Abstract

一种采用连接母排实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关,克服了现有技术依靠真空灭弧室关合实现负载侧接地,操作人员无法直观看到接地情况容易产生误操作以及当操作机构机出现问题时需要外挂接地线,操作起来不方便,安全隐患大的问题,特征是在负载座的前后两侧铰接有连接母排,并将真空灭弧室与连接母排用销轴连接,连接母线与接地座电连接实现主接地,真空灭弧室与接地座电连接实现辅助接地,有益效果是主接地过程操作人员可以直观的看到,且结构简单,操作方便,安全可靠,并实现了仅由真空灭弧室承担开断过程,开断之后由真空灭弧室和绝缘气体共同承担工频和雷电冲击耐受电压,降低了NSDD现象产生的概率,提高了开关设备的运行安全性。

Description

一种采用连接母排实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关
技术领域
本发明属于开关设备技术领域,特别涉及一种采用连接母排实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关。
背景技术
现有的真空开关包括母线、真空灭弧室、负载导体、接地导体、三工位开关(隔离位、中间位和接地位)和操作机构,由操作机构带动真空灭弧室实现分合。
申请号为CN200710103519.2,对应的申请号为US20060360273的发明专利公开了一种提供电流中断、隔离和接地的三位置真空开关,该三位置真空开关包括线路母线、真空灭弧室、负载导体、接地导体和操作机构,所述真空灭弧室包括静导电体、动导电体和绝缘筒,其中静触头和动触头位于绝缘筒内,动触头可在与静触头电连接的闭合电路位置和与静触头分离的断开电路位置之间运动,负载导体电连接到动导电体,操作机构的结构为:(a)通过动触头与静触头接触和断开实现电路的关合和断开,以及(b)在其所述第一位置(即电路导通位置)和第二位置(即负载侧接地位置)之间移动真空灭弧室,其中在第一位置时该静导电体电连接到电路母线,在第二位置时该静导电体电连接到接地导体。结合其附图3D、3E、4D和4E可知,当将负载导体侧接地时,首先需要分断真空灭弧室,再旋转真空灭弧室至静导电体与接地导体接通,再将真空灭弧室合闸,才能实现负载侧接地,这样存在的问题是:负载接地过程由于真空灭弧室完全封闭,会导致操作人员无法直观看到接地情况而产生误操作,而且当操作机构机械或电气方面出现问题时,无法实现合闸接地,需要外挂接地线,操作起来麻烦不方便,安全隐患较大;而结合其附图6B和6C可知,同样是先分断真空灭弧室,再垂直向下运动真空灭弧室至静导电体与接地导体接通,再将真空灭弧室合闸,才能实现负载侧接地,存在着上述相同问题。这种方案在静导电体与接地导体接通后,真空灭弧室会在其再合闸时出现震动,为了保证真空灭弧室良好固定,不至于在其合闸时出现震动,需要外接保持装置,结构复杂,成本较高。
另外,传统的真空开关设备中,由于真空灭弧室不仅承担开断电流的功能,而且承担绝缘耐受电压的功能,导致易出现NSDD(非保持破坏性放电)现象,影响设备的安全性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是,克服现有技术存在的不足和缺陷,提供一种结构简单,成本低,安全性高,操作人员可以直观的看到负载侧接地过程,并可避免真空灭弧室分合闸时出现震动的一种采用连接母排实现负载侧外接地的的三工位真空开关。
本发明采用的技术方案包括导电座、真空灭弧室、负载座、接地座和驱动轴,在负载座的前后两侧铰接有连接母排,所述连接母排一端与驱动轴固定连接,并将真空灭弧室的动导电体裸露于绝缘筒外侧一段的顶端与连接母排用销轴连接,在销轴与动导电体之间安装有复位弹簧,在连接母排的可动一端安装有限位弹簧。
所述真空灭弧室及连接母排实现主线路开断以及三工位开关功能;连接母线与接地座电连接实现主接地,真空灭弧室与接地座电连接实现辅助接地。
当所述真空灭弧室的静导电体上的静插头位于所述导电座与接地座之间时形成三工位开关的中间位,即隔离分位与接地分位,所述静导电体上的静插头与接地座之间形成三工位开关的可视接地断口。
所述真空灭弧室与导电座分离实现隔离分位,在其自闭力作用下实现自合闸,并依靠复位弹簧及限位弹簧实现开断后复位。
所述真空灭弧室的开断和连接母排的旋转实现三工位开关功能均由一个驱动机构驱动。
所述真空灭弧室仅承担开断电流过程,而绝缘气体承担工频和雷电冲击耐受电压。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明通过旋转连接母排和真空灭弧室实现主母线的开断以及三工位开关功能,并采用连接母排实现负载侧的外接地,即主接地,这一过程操作人员可以直观的看到,且真空灭弧室的开断和连接母排的旋转实现三工位开关功能均由一个驱动机构驱动,结构简单,操作方便,比采用真空灭弧室合闸实现负载侧接地安全可靠。
(2)本发明还自带辅助接地,当连接母排与接地座接通时,真空灭弧室在自闭力的作用下会自动闭合,实现了辅助接地,而这一过程不像背景技术专利那样先静导电体接地后合闸真空灭弧室实现负载接地,安全可靠,操作方便。
(3)当操作机构出现机械或电气故障,导致无法接地时,本发明可以手动操作实现负载侧可靠接地。
(4)本发明桥接地开关对真空灭弧室有支撑固定作用,可以取消保持装置,使得结构简单,成本降低。
(5)本发明真空灭弧室仅承担开断过程,开断之后由真空灭弧室和绝缘气体共同承担工频和雷电冲击耐受电压,大大降低出现NSDD(非保持破坏性放电)现象的概率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,本发明包括导电座1、真空灭弧室2、负载座3和接地座5,在负载座3的前后两侧铰接有连接母排4,连接母排4一端与驱动轴6固定连接,连接母排4可以在操作机构的作用下以驱动轴6为圆心旋转,所述真空灭弧室2由动导电体2-3、动触头2-4、静导电体2-1、静触头2-2、绝缘筒2-5、静端盖2-6、动端盖2-7和波纹管2-8组成,所述动导电体2-3与动触头2-4焊接成一体,动导电体2-3的一部分裸露于绝缘筒2-5外侧,并将动导电体2-3裸露于绝缘筒2-5外侧一段的顶端与连接母排4通过销轴7连接,并在销轴7与动导电体2-3之间安装有复位弹簧8,复位弹簧8一端连接在销轴7上,另一端压接在动导电体2-3上,同时在连接母排4的可动一端安装有限位弹簧9,所述动导电体2-3焊接动触头2-4的一段位于绝缘筒2-5内,在绝缘筒2-5下端部焊接动端盖2-7,同时在动端盖2-7与动导电体2-3之间焊接波纹管2-8,形成密封结构,所述静导电体2-1与静触头2-2焊接成一体,且静导电体2-1的一部分裸露于绝缘筒2-5外侧,在静导电体2-1裸露于绝缘筒2-5外侧一段的顶端加工有静插头2-1-1,静导电体2-1焊接静触头2-2的一段位于密封的绝缘筒2-5内,在绝缘筒2-5上端部焊接静端盖2-6,静导电体2-1焊接在静端盖2-6中心孔内,形成密封结构,使用时真空灭弧室2内为真空状态,动触头2-4可以在绝缘筒2-5内作直线运动,从而实现电路的开断和导通。
如图5所示,所述导电座1与静导电体2-1上的静插头2-1-1之间形成三工位开关的隔离断口,当静导电体2-1上的静插头2-1-1位于导电座1与接地座5之间时形成三工位开关的中间位,即隔离分位与接地分位,所述静导电体2-1上的静插头2-1-1与接地座5之间形成三工位开关的接地断口。
所述真空灭弧室2仅承担开断电流过程,而绝缘气体承担工频和雷电冲击耐受电压。
使用过程如下:
第一步如图1所示为电路导通状态,真空灭弧室2处于合位,导电座1与静导电体2-1上的静插头2-1-1插接,实现三工位开关隔离合;
第二步如图3所示为电路分断且隔离合即将分开状态,此时连接母排4旋转将至中间位,动触头2-4与静触头2-2分开,实现电路开断,负载侧不带电,此时三工位开关处于隔离合即将分开状态,即静导电体2-1上的静插头2-1-1与导电座1将要脱扣分开;
第三步如图4所示为电路分断且真空灭弧室自合闸状态,三工位开关处于中间位,即隔离分位与接地分位,此时静导电体2-1上的静插头2-1-1与导电座1彻底分开,实现隔离分,并在复位弹簧8的作用下,使真空灭弧室2向连接母排4转动,同时真空灭弧室2在自闭力的作用下实现自合闸;
第四步如图5所示为电路分断且真空灭弧室已复位状态,此时真空灭弧室2旋转至与连接母排4平行,即真空灭弧室2复位状态,并由限位弹簧9保证真空灭弧室2复位时不会过冲,以及复位弹簧8保证真空灭弧室2复位后不会反弹;
第五步如图6所示为电路分断且处于负载侧接地状态,此时静导电体2-1上的静插头2-1-1、连接母排4与接地座5电连接,实现负载接地,即三工位开关接地合位,不仅实现了以连接母排4为外接地的主接地,即操作人员可视接地,而且实现了以真空灭弧室2为内接地的辅助接地,省略了引用专利CN200710103519.2中的最后一步,即静导体接地后,再合闸真空灭弧室实现负载接地,因此本专利不仅有操作人员可视主接地,还有真空灭弧室自合闸的辅助接地,安全可靠,结构简单。
所述导电座1、静导电体2-1、静插头2-1-1、静触头2-2、动导电体2-3、动触头2-4、负载座3、连接母排4和接地座5均为良好导电体。

Claims (6)

1.一种采用连接母排实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关,包括导电座(1)、真空灭弧室(2)、负载座(3)、接地座(5)和驱动轴(6),其特征在于,在负载座(3)的前后两侧铰接有连接母排(4),所述连接母排(4)一端与驱动轴(6)固定连接,并将真空灭弧室(2)的动导电体(2-3)裸露于绝缘筒(2-5)外侧一段的顶端与连接母排(4)用销轴(7)连接,在销轴(7)与动导电体(2-3)之间安装有复位弹簧(8),在连接母排(4)的可动一端安装有限位弹簧(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种采用连接母排实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关,其特征在于,所述真空灭弧室(2)及连接母排(4)实现主线路开断以及三工位开关功能;所述连接母排(4)与接地座(5)电连接实现主接地,所述真空灭弧室(2)与接地座(5)电连接实现辅助接地。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种采用连接母排实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关,其特征在于,当所述真空灭弧室(2)的静导电体(2-1)上的静插头(2-1-1)位于所述导电座(1)与接地座(5)之间时形成三工位开关的中间位,即隔离分位与接地分位,所述静导电体(2-1)上的静插头(2-1-1)与接地座(5)之间形成三工位开关的可视接地断口。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种采用连接母排实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关,其特征在于,所述真空灭弧室(2)与导电座(1)分离实现隔离分位,在其自闭力作用下实现自合闸,并依靠复位弹簧(8)及限位弹簧(9)实现开断后复位。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种采用连接母排实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关,其特征在于,所述真空灭弧室(2)的开断和连接母排(4)的旋转实现三工位开关功能均由一个驱动机构驱动。
6.根据权利要求3所述一种采用连接母排实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关,其特征在于,所述真空灭弧室(2)仅承担开断电流过程,而绝缘气体承担工频和雷电冲击耐受电压。
