背景技术
EP 2 065 635 B1中公开了一种用于车辆的照明装置,它包括扁平的光导体,光导体在光耦入侧配设有多个光源。光导体包括具有相对置的平侧的平段,在平侧上该耦入的光沿着光耦出面的方向来传导。光耦出面构造为窄侧的。在相对置于光耦出面的窄侧上突出多个手指状的光耦入元件,该光耦入元件在自由端上形成光耦入面。光源能够设置在共同的刚性的、平行于光导体的延伸面伸展的电路板上。在光导体的光耦入面和平段之间设有转向装置,以使得光基本上以大约90°沿着光耦出面的方向被转向。通过将各光源一直设置在一个共同的平面中,使得前照灯的有限的结构空间不能最好地被利用。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,进一步改造这种具有扁平的光导体的、用于车辆的照明装置,从而以简单的方式在适应现存的结构空间的情况下确保线形光耦出。
为了实现该目的,本发明的特征在于,平段构造为主平段,在该主平段上从主平段的端部区域相对于其成一角度地连接有附加平段,其中,附加平段具有连续地连接在主平段的光耦出面上的光耦出面以及平侧,并且其中,附加平段包括具有用于把光耦入光导体中的光耦入元件的光耦入面,该光耦入元件相应配设有设置在柔性电路板上的光源。
根据本发明,设置有扁平的光导体,它一方面由主平段并且另一方面由附加平段组成。主平段优选地被纵向延伸地被构造,其中,在光耦入侧设置有多个在刚性电路板上设置的光源。附加平段相对于主平段成一角度地设置,其中,附加平段在光耦入侧上配设有经由柔性电路板连接的各光源。以这种方式,附加平段能够在照明装置的壳体的区域伸展,它只提供小的结构空间。光导体因此被构造为混合构件,该混合构件可以配设有不同的光耦入系统--优选地两个光耦入系统。因为优选较大的主平段配设于在刚性电路板上设置的光源,所以照明装置可以相对便宜地被制造。
根据本发明的一个优选实施方式,附加平段相对于在主平段的延伸面中伸展的纵轴线成一倾角地延伸和/或相对于在主平段的延伸面中伸展的横轴成一人字角地延伸。因此,附加平段能够根据现有的结构空间相对于优选是笔直的主平段成任意角度地伸出。因此,例如光导体能够依随轮廓地朝向前照灯壳体的至少两个侧面伸展。
根据本发明的一个扩展方案,不仅配设于刚性电路板的光源而且配设于柔性电路板的光源经过共同的控制而接通以用于产生同样的光功能。例如,由此能够实现白天行驶灯功能或者闪光灯功能。可选地,设置于刚性和柔性电路板的光源能够被如此控制,以使得实现两个不同的光功能,例如闪光灯功能和白天行驶灯功能。在该情况下,例如控制在用于相应的光功能的光导体的两个自由端部之间的每隔一个的光源,以使得总体上沿着窄侧的光耦出面达到均匀的照明效果。
根据本发明的一个扩展方案,第一光导体和第二光导体相对于其主平段平行位错地设置,其中,两个光导体的附加平段能够沿着不同的方向突出。同样地,这样就能够节省空间地实现期望的至少部分封闭的光线路图。
根据本发明的一个变型方案,配设于附加平段的光源构造为可卡扣在散热器上的LED光源,该LED光源经过柔性电路板或者说柔性带彼此连接。有利地,在这里节省空间地实现配备有线形光耦出面的光导体的延长。

具体实施方式
用于车辆的照明装置可以优选地应用在用于实现白天行驶灯和/或闪光灯和/或定位灯的前照灯中。
照明装置包括第一光导体1和第二光导体2,它们分别具有两个以一角度彼此伸展的平段。两个平段在第一光导体1的第一自由端3到第二自由端4之间延伸或者说在第二光导体2的第一自由端5到第二自由端6之间延伸。
第一光导体1具有笔直的主平段7和连接在其上的附加平段8,其中,附加平段8以倾角和人字角γ从主平段7的第一端部区域伸出。倾角关于垂直于主平段7的延伸面E1伸展的平面E2而由主平段7和附加平段6围成,主平段7的纵轴线L在该平面E2中伸展。人字角γ在主平段7的延伸面E1中由主平段7和附加平段8夹成。
主平段7与附加平段8一体地连接。主平段7具有光耦出面10并且附加平段8具有光耦出面11,它们分别设有构造为枕形光学元件12的光学元件。在光耦出面10、11上光沿着主射出方向H射出到周围。
在光耦出面10、11的边缘侧上连接主平段7或者说附加平段8的相对置的平侧13和14。平侧13、14优选地彼此平行地设置并且使得被耦入的光从主平段7的光耦入侧15或者说附加平段8的光耦入侧16通过全反射能够传导到光耦出面10或者说11。
在主平段7的光耦入侧15上设置有多个光耦入元件17,其分别被构造为削平的椭圆体部件。在光耦入元件17的自由端上设置有光耦入面18,其相应地配设有作为LED光源构造的光源19。LED光源19分别设置在平行于主平段7的延伸面E1延伸的刚性电路板20上。在主平段7的平侧13和光耦入元件17之间设置有构造为斜面21的转向装置,借此相对于延伸面E1以90°耦入的光沿着延伸面E1的方向被转向。
附加平段8在光耦入侧16上具有一些分别配设于LED光源23的光耦入元件22,它们不同于光耦入元件17而在其附加平段8的延伸面中从附加平段伸出。LED光源23被设置在柔性电路板24上,该柔性电路板与刚性电路板22基本上错开90°。各个LED光源23可以用支架卡扣在未示出的散热器上。在LED光源23之间柔性电路板24以导体带的形式延伸。
柔性电路板24经过连接导线与刚性电路板20电和机械连接。

Claims (10)
