一种公路护栏板喷漆装置,其特征是,包括供料箱和施工作业箱,所述供料箱上设有伸缩杆连接在施工作业箱上控制其升降,伸缩杆两侧设有活动臂连接在供料箱和施工作业箱之间;本发明的优点是:通过对护栏进行打磨、清洗、表面烘干和喷漆的工艺步骤,与现有的技术相比,对于紧紧使用清刷装置对护栏表面清理,而无清洗、表面烘干的步骤,通过本装置的施工可以将护栏板表面清理干净,使后续的喷漆质量美观,因此,本发明具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。

Description

一种公路护栏板喷漆装置及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明属于市政工程技术领域,具体涉及一种公路护栏板喷漆装置及其施工方法。
背景技术
护栏板它利用土基、立柱、横梁的变形来吸收碰撞能量,并迫使失控车辆改变方向,恢复到正常的行驶方向,防止车辆冲出路外,以保护车辆和乘客,减少事故造成的损失。
如一专利号ZL201120095779.1的中国实用新型专利中公开了一种高速公路安全防护栏挡板除垢喷涂车,其特征在于:包括发电机、电控柜、空压机、吸尘装置、喷涂装置、清刷机和喷涂头;所述发电机、电控柜、空压机、吸尘装置和喷涂装置均固定设置在除垢喷涂车上,清刷机和喷涂头活动连接在待清刷的安全护栏挡板上;所述发电机通过电控柜分别与空压机、吸尘装置、喷涂装置和清刷机相连接;所述除垢喷涂车上固定连接有一悬臂拖带机构,清刷机通过悬臂拖带机构与除垢喷涂车相连接;所述除垢喷涂车上还连接有一用于将清刷机压紧在安全护栏挡板上的气动推杆,气动推杆的前端与清刷机固定连接,连接在除垢喷涂车上的气动推杆的尾端与空压机相连接;所述吸尘装置通过吸尘管线与清刷机相连接;所述吸尘装置和喷涂装置之间通过连接部件弹性连接在一起;所述喷涂装置通过喷涂管线与喷涂头相连接。
上述专利与本申请的原理相同,也是最接近的现有技术,但其只有清刷机和喷涂头作用于护栏,在专利中也没说明清刷机是如何对护栏进行清刷的。这样护栏的预处理会很不干净,虽然达到了自动喷漆的目的,但是由于表面预处理的效果不好,导致其后续喷漆之后质量很差。同时,其装置的不是密封装置,在喷漆过程中油漆会喷出装置外,弄脏公路。
又如公告号CN 2559427Y的中国实用新型专利中公开了一种护栏自动喷涂机具,其特征在于:A.驱动部件的左侧或右侧挂装有喷涂管路部件,驱动部件底部的管路与喷涂管路部件底部的管路连通;B.动部件内安装有驱动马达,驱动马达的输出轴与驱动轮连接,驱动轮与护栏接触;驱动部件的上部通过连接架安装有导向轮,导向轮挂装在护栏上;C.喷涂管路部件内安装有喷嘴,各喷嘴与喷涂管路的输入管口相通,喷涂管路部件下部有涂料回收槽。
上述专利只有喷涂设备而无对护栏板的前处理步骤,这样喷涂效果和第一篇对比文件1相同。
发明内容
本发明针对以上缺点,立足于解决现有公路护栏板喷漆设备前处理效果差,导致后续喷漆工艺效果差的问题。提出了一种公路护栏板喷漆装置及其施工方法,该装置通过对护栏进行打磨、清洗、表面烘干和喷漆的工艺步骤,使公路护栏表面的喷漆质量美观,符合要求。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种公路护栏板喷漆装置,其特征是,包括供料箱和施工作业箱,所述供料箱上设有伸缩杆连接在施工作业箱上控制其升降,伸缩杆两侧设有活动臂连接在供料箱和施工作业箱之间;
所述施工作业箱分为打磨箱、清洗箱、吹气箱和喷漆箱,各箱之间通过隔板隔开,其中:打磨箱内设有与打磨模具,作用于护栏板的钢丝打磨刷安装在打磨模具内壁面,电磁铁安装在打磨模具后侧;所述清洗箱内安装水气喷头,水气喷头通过软管与供料箱内的雾化装置连通;所述吹气箱安装有吹气喷头,吹气喷头通过软管与供料箱内的供气装置连通;所述喷漆箱内安装有喷漆喷头,喷漆喷头通过软管与供料箱内的喷漆装置连通。
优先地,所述打磨箱、清洗箱和吹气箱的底部均设有吸槽,所述吸槽通过吸管与供料箱内的回收箱连通。
优先地,所述施工作业箱后侧还设有活动翻盖。
优先地,所述清洗箱和吹气箱内的两侧或者单侧的隔板上、喷漆箱内与吹气箱相邻的隔板上均设有作用于栏板的吸水海绵。
基于上述装置,本发明还提供了一种公路护栏板喷漆装置施工方法,其特征是, 包括以下步骤:
(1)施工前准备:将供料箱固定在运输车辆上,根据护栏板的形状选择对应的打磨模具安装在打磨箱内,利用施工作业箱底部的折边和活动翻盖的共同作用将其扣在护栏板上;
(2)表面打磨:运输车辆带动供料箱和施工作业箱沿护栏板运动,打磨模具上面的钢丝打磨刷在护栏板上面打磨,清除杂物,在打磨过程中产生的铁屑被电磁铁吸附;
(3)清洗步骤:基于步骤2,清洗箱内的水气喷头通过雾化装置控制对护栏板进行吹射水气,对护栏板进行清洗;
(4)烘干步骤:基于步骤3,吹气箱内的吹气喷头通过供气装置控制对护栏板进行吹热的气体,将护栏板表面烘干;
(5)喷漆步骤::基于步骤4,喷漆箱内的喷漆喷头通过喷漆装置的控制对护栏板进行喷漆。
本发明的优点是:通过对护栏进行打磨、清洗、表面烘干和喷漆的工艺步骤,与现有的技术相比,对于仅仅使用清刷装置对护栏表面清理,而无清洗、表面烘干的步骤,通过本装置的施工可以将护栏板表面清理干净,使后续的喷漆质量美观。因此,本发明具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,一种公路护栏板喷漆装置,包括供料箱7和施工作业箱2,所述供料箱7上设有伸缩杆5连接在施工作业箱2上控制其升降,伸缩杆5两侧设有活动臂6连接在供料箱7和施工作业箱2之间,施工作业箱2上面安装有活动销4,供料箱7分为上下台阶,伸缩杆5处于活动连接在供料箱7的上台阶,活动臂6活动连接于供料箱7的下台阶,这样运行车辆与护栏板1之间的距离有变化时,伸缩杆5和活动臂6处于拉直或者倾斜状态,来活动适应由于车辆行走导致供料箱7和施工作业箱2之间的间距变化。在施工喷漆过程中,为了防止涂料喷出装置外侧,施工作业箱2后侧还设有活动翻盖3。
如图3、图4和图5所示,施工作业箱2分为打磨箱24、清洗箱23、吹气箱22和喷漆箱21,各箱之间通过隔板27隔开,其中:打磨箱24内设有与打磨模具25,作用于护栏板1的钢丝打磨刷(图中未示出)安装在打磨模具25内壁面,电磁铁26安装在打磨模具25后侧;所述清洗箱23内安装水气喷头210,水气喷头210通过软管与供料箱7内的雾化装置(图中未示出)连通;所述吹气箱22安装有吹气喷头29,吹气喷头29通过软管与供料箱7内的供气装置(图中未示出)连通;所述喷漆箱21内安装有喷漆喷头28,喷漆喷头28通过软管与供料箱7内的喷漆装置(图中未示出)连通。
在施工过程中,打磨箱24、清洗箱23和吹气箱22的底部均设有吸槽211,吸槽211通过吸管与供料箱7内的回收箱(图中未示出)连通,这样其对应的箱体内产生的杂物可以快速被吸出进入回收箱内统一处理。
清洗箱23和吹气箱22内的两侧的隔板27上、喷漆箱21内与吹气箱22相邻的隔板27上均设有作用于栏板1的吸水海绵8,这样在打磨箱24打磨之后可以将附着在护栏板1上面的杂物抹除,同时也可以将清洗箱23喷在护栏板1的水气抹干。
基于上述装置,本发明的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)施工前准备:将供料箱7固定在运输车辆上,根据护栏板1的形状选择对应的打磨模具25安装在打磨箱24内,利用施工作业箱2底部的折边和活动翻盖3的共同作用将其扣在护栏板1上。
(2)表面打磨:运输车辆带动供料箱7和施工作业箱2沿护栏板运动,打磨模具25上面的钢丝打磨刷在护栏板1上面打磨,清除杂物,在打磨过程中产生的铁屑被电磁铁26吸附。
(3)清洗步骤:基于步骤2,清洗箱23内的水气喷头210通过雾化装置控制对护栏板1进行吹射水气,对护栏板1进行清洗。
(4)烘干步骤:基于步骤3,吹气箱22内的吹气喷头29通过供气装置控制对护栏板1进行吹热的气体,将护栏板1表面烘干。
(5)喷漆步骤::基于步骤4,喷漆箱21内的喷漆喷头28通过喷漆装置的控制对护栏板1进行喷漆。
通过上述施工工序,可以将护栏板1表面快速喷漆完成,使喷漆质量美观。

1.一种公路护栏板喷漆装置,其特征是,包括供料箱(7)和施工作业箱(2),所述供料箱(7)上设有伸缩杆(5)连接在施工作业箱(2)上控制其升降,伸缩杆(5)两侧设有活动臂(6)连接在供料箱(7)和施工作业箱(2)之间;所述施工作业箱(2)分为打磨箱(24)、清洗箱(23)、吹气箱(22)和喷漆箱(21),各箱之间通过隔板(27)隔开,其中:打磨箱(24)内设有与打磨模具(25),作用于护栏板(1)的钢丝打磨刷安装在打磨模具(25)内壁面,电磁铁(26)安装在打磨模具(25)后侧;所述清洗箱(23)内安装水气喷头(210),水气喷头(210)通过软管与供料箱(7)内的雾化装置连通;所述吹气箱(22)安装有吹气喷头(29),吹气喷头(29)通过软管与供料箱(7)内的供气装置连通;所述喷漆箱(21)内安装有喷漆喷头(28),喷漆喷头(28)通过软管与供料箱(7)内的喷漆装置连通;
所述打磨箱(24)、清洗箱(23)和吹气箱(22)的底部均设有吸槽(211),所述吸槽(211)通过吸管与供料箱(7)内的回收箱连通;
所述施工作业箱(2)后侧还设有活动翻盖(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的公路护栏板喷漆装置,其特征是,所述清洗箱(23)和吹气箱(22)内的两侧或者单侧的隔板(27)上、喷漆箱(21)内与吹气箱(22)相邻的隔板(27)上均设有作用于栏板(1)的吸水海绵(8)。
