Abstract

本发明提供一种治疗妇科白带异常的药物及其制备方法，其原料药组分包括薏苡仁、山药、牡蛎、白果、云茯苓、甘草、芡实、鸡冠花、炒苍术、炒白扁豆、车前子、萆薢、白术13味中药材，并提供其制备方法。本发明是传世秘方与现代药典相结合，是传统汤药改变而成的新一代制品，主治白带。经几代人的研究及临床观察显示，该药物对补脾益气、疏肝解郁、除湿止带，治疗白带异常有切实疗效。

Description

治疗妇科白带异常的药物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗妇科白带异常的药物，具体地说属于以中草药为原料的中成药，本发明还涉及该药物的制备方法。
背景技术
白带是妇女从阴道里流出来的一种带有粘性的白色液体，量有时略多，有时较少，有其规律性，具有保持阴道黏膜湿润的作用。但是如果白带异常，治疗不及时，不去根，会发生严重的后遗症，如盆腔炎、子宫内膜炎等妇科炎症，严重的会出现阴道癌、子宫癌、宫颈癌等绝症。中医认为，白带异常的病机主要在肾、肝、脾三脏，由肾气不足、肝郁气滞、脾失统血所致。若肾气不足，精血不固；或肝郁气滞，气血瘀阻；或脾胃虚弱，气血失统，都将导致白带异常。现代医学针对临床某一症状治疗，往往达不到预期效果，找不到合适的治疗方法。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术问题，本发明针对妇科白带，从临床医疗用药需求及中医组方辩证原则出发，所选用的中药物质量上乘稳定，使药品质量达到“安全、有效、稳定、可靠”。依据祖传秘方结合现代治疗方法，提供一种补脾益气、疏肝解郁、除湿止带的配伍组合药物及其制造方法。
本发明所述的药物是由下列重量份数配比的原料制备成的药剂：
薏苡仁20-40份、山药8-16份、牡蛎15-25份、白果8-12份、云茯苓18-16份、甘草3-6份、芡实8-15份、鸡冠花8-16份、炒苍术8-15份、炒白扁豆8-16份、车前子8-16份、萆薢8-16份、白术8-15份。
优选配方：
薏苡仁25-35份、山药10-14份、牡蛎18-22份、白果8-12份、云茯苓10-14份、甘草4-5份、芡实8-12份、鸡冠花10-14份、炒苍术10-14份、炒白扁豆10-14份、车前子10-14份、萆薢10-14份、白术8-10份。
以上药方份指的是克，比如白果8-12份也就是指8-12克，每一付药的总重量是159克。
有益效果：本发明是传世秘方与现代药典相结合，是传统汤药改变而成的新一代制品，主治白带异常。经几代人的研究及临床观察显示该药物对补脾益气、疏肝解郁、除湿止带，对治疗白带异常有切实疗效。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按下述配比（重量份）称取原料：
薏苡仁20-40份、山药8-16份、牡蛎15-25份、白果8-12份、云茯苓18-16份、甘草3-6份、芡实8-15份、鸡冠花8-16份、炒苍术8-15份、炒白扁豆8-16份、车前子8-16份、萆薢8-16份、白术8-15份。
制备方法如下：
（1）取方中薏苡仁、山药、牡蛎、白果、云茯苓、甘草、芡实、鸡冠花、炒苍术、炒白扁豆、车前子、萆薢、白术粉碎与筛析；
（2）将步骤（1）中筛治的混合物加水煎煮2-3次，合并煎液、过滤、滤液浓缩成80度时相对密度为1.0-1.6的稠膏；
（3）将稠膏分离纯化、干燥，制成颗粒；
（4）将步骤（3）中的干颗粒混匀，填充胶囊内即制得胶囊剂；将步骤（3）中的干颗粒喷加炼蜜、混匀，制成小丸即制成丸剂；将（3）步骤的干颗粒压制成片剂，包糖衣，即制成片剂。
实施例2

制备方法如下： 
（1）取方中薏苡仁、山药、牡蛎、白果、云茯苓、甘草、芡实、鸡冠花、炒苍术、炒白扁豆、车前子、萆薢、白术粉碎与筛析；
（2）将步骤（1）中筛治的混合物加水煎煮2-3次，合并煎液、过滤、滤液浓缩成80度时相对密度为1.0-1.6的稠膏；
（3）将稠膏分离纯化、干燥，制成颗粒；
（4）将步骤（3）中的干颗粒混匀，填充胶囊内即制得胶囊剂；将步骤（3）中的干颗粒喷加炼蜜、混匀，制成小丸即制成丸剂；将步骤（3）中的干颗粒压制成片剂，包糖衣，即制成片剂。
实施例3
实施例1、2任何一个实施例中制备方法步骤（2）中所述的混合物，均适用加水煎煮次数为2次，第一次为60分钟，第二次为40分钟。

1.一种治疗妇科白带异常的药物，其特征在于它是由下列重量份数配比的原料制备而成的药剂：薏苡仁20-40份、山药8-16份、牡蛎15-25份、白果8-12份、云茯苓18-16份、甘草3-6份、芡实8-15份、鸡冠花8-16份、炒苍术8-15份、炒白扁豆8-16份、车前子8-16份、萆薢8-16份、白术8-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗妇科白带异常的药物，其特征在于所述药剂中各原料的重量份数配比为：薏苡仁25-35份、山药10-14份、牡蛎18-22份、白果8-12份、云茯苓10-14份、甘草4-5份、芡实8-12份、鸡冠花10-14份、炒苍术10-14份、炒白扁豆10-14份、车前子10-14份、萆薢10-14份、白术8-10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述治疗妇科白带异常的药物，其特征在于: 所述药剂为胶囊、丸剂或片剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述治疗妇科白带异常的药物，其特征在于制备方法步骤如下：
（1）取方中薏苡仁、山药、牡蛎、白果、云茯苓、甘草、芡实、鸡冠花、炒苍术、炒白扁豆、车前子、萆薢、白术粉碎与筛析；
（2）将步骤（1）中筛制的混合物加水煎煮2-3次，合并煎液、过滤、滤液浓缩成80度时相对密度为1.0-1.6的稠膏；
（3）将稠膏分离纯化、干燥，制成颗粒；
（4）将步骤（3）中的干颗粒混匀，填充胶囊内即制得胶囊剂；将步骤（3）中的干颗粒喷加炼蜜、混匀，制成小丸即制成丸剂；将（3）步骤的干颗粒压制成片剂，包糖衣，即制成片剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述治疗妇科白带异常的药物的制备方法, 其特征在于：步骤（2）中所述的混合物加水煎煮次数为2次，第一次为60分钟，第二次为40分钟。
