本发明涉及氧化铝的生产技术,具体涉及一种立式叶滤机滤布再生工艺;采用浸泡的方法进行再生;首先排净叶滤机内的积料,关闭出料口;然后通过进料口向叶滤机中注入氢氧化钠浓度大于180g/L的蒸发母液,至叶滤机滤布全部没入蒸发母液中;关闭进料口和叶滤机盖,注入蒸汽加热,保持温度95~100℃浸泡2小时以上,待滤布表面及毛细孔内的物料全部被溶解,即得到再生的滤布。本发明提出的叶滤机滤布再生工艺,无需对滤布进行拆卸,操作方便简单;原来一套滤布能使用4-5班,现在只要不破损,至少能使用一个月,既节省了滤布,也回收了物料,效率高,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及氧化铝的生产技术,具体涉及一种立式叶滤机滤布再生工艺,在氧化铝生产过程中以非常简单的方式有效延长叶滤机滤布使用寿命。
背景技术
在氧化铝生产工艺中,叶滤机工序的主要任务是将铝酸钠溶液中的浮游物除去以满足分解需要。长期以来,叶滤机滤布在使用一个班后,滤布变硬并且表面会有一层结疤料,过滤效率严重下降,影响铝酸钠溶液的产量和质量,严重制约生产。常规方法只有将滤布拆下来冲洗才可继续使用,拆装麻烦,也容易造成滤布破损而无法再利用,在冲洗时,生活水经加热后用高压水枪冲刷滤布,但效果一直不理想,洗过的滤布毛细孔内的物料不能除尽,滤布发硬,出液量仍不大,一般情况下,一套滤布洗涤4-5次后,无法再继续使用,只好更换报废,造成滤布的严重浪费,水资源和蒸汽的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种立式叶滤机滤布再生工艺,延长立式叶滤机滤布使用寿命。
本发明提出的技术方案是:
一种立式叶滤机滤布再生工艺,采用浸泡的方法进行再生;首先排净叶滤机内的积料,关闭出料口;,然后通过进料口向叶滤机中注入氢氧化钠浓度大于180g/L的蒸发母液,至叶滤机滤布全部没入蒸发母液中;关闭进料口和叶滤机盖,注入蒸汽加热,保持温度95~100℃浸泡2小时以上,待滤布表面及毛细孔内的物料全部被溶解,即得到再生的滤布。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明提出的叶滤机滤布再生工艺,无需对滤布进行拆卸,操作方便简单;原来一套滤布能使用4-5班,现在只要不破损,至少能使用一个月,既节省了滤布,也回收了物料,效率高,成本低。
具体实施方式
给出本发明的具体实施例,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
一种立式叶滤机滤布再生工艺,采用浸泡的方法进行再生;首先排净叶滤机内的积料,关闭出料口;开启进料口,向叶滤机中注入氢氧化钠浓度大于180g/L的蒸发母液,直至叶滤机滤布全部没入蒸发母液中,关闭进料口和叶滤机盖,开启蒸汽阀门,注入蒸汽加热,保持温度95~100℃浸泡2小时以上,待滤布表面及毛细孔内的物料全部被溶解,关闭蒸汽阀门,打开出料口,使蒸发母液回到流程中,同时可得到再生的滤布。蒸发母液是氢氧化铝浆液经分离得到的分解母液经蒸浓缩后得到的Na2O浓度很高的液体,送回到前段工艺用于溶解拜耳法生产的氢氧化铝。可参照“拜耳法生产氧化铝工艺流程图”,毕诗文《氧化铝生产工艺》化学工业出版社,2006.02)。

1.一种立式叶滤机滤布再生工艺,其特征在于:采用浸泡的方法进行再生;首先排净叶滤机内的积料,关闭出料口;,然后通过进料口向叶滤机中注入氢氧化钠浓度大于180g/L的蒸发母液,至叶滤机滤布全部没入蒸发母液中;关闭进料口和叶滤机盖,注入蒸汽加热,保持温度95~100℃浸泡2小时以上,待滤布表面及毛细孔内的物料全部被溶解,即得到再生的滤布。
