Abstract
本发明涉及一种电池滤酸螺塞,包括螺塞座和置于其中的螺塞芯块,该螺塞座内设有一个位于所述螺塞芯块上方的螺塞滤气块,其上端被与螺塞座相连的螺塞盖压紧。本发明设计合理,结构简单,安装方便,可以有效的对电池析出气体进行吸附和过滤,避免直接排放对环境造成的污染,具有很好的环保功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池部件,尤其是一种具有环保功能的电池盖螺塞,具体的说是一种电池滤酸螺塞。
背景技术
目前,富液式汽车电池已得到了广泛的使用。该电池的电池盖上的注液孔是用螺塞盖进行封闭的,并在该螺塞盖中设有螺塞芯块,当电池内的气体压力过大时,该螺塞芯块可自动打开,进行排气泄压。但是,电池内的气体中大都含有H和O,具有腐蚀性,容易造成环境污染。因此,急需设计一种可以避免产生污染,具环保功能的螺塞装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种电池滤酸螺塞,可以有效滤除电池气体中的污染物,保护环境。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种电池滤酸螺塞,包括螺塞座和置于其中的螺塞芯块,该螺塞座内设有一个位于所述螺塞芯块上方的螺塞滤气块,其上端被与螺塞座相连的螺塞盖压紧,使该螺塞滤气块可对电池析出气体进行吸附和过滤。
进一步的,所述螺塞滤气块由PP材料注塑而成,其形状和大小与螺塞座相适应,可与螺塞座紧密配合,使该螺塞滤气块可以比较完全的对电池气体进行吸附和过滤。
进一步的,所述螺塞座的外周上套装有橡胶平垫圈,使螺塞座与电池盖密封连接,防止电池气体漏出。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明设计合理,结构简单,安装方便,可以有效的对电池析出气体进行吸附和过滤,避免直接排放对环境造成的污染,具有很好的环保功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,是本发明的一个实施例,包括螺塞座5,其内部中空,并内置螺塞芯块3。该螺塞芯块3可在电池内气压过大时,自动打开进行排气泄压,保证电池的使用安全。在所述螺塞芯块3的上方安装有螺塞滤气块2,可对析出的电池气体进行吸附和过滤。该螺塞滤气块2由PP材料注塑而成,其形状和大小与螺塞座相适应,本例中,其直径为10-16mm,厚度为0.5-0.6mm,并在螺塞座5的上部开设一个台阶槽,该台阶槽的直径为10.5-16.5mm,深度为0.55-0.65mm,使所述螺塞滤气块2可与螺塞座5紧密配合。同时,所述螺塞座5的上端连接有螺塞盖1,可将螺塞滤气块2紧紧压住,保证其吸附和过滤效果。所述螺塞座5的外周上还套装有防酸的橡胶平垫圈4,使螺塞座5与电池盖6密封连接,防止电池气体漏出。
当电池使用中,因产生气体导致内部压力过大时,本螺塞上的螺塞芯块打开,进行排气减压。而排出的气体则被该螺塞中的螺塞滤气块所吸附和过滤,从而有效避免了有害气体的直接排出,实现了环保使用。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。
Claims (3)
1.一种电池滤酸螺塞,包括螺塞座和置于其中的螺塞芯块,其特征是该螺塞座内设有一个位于所述螺塞芯块上方的螺塞滤气块,其上端被与螺塞座相连的螺塞盖压紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述之电池滤酸螺塞,其特征是所述螺塞滤气块由PP材料注塑而成,其形状和大小与螺塞座相适应,可与螺塞座紧密配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述之电池滤酸螺塞,其特征是所述螺塞座的外周上套装有橡胶平垫圈,使螺塞座与电池盖密封连接。
