本发明公开一种双相不锈钢管材,按重量计,该双相不锈钢管材含有以下成分:C0.01-0.05%,Si0.5-2%,Mn1-3%,Ni5-8%,Cr18-28%,Mo1-5%,N0.05-0.3%,Co1.5-3%,Sb0.0005-0.003%。与普通双相不锈钢相比,本发明通过调整元素含量能明显提高双相不锈钢的韧性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双相不锈钢管材。
背景技术
双相不锈钢同时具有铁素体与奥低体两相,较少相的含量最少也达到30%,其屈服强度可达普通不锈钢的2倍,在抗点蚀、缝隙腐蚀、应力腐蚀及腐蚀疲劳性能明显优于普通奥氏体不锈钢,但由于存在一定量的铁素体相,其韧性比普通奥低体不锈钢差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种双相不锈钢管材。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种双相不锈钢管材,按重量计,含有以下成分:
C 0.01-0.05%,Si 0.5-2%,Mn 1-3%,Ni 5-8%,Cr 18-28%,Mo 1-5%,N 0.05-0.3%,Co 1.5-3%,Sb 0.0005-0.003%。
与普通双相不锈钢相比,本发明通过调整元素含量能明显提高双相不锈钢的韧性。

实施例2
一种双相不锈钢管材,按重量计,含有以下成分:C 0.03%,Si 0.8%,Mn 2%,Ni 6%,Cr 20%,Mo 1.5%,N 0.16%,Co 2%,Sb 0.001%,余下为Fe以及不可避免的P、S等杂质元素。冲击韧性:390J/cm2
实施例3
一种双相不锈钢管材,按重量计,含有以下成分:C 0.05%,Si 0.5%,Mn 3%,Ni 5%,Cr 28%,Mo 1%,N 0.3%,Co 3%,Sb 0.003%,余下为Fe以及不可避免的P、S等杂质元素。冲击韧性:356J/cm2
