1.5g。
该复方感冒灵颗粒的制备方法是：根据原料配方备齐上述十九味原料，除对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏和咖啡因外，其余十六味加水煎煮两次，第一次2小时，第二次1.5小时，合并煎液，滤过，将滤液浓缩至80℃时相对密度为1.08的清膏，放冷后再加入乙醇使其含乙醇量达60％-65％，搅拌均匀，静置24小时后进行滤过，滤液浓缩成稠膏，加入对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏和咖啡因的水溶液，加入蔗糖粉200g，混匀，干燥制成颗粒，即得。
其中，该复方感冒灵颗粒较佳的原料配方是：金银花104g，大黄75g，五指柑225g，荆芥225g，玄参100g，连翘75g，野菊花200g，栀子花90g，三叉苦320g，黄芪135g，芦根100g，南板蓝根310g，荸荠100g，岗梅400g，山苏木50g，薄荷120g，对乙酰氨基酚16.8g，马来酸氯苯那敏0.268g，咖啡因1.2g。

本发明创造的一种复方感冒灵颗粒，采用金银花、大黄、五指柑、荆芥、玄参、连翘、野菊花、栀子花、三叉苦、黄芪、芦根、南板蓝根、荸荠、岗梅、山苏木、薄荷十六味天然原料配以对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏、咖啡因制成。其中，各原料的配置用量根据以下原料配方：金银花80-120g，大黄62-88g，五指柑200-250g，荆芥200-250g，玄参80-120g，连翘55-90g，野菊花160-240g，栀子花75-110g，三叉苦280-350g，黄芪100-150g，芦根75-110g，南板蓝根290-350g，荸荠90-110g，岗梅350-450g，山苏木40-60g，薄荷100-150g，对乙酰氨基酚15-18g，马来酸氯苯那敏0.24-0.28g，咖啡因1.0-1.5g。
而较佳的配方是：金银花104g，大黄75g，五指柑225g，荆芥225g，玄参100g，连翘75g，野菊花200g，栀子花90g，三叉苦320g，黄芪135g，芦根100g，南板蓝根310g，荸荠100g，岗梅400g，山苏木50g，薄荷120g，对乙酰氨基酚16.8g，马来酸氯苯那敏0.268g，咖啡因1.2g。
具体配制：
根据原料配方备齐上述十九味原料，除对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏和咖啡因外，其余十六味加水煎煮两次，第一次2小时，第二次1.5小时，合并煎液，滤过，将滤液浓缩至80℃时相对密度为1.08的清膏，放冷后再加入乙醇使其含乙醇量达60％-65％，搅拌均匀，静置24小时后进行滤过，滤液浓缩成稠膏，加入对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏和咖啡因的水溶液，加入蔗糖粉200g，混匀，干燥后，制成颗粒100袋或者压成100块，即得。
本复方感冒灵颗粒制成后为棕黄色至深棕色的颗粒或块状冲剂，味甜，味苦。服用时，用开水冲服，一日服3次，每次约14g，两天为一个疗程。要注意的是，用药期间不宜驾驶车辆及高空作业等。

Claims (3)

1.一种复方感冒灵颗粒，其特征在于其原料配方是：金银花80-120g，大黄62-88g，五指柑200-250g，荆芥200-250g，玄参80-120g，连翘55-90g，野菊花160-240g，栀子花75-110g，三叉苦280-350g，黄芪100-150g，芦根75-110g，南板蓝根290-350g，荸荠90-110g，岗梅350-450g，山苏木40-60g，薄荷100-150g，对乙酰氨基酚15-18g，马来酸氯苯那敏0.24-0.28g，咖啡因1.0-1.5g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复方感冒灵颗粒，其特征在于其原料配方是：金银花104g，大黄75g，五指柑225g，荆芥225g，玄参100g，连翘75g，野菊花200g，栀子花90g，三叉苦320g，黄芪135g，芦根100g，南板蓝根310g，荸荠100g，岗梅400g，山苏木50g，薄荷120g，对乙酰氨基酚16.8g，马来酸氯苯那敏0.268g，咖啡因1.2g。
3.一种复方感冒灵颗粒的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：根据权利要求1或2的原料配方备齐该十九味原料，除对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏和咖啡因外，其余十六味加水煎煮两次，第一次2小时，第二次1.5小时，合并煎液，滤过，将滤液浓缩至80℃时相对密度为1.08的清膏，放冷后再加入乙醇使其含乙醇量达60％-65％，搅拌均匀，静置24小时后进行滤过，滤液浓缩成稠膏，加入对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏和咖啡因的水溶液，加入蔗糖粉200g，混匀，干燥制成颗粒，即得。
