本发明涉及一种竹叶保健杂粮馒头。
背景技术
我国竹类资源丰富,且竹叶在我国具有悠久的食用和药用历史。因为竹叶中含有大量纤维素,所以并不适合人类直接食用。但是研究表明竹叶中含有大量的黄酮酚、酸蒽、醌类化合物、生物活性多糖、香豆素类内酯、特种氨基酸、芳香成分和锰、锌、等微量元素其应用价值可与银杏相媲美从构效关系上看竹叶黄酮的生理活性超过银杏黄酮而且竹叶提取物中含有银杏提取物中没有的活性多糖特种氨基酸和芳香物质等成分竹叶中的天然黄酮类化合物多糖和氨基酸等具有显著的抗氧化性,竹叶提取物竹叶提取物中含有大量的生理活性物质因此使竹叶提取物具有多种生理功能如抗氧化和清除自由基抑菌抗肿瘤调节血脂清除亚硝酸盐以及阻断亚硝胺合成和抗衰老、抗疲劳、提高记忆力提高免疫力等功能。(夏玉红董晋文钟耕《竹叶提取物的研究开发现状》),竹叶可作为开发一些治疗常见疑难病药物的成分来源,如心脑血管保护药剂、抗肿瘤药物等。同时,竹叶在中国传统的文化中有着特殊的地位,其特有的清香味也能够迎合现代人“回归自然”的心态。
