技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂领域，特别涉及一种治疗骨质疏松的中药制剂。
背景技术
骨质疏松症是由多种原因引起的骨质吸收超过骨质形成而导致的骨质稀疏、萎缩，单位体积内骨组织含量减少的全身性疾病。临床上分为原发性、继发性和特发性三种，原发性骨质疏松临床上多见。原发性骨质疏松常见于老年性骨质疏松、慢性钙流失、高龄退行病变、和绝经后的妇女，属中医肾虚脾弱型骨痹范畴，其病机只要是脾肾两虚、骨失所养之故。骨质疏松的症状是自发性骨骼疼痛伴局部骨压痛，可为全身性，尤以腰背部常见，其次为膝关节、肩背部。目前对此病的治疗西医多采取补钙剂、维生素和激素等办法，但疗程长、效果慢；中医则采取补裨益肾之法取得了疗效可靠、见效快、无副作用等良好效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有补脾肾、壮筋骨功效的治疗骨质疏松的中药制剂，克服了现有治疗骨质疏松技术疗程长、效果慢、副作用大等缺点。
本发明治疗骨质疏松的中药制剂，其特征在于是由如下重量份数的中药原料制成：淫羊藿2份、杜仲2份、牛膝3份、山药3份、党参3份、枸杞子3份、鸡血藤3份和熟地6份。
本发明可以制成中药学上可接受的各种制剂，优选丸剂。制作方法为常规的中药制作方法：(1)将上述药材炮制合格、称量配齐；(2)除熟地外，将其余药物轧为细粉，过80-100目细箩；(3)用1000份清水煎煮熟地60分钟，过滤得滤液；(4)用熟地煎液酌加冷开水将上述药粉泛为小丸，阴干或低温干燥即得；(5)装袋，每袋10克，入盒密封。服用方法，口服，每次一袋，日服三次，温开水送服，三十天为一疗程。
本发明药物机理如下：
淫羊藿：温肾壮阳、强筋骨、祛风湿，本品具有较强的补肝肾壮筋骨、祛风湿的功效。
杜仲：补肝肾、强筋骨、安胎。
牛膝：补肝肾、强筋骨、活血通经、利水消肿、引火下行。
山药：益气养阴、补肺脾肾、固精止带。
党参：补气、生津、养血。
枸杞子：补肝肾、明目，常用于肝肾不足的腰膝酸软、头晕目眩、视物昏花。
熟地：滋阴补血、益精填髓，常用于肾虚所致的腰膝酸软等症。
鸡血藤：补血、行血，调经、舒筋活络。
本发明有如下优点：
(1)本发明所使用的中草药符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定，药物安全可靠。
(2)本发明不仅可治疗骨质疏松，对骨质疏松的预防也有很好的作用。诸药相合具有补脾肾、壮筋骨的功效，治疗骨质疏松具有疗效确切、见效快、治愈率高、无毒副作用、不易复发等优点。
疗效判断：
痊愈：骨骼疼痛伴局部骨压痛等症状完全消失，运动后无任何不适，全身无阳性体征可查。
好转：症状完全消失，活动后时有腰背不适及骨骼疼痛等，休息后症状消失。
治疗结果：治疗原发性骨质疏松症患者120例，患者服用本发明丸剂，每次一袋，日服三次，三十天为一个疗程。经过五个疗程治疗，痊愈90例，占75％，好转30例，占25％，总有效率100％。通过五个疗程治疗观察，病人无任何不良反应，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常现象。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患者陈某某，男，65岁，患原发性骨质疏松症。腰背疼痛，膝关节软弱无力，经补钙治疗半年无效；后来诊我院，口服本发明药物治疗半年后，症状完全消失，活动后无任何不适，全身无阳性体征可查；随访一年无复发。
病例2：患者陈某某，男，59岁，患原发性骨质疏松症，腰膝酸软一年余，口服大量的补钙剂、维生素D等药物治疗无效；2003年秋来诊我院，口服本发明药物治疗，半年痊愈，活动后无任何不适，随访一年无复发。
病例3：患者张某某，女，63岁，因腰膝、肩部等处疼痛在当地诊为原发性骨质疏松证，给予补钙、补充性激素等治疗半年收效甚微，2004年来诊我院，经口服本发明药物治疗半年痊愈，随访一年未复发。
具体实施方式
实施例：丸剂，按下述重量份数称取原料：淫羊藿2份、杜仲2份、牛膝3份、山药3份、党参3份、枸杞子3份、鸡血藤3份和熟地6份。制备方法：(1)将上药炮制合格、称量配齐；(2)除熟地外，将其余药物轧为细粉，过80-100目细箩；(3)用1000份清水煎煮熟地60分钟，过滤得滤液；(4)用熟地煎液酌加冷开水将上述药粉泛为小丸，阴干或低温干燥即得；(5)装袋，每袋10克，入盒密封。
