本发明公开一种复配食品抗氧化剂,属于食品添加剂技术领域。它由以下重量份的组分制成:五桠果15份~20份,青茶20份~30份,迷迭香8份~12份,异麦芽酮糖10份~15份,竹叶黄酮1份~5份,单硬脂酸蔗糖酯5份~8份,柠檬酸钠8份~10份,焦亚硫酸钠1份~5份。本发明主要选用天然植物五桠果、青茶和迷迭香,配以异麦芽酮糖、竹叶黄酮、单硬脂酸蔗糖酯、柠檬酸钠和焦亚硫酸钠一起制成复配食品抗氧化剂,不含有对人体有害的物质,安全性好。

本发明涉及食品添加剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种复配食品抗氧化剂。
背景技术
食品抗氧化剂是一类能阻止或延缓食品氧化变质、提高食品稳定性和延长贮存期的食品添加剂。
目前,市场上的食品抗氧化剂品种繁多,然而其安全性不高,很多食品抗氧化剂中普遍含有对人体有害的物质。
发明内容
本发明提供一种复配食品抗氧化剂,该复配食品抗氧化剂安全可靠,可以解决食品抗氧化剂中普遍含有对人体有害的物质的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它由以下重量份的组分制成:
五桠果15份~20份,青茶20份~30份,迷迭香8份~12份,异麦芽酮糖10份~15份,竹叶黄酮1份~5份,单硬脂酸蔗糖酯5份~8份,柠檬酸钠8份~10份,焦亚硫酸钠1份~5份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案是:五桠果15份,青茶30份,迷迭香12份,异麦芽酮糖10份,竹叶黄酮2份,单硬脂酸蔗糖酯6份,柠檬酸钠9份,焦亚硫酸钠3份。
更进一步的,五桠果20份,青茶20份,迷迭香8份,异麦芽酮糖15份,竹叶黄酮1份,单硬脂酸蔗糖酯5份,柠檬酸钠10份,焦亚硫酸钠5份。
更进一步的,五桠果18份,青茶25份,迷迭香10份,异麦芽酮糖13份,竹叶黄酮5份,单硬脂酸蔗糖酯8份,柠檬酸钠8份,焦亚硫酸钠1份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
本发明主要选用天然植物五桠果、青茶和迷迭香,配以异麦芽酮糖、竹叶黄酮、单硬脂酸蔗糖酯、柠檬酸钠和焦亚硫酸钠一起制成复配食品抗氧化剂,不含有对人体有害的物质,安全性好。

实施例1
本复配食品抗氧化剂由以下组分制成:五桠果150g,青茶300g,迷迭香120g,异麦芽酮糖100g,竹叶黄酮20g,单硬脂酸蔗糖酯60g,柠檬酸钠90g,焦亚硫酸钠30g。
其制备方法是:先分别制得五桠果提取液、青茶提取液和迷迭香提取液,然后将三者混合,并向其中加入异麦芽酮糖、竹叶黄酮、单硬脂酸蔗糖酯、柠檬酸钠和焦亚硫酸钠,充分搅拌均匀,干燥,制得。
实施例2
本复配食品抗氧化剂由以下组分制成:五桠果200g,青茶200g,迷迭香80g,异麦芽酮糖150g,竹叶黄酮10g,单硬脂酸蔗糖酯50g,柠檬酸钠100g,焦亚硫酸钠50g。
其制备方法是:先分别制得五桠果提取液、青茶提取液和迷迭香提取液,然后将三者混合,并向其中加入异麦芽酮糖、竹叶黄酮、单硬脂酸蔗糖酯、柠檬酸钠和焦亚硫酸钠,充分搅拌均匀,干燥,制得。
实施例3
本复配食品抗氧化剂由以下组分制成:五桠果180g,青茶250g,迷迭香100g,异麦芽酮糖130g,竹叶黄酮50g,单硬脂酸蔗糖酯80g,柠檬酸钠80g,焦亚硫酸钠10g。
其制备方法是:先分别制得五桠果提取液、青茶提取液和迷迭香提取液,然后将三者混合,并向其中加入异麦芽酮糖、竹叶黄酮、单硬脂酸蔗糖酯、柠檬酸钠和焦亚硫酸钠,充分搅拌均匀,干燥,制得。

1.一种复配食品抗氧化剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的组分制成:
五桠果15份~20份,青茶20份~30份,迷迭香8份~12份,异麦芽酮糖10份~15份,竹叶黄酮1份~5份,单硬脂酸蔗糖酯5份~8份,柠檬酸钠8份~10份,焦亚硫酸钠1份~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复配食品抗氧化剂,其特征在于:五桠果15份,青茶30份,迷迭香12份,异麦芽酮糖10份,竹叶黄酮2份,单硬脂酸蔗糖酯6份,柠檬酸钠9份,焦亚硫酸钠3份。
