挤压打包机。提供了一种结构简单，方便打包、减小体积，便于运输的挤压打包机。包括支架、挤压缸、推板和托盘，所述挤压缸设在所述支架的上部中心，所述推板连接在所述挤压缸的下部，所述挤压缸推动推板作升降运动；所述托盘的上方用于放置堆积的若干包装袋，若干所述包装袋的外部缠绕胶带，所述托盘位于所述推板的正下方，所述托盘的四周均布设有导板，所述导板上设有容置槽，所述容置槽内垂直设有导杆，所述导杆位于所述包装袋的外侧。本发明方便操作，提高了工作的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于包装袋的挤压打包机。
背景技术
氧化铁颜料在生产加工的后期需要进行包装，保证密封性和质量。在进行包装时，通常将若干袋颜料进行堆积，通过胶带进行缠绕进行打包，这样既能防水，又能避免颜料包之间的松散，便于装运。然而，在胶带缠绕过程中，由于包装袋的体积很大，使得缠绕不严实；同时，由于包装袋中的颜料放置不均，导致缠绕胶带后的包装体松散，体积大，不便于运输。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题，提供了一种结构简单，方便打包、减小体积，便于运输的挤压打包机。
本发明的技术方案是：包括支架、挤压缸、推板和托盘，所述挤压缸设在所述支架的上部中心，所述推板连接在所述挤压缸的下部，所述挤压缸推动推板作升降运动；
所述托盘的上方用于放置堆积的若干包装袋，若干所述包装袋的外部缠绕胶带，所述托盘位于所述推板的正下方，
所述托盘的四周均布设有导板，所述导板上设有容置槽，所述容置槽内垂直设有导杆，所述导杆位于所述包装袋的外侧。
所述容置槽呈长条形槽，所述容置槽的中间设有一对相对的弹性卡扣。
所述托盘的顶面均布设有若干定位块。
本发明通过将若干外部缠绕胶带的包装袋放置在托盘上，然后，放置在推板的下方，进行挤压，使其压实，结构紧凑，节省了存储和运输空间；导杆放置在包装袋的四周，使得推板在挤压时，降低包装袋的偏移量，进行适应性的调整，使其能够可靠地放置在托盘上。本发明方便操作，提高了工作的可靠性。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1-2所示，包括支架1、挤压缸2、推板3和托盘4，所述挤压缸2设在所述支架1的上部中心，所述推板3连接在所述挤压缸2的下部，所述挤压缸2推动推板3作升降运动；
所述托盘4的上方用于放置堆积的若干包装袋5，若干所述包装袋5的外部缠绕胶带，所述托盘4位于所述推板3的正下方，
所述托盘4的四周均布设有导板6，所述导板6上设有容置槽60，所述容置槽60内垂直设有导杆7，所述导杆7位于所述包装袋的外侧。
所述容置槽60呈长条形槽，所述容置槽60的中间设有一对相对的弹性卡扣8；设置呈长条形槽和增加弹性卡扣，使得导杆能够适应推板在挤压包装袋时，适应包装袋偏移的方向而发生倾斜，方便观察偏移的方向；然后，再通过外部的水平方向的推动机构，进行调整使其可靠地放置在托盘上(即包装袋的四周在垂直方向上不能偏移托盘的四周)。
所述托盘4的顶面均布设有若干定位块9，用于对包装袋底部的固定，提高工作的可靠性。

1.挤压打包机，其特征在于，包括支架、挤压缸、推板和托盘，所述挤压缸设在所述支架的上部中心，所述推板连接在所述挤压缸的下部，所述挤压缸推动推板作升降运动；
所述托盘的上方用于放置堆积的若干包装袋，若干所述包装袋的外部缠绕胶带，所述托盘位于所述推板的正下方，
所述托盘的四周均布设有导板，所述导板上设有容置槽，所述容置槽内垂直设有导杆，所述导杆位于所述包装袋的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤压打包机，其特征在于，所述容置槽呈长条形槽，所述容置槽的中间设有一对相对的弹性卡扣。
3.根据权利要求1所述的挤压打包机，其特征在于，所述托盘的顶面均布设有若干定位块。
