Abstract

本发明公开了一种模组盒灯,包括灯盒及若干设置在灯盒上的盒灯模组,所述盒灯模组包括面框及设置在面框内的灯体,所述灯盒上开设有与面框对应的安装位,所述面框上设置有若干倒钩扣,所述灯盒上开设有能够供倒钩扣穿入的扣孔,该扣孔侧面设置有能够供倒钩扣扣入的凸缘,通过该倒钩扣与扣孔、凸缘的配合即可将盒灯模组快速的安装至灯盒上,拆装更换盒灯模组均非常的方便,使用非常方便,灵活性高,并可使盒灯灯具具有多款式灯具搭配之效益,并统一其模组安装及使用方式。

一种模组盒灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯具,特别是一种LED模组盒灯。 
背景技术
 LED由于其体积小、耗电量低、使用寿命长、高亮度、低热量、环保等优点,在日常生活中已经逐渐得到普及,如用于嵌入安装至天花板之内的盒灯,但是目前的盒灯多为固定式结构,其结构复杂,且不能更换灯头,使用不方便,灵活性不高并且外观风格迥异。 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种模组盒灯。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
一种模组盒灯,其特征在于:包括灯盒及至少一组设置在灯盒上的盒灯模组,所述盒灯模组包括面框及设置在面框内的灯体,所述灯盒上开设有与面框对应的安装位,所述面框上设置有若干倒钩扣,所述灯盒上开设有能够供倒钩扣扣入的扣孔,组装时,所述盒灯模组从灯盒下方装入,并使倒钩扣对正扣孔扣入,即可完成灯盒与盒灯模组的组装。
所述扣孔侧面设置有能够供倒钩扣扣入的凸缘,以限制倒钩扣滑出。 
所述扣孔侧面还配置有弹片,该弹片端部为一弧形折弯状结构,当倒钩扣扣入至凸缘时,所述的弹片端部的弧形折弯状结构抵靠在倒钩扣后方,以防止倒钩扣滑出。 
所述扣孔一侧为斜面结构,以方便识别及倒钩扣装入。 
所述灯体为一旋转射灯灯体,其包括旋转环、散热器及设置在散热器内的LED光源组件,所述面框上设置有与旋转环配合转动的环形凸缘,使得旋转射灯灯体能够沿环形凸缘平行旋转,所述旋转环两侧分别设置有穿设至散热器上的销钉,所述散热器能够绕该销钉转动。 
所述面框上通过螺钉固定设置有与旋转环对应的压片,该压片下方设置有两个凸点,以压紧旋转环。 
所述环形凸缘上设置有一限位凸起,所述旋转环外侧设置有与该限位凸起对应的限位块,以限制旋转射灯灯体沿环形凸缘旋转的角度。 
所述LED光源组件包括LED芯片组、反光杯、透镜,所述LED芯片组通过一安装座安装至散热器内,所述反光杯和透镜通过一前盖压紧固定在散热器内。 
所述盒灯模组配置有三组,包括一组的旋转射灯灯体及两组分别设置在旋转射灯灯体两侧的象鼻灯灯体。 
所述盒灯模组配置有三组,包括一组的旋转射灯灯体及两组分别设置在旋转射灯灯体两侧的拉伸投射灯灯体。 
本发明的有益效果是:一种模组盒灯,包括灯盒及若干设置在灯盒上的盒灯模组,所述盒灯模组包括面框及设置在面框内的灯体,所述灯盒上开设有与面框对应的安装位,所述面框上设置有若干倒钩扣,所述灯盒上开设有能够供倒钩扣穿入的扣孔,该扣孔侧面设置有能够供倒钩扣扣入的凸缘,通过该倒钩扣与扣孔、凸缘的配合即可将盒灯模组快速的安装至灯盒上,拆装更换盒灯模组均非常的方便,使用非常方便,灵活性高,并可使盒灯灯具具有多款式灯具搭配之效益,并统一其模组安装及使用方式。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5,图1至图5是本发明第一个具体实施例的结构示意图,如图所示,一种模组盒灯,包括灯盒1及一组设置在灯盒1上的盒灯模组,在灯盒1边缘设置用于将盒灯安装至天花板上的安装弹簧9,所述盒灯模组包括面框2及设置在面框2内的灯体,所述灯盒1上开设有与面框2对应的安装位,所述面框2上设置有若干倒钩扣21,所述灯盒1上开设有能够供倒钩扣21穿入的扣孔22,该扣孔22侧面设置有能够供倒钩扣21扣入的凸缘23,通过该倒钩扣21与扣孔22、凸缘23的配合即可将盒灯模组快速的安装至灯盒1上,拆装更换盒灯模组均非常的方便,使用非常方便,灵活性高,在倒钩扣21的顶部设置成一弧形结构,减少倒钩扣21装入扣孔22的阻力。 
如图所示,所述扣孔22侧面还配置有弹片24,该弹片24通过螺钉固定在扣孔22侧面,该弹片24端部为一弧形折弯状结构,当倒钩扣21扣入至凸缘23时,所述的弹片24端部的弧形折弯状结构抵靠在倒钩扣21后方,以防止倒钩扣21滑出,提高机构的可靠性,并通过将弹片24端部设置成弧形折弯状结构还可减少摩擦,减少倒钩扣21装入时的阻力,;且所述扣孔22一侧为斜面结构221,方便识别,并使得倒钩扣21更容易装入扣孔22。 
如图所示,在本实施例中,所述灯体为一旋转射灯灯体91,其包括旋转环31、散热器32及设置在散热器32内的LED光源组件,所述面框2上设置有与旋转环31配合转动的环形凸缘25,使得旋转射灯灯体91能够沿环形凸缘25平行旋转,所述面框2上通过螺钉固定设置有与旋转环31对应的压片26,该压片26下方设置有两个凸点261,以压紧旋转环31,防止旋转环31脱离面框2,所述环形凸缘25上设置有一限位凸起251,所述旋转环31外侧设置有与该限位凸起251对应的限位块312,通过限位凸起251与限位块312的配合限制将灯体的沿环形凸缘25平行旋转角度限制为355°,防止灯体360°空转。 
如图所示,所述旋转环31两侧分别设置有穿设至散热器32上的销钉311,使得所述散热器32能够绕该销钉311正负30°转动。 
如图所示,所述LED光源组件包括LED芯片组41、反光杯42、透镜43,所述LED芯片组41通过一安装座安装至散热器32内,所述反光杯42和透镜43通过一前盖44压紧固定在散热器32内。 
当然,在具体实施过程中所述的盒灯模组还可配置两组或多组,且还可配置成不同类型的灯体,如图6所示,图6为本发明第二个具体实施例的结构示意图,在该实施例中,配置两组的旋转射灯灯体91;如图7所示,图7为本发明第三个具体实施例的结构示意图,在该实施例中,配置一组的旋转射灯灯体91,并在该旋转射灯灯体两侧配置两组象鼻灯灯体92;如图8所示,图8为本发明第四个具体实施例的结构示意图,在该实施例中,配置一组的旋转射灯灯体91,并在该旋转射灯灯体91两侧配置两组滑轨式可调向的拉伸投射灯灯体93。 
以上对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,当然,本发明还可以采用与上述实施方式不同的形式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下所作的等同的变换或相应的改动,都应该属于本发明的保护范围内。 

Claims (10)

1. 一种模组盒灯,其特征在于:包括灯盒(1)及至少一组设置在灯盒(1)上的盒灯模组,所述盒灯模组包括面框(2)及设置在面框(2)内的灯体,所述灯盒(1)上开设有与面框(2)对应的安装位,所述面框(2)上设置有若干倒钩扣(21),所述灯盒(1)上开设有能够供倒钩扣(21)扣入的扣孔(22),组装时,所述盒灯模组从灯盒(1)下方装入,并使倒钩扣(21)对正扣孔(22)扣入,即可完成灯盒(1)与盒灯模组的组装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模组盒灯,其特征在于:所述扣孔(22)侧面设置有能够供倒钩扣(21)扣入的凸缘(23),以限制倒钩扣(21)滑出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种模组盒灯,其特征在于:所述扣孔(22)侧面还配置有弹片(24),该弹片(24)端部为一弧形折弯状结构,当倒钩扣(21)扣入至凸缘(23)时,所述的弹片(24)端部的弧形折弯状结构抵靠在倒钩扣(21)后方,以防止倒钩扣(21)滑出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种模组盒灯,其特征在于:所述扣孔(22)一侧为斜面结构(221),以方便识别及倒钩扣(21)装入。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种模组盒灯,其特征在于:所述灯体为一旋转射灯灯体(91),其包括旋转环(31)、散热器(32)及设置在散热器(32)内的LED光源组件,所述面框(2)上设置有与旋转环(31)配合转动的环形凸缘(25),使得旋转射灯灯体(91)能够沿环形凸缘(25)平行旋转,所述旋转环(31)两侧分别设置有穿设至散热器(32)上的销钉(311),所述散热器(32)能够绕该销钉(311)转动。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种模组盒灯,其特征在于:所述面框(2)上通过螺钉固定设置有与旋转环(31)对应的压片(26),该压片(26)下方设置有两个凸点(261),以压紧旋转环(31)。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种模组盒灯,其特征在于:所述环形凸缘(25)上设置有一限位凸起(251),所述旋转环(31)外侧设置有与该限位凸起(251)对应的限位块(312),以限制旋转射灯灯体(91)沿环形凸缘(25)旋转的角度。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种模组盒灯,其特征在于:所述LED光源组件包括LED芯片组(41)、反光杯(42)、透镜(43),所述LED芯片组(41)通过一安装座安装至散热器(32)内,所述反光杯(42)和透镜(43)通过一前盖(44)压紧固定在散热器(32)内。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种模组盒灯,其特征在于:所述盒灯模组配置有三组,包括一组的旋转射灯灯体(91)及两组分别设置在旋转射灯灯体(91)两侧的象鼻灯灯体(92)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种模组盒灯,其特征在于:所述盒灯模组配置有三组,包括一组的旋转射灯灯体(91)及两组分别设置在旋转射灯灯体(91)两侧的拉伸投射灯灯体(93)。
