本发明公开了一种排气射咀,包括子射咀、射咀中体、排气垫片和射咀法兰,子射咀和射咀法兰分别连接在射咀中体的前部和后部,射咀中体上沿径向开设有连通内壁和外壁的出气孔,射咀中体的内壁沿轴向开设有出气沟,所出气孔与出气沟连通,所述排气垫片呈环形结构,与射咀中体同轴设置,排气垫片的端面上开设有连通其内壁和外壁的排气槽,排气垫片的外壁上沿轴向开设有排气沟,且沿圆周方向开设有排气环,排气沟分别与排气槽和排气环连通,排气环与出气沟连通。与现有技术相比,本发明通过在射咀中体设置合理的排气通道,使得其内部的气体能够顺利排出,从而降低塑料内的气体含量,提高产品品质,同时也能节省干燥设备的投资。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑机射咀,特别涉及一种排气射咀。
背景技术
在塑料产品的注塑过程中,有时原料中会存在一些气体,在注塑塑料产品时,会使得塑料中的气体无法顺利排出,导致产品品质降低。而普通的注塑机射咀不具备排气功能,只能增加烘干设备,减少原料中的水分,从而降低气体的产生量。但是上述方式中,由于烘干设备无法完全去除水分,还是会导致注塑过程中的气体产生。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种排气射咀,用以解决现有技术中存在排出不良的问题。
本发明提供的一种排气射咀,包括种排气射咀,包括子射咀、射咀中体和射咀法兰,所述子射咀和射咀法兰分别连接在射咀中体的前部和后部,所述射咀中体上沿径向开设有连通内壁和外壁的出气孔,射咀中体的内壁沿轴向开设有出气沟,所出气孔与出气沟连通,所述射咀中体内部还设有排气垫片,该排气垫片呈环形结构,与射咀中体同轴设置,所述排气垫片的端面上开设有连通其内壁和外壁的排气槽,排气垫片的外壁上沿轴向开设有排气沟,且沿圆周方向开设有排气环,所述排气沟分别与排气槽和排气环连通,所述排气环与所述出气沟连通;排气垫片内部的气体依次通过连通的排气槽、排气沟、排气环、出气沟和出气孔排出至射咀中体外部。
进一步地,所述排气垫片的数量为1-20个。
进一步地,所述排气垫片设有多个,依次同轴设置,每个排气垫片上的排气槽位于相同的一侧端面。
进一步地,所述排气垫片上的排气槽的宽度为1-20mm,深度为0.003-0.1mm,数量为1-30个。
进一步地,所述排气垫片上的排气沟的圆弧度为0.5-10mm,深度为0.1-10mm,宽度为1-20mm,数量为1-30个。
进一步地,所述排气垫片上的排气环的圆弧度为0.5-5mm,深度为0.5-10mm,数量为1-5个。
进一步地,所述射咀中体的出气沟的圆弧度为0.1-10mm,深度为0.5-10mm,数量为1-10个。
进一步地,所述射咀中体的出气孔的直径为0.5-20mm,数量为1-10个。
本发明有益效果如下:通过在射咀中体设置合理的排气通道,使得其内部的气体能够依次通过连通的排气槽、排气沟、排气环、出气沟和出气孔排出至射咀中体外部,顺利排出气体,从而降低塑料内的气体含量,提高产品品质,同时也能节省干燥设备的投资。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明实施例作进一步详细描述。
实施例
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的一种排气射咀的结构包括子射咀1、射咀中体2和射咀法兰3,子射咀1和射咀法兰3分别连接在射咀中体2的前部和后部。
射咀中体2的结构如图2和图3所示,其上沿径向开设有连通内壁和外壁的一个出气孔21,并且射咀中体的内壁沿轴向开设有一条出气沟22,所出气孔21与出气沟22连通。
射咀中体2内部还设有排气垫片4,该排气垫片的数量可以根据实际需求设置,一般可以控制在1-20个左右,在本实施例中实际设置五个。每个排气垫片4呈环形结构,与射咀中体2同轴设置。排气垫片4的端面上开设有连通其内壁和外壁的排气槽41,由于排气槽的作用在于排出气体,若设置过大,会产生漏料现象,不利于生产;若设置过小,则会使得气体无法从排气槽顺利排出,从而影响排气效果。因此需要对排气槽的数量以及尺寸进行一定限制,以保证在不产生漏料的前提下达到较好的排气效果。因此,为了达到较好的排气效果,每个排气垫片上的排气槽位于相同的一侧端面,例如全部位于前端面(即靠近子射咀的一端),或者全部位于后面端(即靠近射咀法兰的一端)。而排气槽41的数量为1-30个,采用矩形槽,其宽度可以设置为1-10mm,深度为0.003-0.1mm。本实施例中实际设置宽度为5mm,数量为4个,深度为0.006mm。
排气垫片4的外壁上沿轴向开设有四道排气沟42,且沿圆周方向开设有一个排气环43,排气沟42分别与排气槽41和排气环43连通,排气环43与射咀中体内壁的出气沟22连通。由此,排气垫片内部的气体可以依次通过连通的排气槽41、排气沟42、排气环43、出气沟22和出气孔21排出至射咀中体外部,从而实现排气功能。
在实际实施时,排气沟、排气环、出气沟和出气孔可以在以下范围内任意设置。所述排气垫片4上的排气沟42的圆弧度为0.5-10mm,深度为0.1-10mm,宽度为1-20mm,数量为1-30个。所述排气垫片4上的排气环43的圆弧度为0.5-5mm,深度为0.5-10mm,数量为1-5个。所述射咀中体2的出气沟22的圆弧度为0.1-10mm,深度为0.5-10mm,数量为1-10个。所述射咀中体的出气孔的直径为0.5-20mm,数量为1-10个。

1.一种排气射咀,包括子射咀、射咀中体和射咀法兰,所述子射咀和射咀法兰分别连接在射咀中体的前部和后部,其特征在于,所述射咀中体上沿径向开设有连通内壁和外壁的出气孔,射咀中体的内壁沿轴向开设有出气沟,所出气孔与出气沟连通,所述射咀中体内部还设有排气垫片,该排气垫片呈环形结构,与射咀中体同轴设置,所述排气垫片的端面上开设有连通其内壁和外壁的排气槽,排气垫片的外壁上沿轴向开设有排气沟,且沿圆周方向开设有排气环,所述排气沟分别与排气槽和排气环连通,所述排气环与所述出气沟连通;排气垫片内部的气体依次通过连通的排气槽、排气沟、排气环、出气沟和出气孔排出至射咀中体外部;其中,每个排气垫片上的排气槽位于相同的一侧端面;所述排气槽为矩形槽,宽度为5-20mm,深度为0.003-0.1mm,数量为1-30个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排气射咀,其特征在于,所述排气垫片的数量为1-20个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的排气射咀,其特征在于,所述排气垫片设有多个,依次同轴设置,每个排气垫片上的排气槽位于相同的一侧端面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的排气射咀,其特征在于,所述排气垫片上的排气沟的圆弧长度为0.5-10mm,深度为0.1-10mm,宽度为1-20mm,数量为1-30个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的排气射咀,其特征在于,所述排气垫片上的排气环的圆弧长度为0.5-5mm,深度为0.5-10mm,数量为1-5个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的排气射咀,其特征在于,所述射咀中体的出气沟的圆弧长度为0.1-10mm,深度为0.5-10mm,数量为1-10个。
