一种采用桥开关实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关,克服了现有技术依靠真空灭弧室关合实现负载侧接地,操作人员无法直观看到接地情况容易产生误操作以及当操作机构机出现问题时需要外挂接地线,操作起来不方便,安全隐患大和结构复杂,成本较高的问题,特征是在三工位真空开关的另一侧设有桥接地开关,通过桥接地开关实现负载侧的外接地,有益效果是,实现了操作人员可视接地,主接地过程操作人员可以直观的看到,且结构简单,操作方便,安全可靠,并实现了仅由真空灭弧室承担开断过程,开断之后由真空灭弧室和绝缘气体共同承担工频和雷电冲击耐受电压,降低了NSDD(非保持破坏性放电)现象产生的概率,提高了开关设备的运行安全性。

一种采用桥开关实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关
技术领域
本发明属于开关设备技术领域,特别涉及一种采用桥开关实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关。
背景技术
现有的真空开关包括母线、真空灭弧室、负载导体、接地导体、三工位开关(隔离位、中间位和接地位)和操作机构,由操作机构带动真空灭弧室实现分合。
申请号为CN200710103519.2,对应的申请号为US20060360273的发明专利公开了一种提供电流中断、隔离和接地的三位置真空开关,该三位置真空开关包括线路母线、真空灭弧室、负载导体、接地导体和操作机构,所述真空灭弧室包括静导电体、动导电体和绝缘筒,其中静触头和动触头位于绝缘筒内,动触头可在与静触头电连接的闭合电路位置和与静触头分离的断开电路位置之间运动,负载导体电连接到动导电体,操作机构的结构为:(a)通过动触头与静触头接触和断开实现电路的关合和断开,以及(b)在其所述第一位置(即电路导通位置)和第二位置(即负载侧接地位置)之间移动真空灭弧室,其中在第一位置时该静导电体电连接到电路母线,在第二位置时该静导电体电连接到接地导体。结合其附图3D、3E、4D和4E可知,当将负载导体侧接地时,首先需要分断真空灭弧室,再旋转真空灭弧室至静导电体与接地导体接通,再将真空灭弧室合闸,才能实现负载侧接地,这样存在的问题是:负载接地过程由于真空灭弧室完全封闭,导致操作人员无法直观看到接地情况而产生误操作,而且当操作机构机械或电气方面出现问题时,无法实现合闸接地,需要外挂接地线,操作起来麻烦不方便,安全隐患较大;而结合其附图6B和6C可知,同样是先分断真空灭弧室,再垂直向下运动真空灭弧室至静导电体与接地导体接通,再将真空灭弧室合闸,才能实现负载侧接地,存在着上述相同问题。这种方案在静导电体与接地导体接通后,真空灭弧室会在其再合闸时出现震动,为了保证真空灭弧室良好固定,不至于在其合闸时出现震动,需要外接保持装置,结构复杂,成本较高。
另外,传统的真空开关设备中,由于真空灭弧室不仅承担开断电流的功能,而且承担绝缘耐受电压的功能,导致易出现NSDD(非保持破坏性放电)现象,影响设备的安全性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是,克服现有技术存在的不足和缺陷,提供一种结构简单,成本低,安全性高,操作人员可以直观的看到负载侧接地过程,并可避免真空灭弧室分合闸时出现震动的一种采用桥开关实现负载侧外接地的的三工位真空开关。

本发明采用的技术方案包括线路母线、真空灭弧室、操动机构和负载母线,操动机构带动真空灭弧室实现线路母线的开断,真空灭弧室旋转实现电路的关合、断开以及负载侧接地,在所述线路母线、真空灭弧室、操作机构和负载母线组成的三工位真空开关的另一侧设有桥接地开关,通过桥接地开关实现负载母线可视接地,所述桥接地开关由接地静导体和旋转接地桥臂组成,在接地静导体上设有接地静触点,在旋转接地桥臂上焊接有桥臂触点,或者,所述桥接地开关由接地静导体和直线接地桥臂组成,在接地静导体上设有接地静触点,在直线接地桥臂上焊接有桥臂触点。
当所述真空灭弧室的静导电体上的静导电体触点位于所述线路母线上的线路触点与接地静导体上的接地静触点之间时形成三工位开关的隔离分位与接地分位,所述静导电体上的静导电体触点与接地静导体上的接地静触点之间形成三工位开关的可视接地断口,所述静导电体上的静导电体触点与接地静导体上的接地静触点接触,实现三工位开关的接地合位,所述桥接地开关的旋转接地桥臂在桥接地开关驱动机构的带动下围绕桥接地开关驱动点旋转至旋转接地桥臂上的桥臂触点与动导电体上的动导电体触点接触,实现负载母线侧外可视接地。
所述桥接地开关的直线接地桥臂在桥接地开关驱动机构的带动下以桥接地开关驱动点为驱动点直线行进至直线接地桥臂上的桥臂触点与动导电体上的动导电体触点接触,实现负载母线侧外可视接地。
所述真空灭弧室仅承担开断过程,开断之后由真空灭弧室和绝缘气体共同承担工频和雷电冲击耐受电压。
所述旋转接地桥臂由相互垂直且为一体的两个直线桥臂构成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明采用真空灭弧室分合实现主母线的开断以及旋转真空灭弧室实现三工位开关功能,并采用桥接地开关实现负载侧的外接地,实现了操作人员可视接地,克服了现有技术依靠真空灭弧室关合实现负载侧接地,由于真空灭弧室完全封闭导致操作人员无法直观看到接地情况而产生误操作的问题,且结构简单,操作方便,比采用真空灭弧室合闸接地安全可靠。
(2)当操动机构出现机械或电气故障,导致无法接地时,本发明可以手动操作桥接地开关实现负载侧可靠接地。
(3)由于本发明接地静导体上的接地静触点对真空灭弧室有支撑固定作用,可以取消保持装置,使得结构简单,成本降低。
(4)本发明真空灭弧室仅承担开断过程,开断之后由真空灭弧室和绝缘气体共同承担工频和雷电冲击耐受电压,大大降低出现NSDD(非保持破坏性放电)现象的概率。

如图1和图2所示,本发明包括线路母线1、真空灭弧室2、操作机构3和负载母线5,线路母线1上设有线路触点1-1,所述真空灭弧室2由动导电体2-3、动触头2-4、静导电体2-1、静触头2-2、绝缘筒2-5、静端盖2-6、动端盖2-7和波纹管2-8组成,静导电体2-1上设有静导电体触点2-1-1,所述动导电体2-3与动触头2-4焊接为一体,且动导电体2-3的一部分裸露于绝缘筒2-5外侧,在动导电体2-3裸露于绝缘筒2-5外侧一段的顶端焊接有动导电体触点2-3-1,动导电体2-3焊接动触头2-4的一段位于绝缘筒2-5内,在绝缘筒2-5下端部焊接动端盖2-7,同时在动端盖2-7与动导电体2-3之间焊接波纹管2-8形成密封结构,所述静导电体2-1与静触头2-2焊接为一体,且静导电体2-1的一部分裸露于绝缘筒2-5外侧,在静导电体2-1裸露于绝缘筒2-5外侧一段的顶端焊接有静导电体触点2-1-1,静导电体2-1焊接静触头2-2的一段位于密封的绝缘筒2-5内,在绝缘筒2-5上端部焊接静端盖2-6,静导电体2-1焊接在静端盖2-6中心孔内,形成密封结构,使用时绝缘筒2-5内为真空状态,动导电体2-3带动动触头2-4可以在绝缘筒2-5内作直线运动,从而实现线路的开断和导通,在所述线路母线1、真空灭弧室2、操动机构3和负载母线5组成的三工位真空开关的另一侧设有桥接地开关4,所述桥接地开关4由接地静导体4-1和旋转接地桥臂4-2a组成,接地静导体4-1上设有接地静触点4-1-1,所述旋转接地桥臂4-2a由相互垂直且为一体的两个直线桥臂构成,在旋转接地桥臂4-2a上焊接有桥臂触点4-2-1,在接地静导体4-1和旋转接地桥臂4-2a之间设有桥接地开关驱动点6;
如图4所示,所述线路母线1上的线路触点1-1与静导电体2-1上的静导电体触点2-1-1之间形成三工位开关的隔离断口,当静导电体2-1上的静导电体触点2-1-1位于线路母线1上的线路触点1-1与接地静导体4-1上的接地静触点4-1-1之间时形成三工位开关的中间位,即隔离分位与接地分位,所述静导电体2-1上的静导电体触点2-1-1与接地静导体4-1上的接地静触点4-1-1之间形成三工位开关的可视接地断口;
如图5所示,所述静导电体2-1上的静导电体触点2-1-1与接地静导体4-1上的接地静触点4-1-1接触,实现三工位开关的接地合位,同时接地静导体4-1上的接地静触点4-1-1对真空灭弧室2有固定作用;
如图6所示,所述桥接地开关4的旋转接地桥臂4-2a在桥接地开关驱动机构的带动下围绕桥接地开关驱动点6旋转至旋转接地桥臂4-2a上的桥臂触点4-2-1与动导电体2-3上的动导电体触点2-3-1接触,实现负载母线5侧外可视接地。
所述真空灭弧室2仅承担开断过程,开断之后由真空灭弧室2和绝缘气体共同承担工频和雷电冲击耐受电压。
使用过程如下:
第一步如图1所示为线路导通状态,真空灭弧室2处于合位,线路母线1上的线路触点1-1与静导电体2-1上的静导电体触点2-1-1接触,实现三工位开关隔离合位;
第二步如图3所示为线路开断状态,操作机构3带动动导电体2-3运动,开断真空灭弧室2,使线路处于分断,负载母线5侧不带电,三工位开关仍处于隔离合位;
第三步如图4所示为线路开断状态,操作机构3带动真空灭弧室2旋转至中间位,此时真空灭弧室2仍处于分位,同时线路母线1上的线路触点1-1与静导电体2-1上的静导电体触点2-1-1分开,实现三工位开关隔离分位,即中间位,也是接地分位,形成明显断口,提高安全性;
第四步如图5所示为线路开断状态,操作机构3继续带动真空灭弧室2旋转至静导电体2-1上的静导电体触点2-1-1与接地静导体4-1上的接地静触点4-1-1接触,实现三工位开关接地合位,同时接地静导体4-1上的接地静触点4-1-1对真空灭弧室2有固定作用;
第五步如图6所示为线路开断状态,此时真空灭弧室2处于分位,三工位开关处于接地合位,桥接地开关4的旋转接地桥臂4-2a在桥接地开关驱动机构的带动下围绕桥接地开关驱动点6旋转至旋转接地桥臂4-2a上的桥臂触点4-2-1与动导电体2-3上的动导电体触点2-3-1接触,实现负载母线5侧外接地,此时旋转接地桥臂4-2a处于真空灭弧室2外侧,其关合或开断操作人员可视,使设备操作起来更加便利,安全系数较高,同时接地静导体4-1上的接地静触点4-1-1对真空灭弧室2有固定作用,所以在真空灭弧室2需要分合闸时也不会出现震动现象,使本发明更加安全可靠,且结构简单。

如图7所示,与具体实施方式1相同,区别在于,所述桥接地开关4由接地静导体4-1和直线接地桥臂4-2b组成,在直线接地桥臂4-2b上焊接桥臂触点4-2-1,图7所示为线路开断状态,此时真空灭弧室2处于分位,三工位开关处于隔离分位,即中间位,桥接地开关4的直线接地桥臂4-2b在桥接地开关驱动机构的带动下以桥接地开关驱动点6为驱动点直线行进至直线接地桥臂4-2b上的桥臂触点4-2-1与动导电体2-3上的动导电体触点2-3-1接触,实现负载母线5侧外接地,此时直线接地桥臂4-2b处于真空灭弧室2外侧,其关合或开断操作人员可视,使设备操作起来更加便利,安全系数较高,同时接地静导体4-1上的接地静触点4-1-1对真空灭弧室2有固定作用,所以在真空灭弧室2需要分合闸时也不会出现震动现象,使本发明更加安全可靠,且结构简单。
所述线路母线1、线路触点1-1、静导电体2-1、静导电体触点2-1-1、静触头2-2、动导电体2-3、动触头2-4、桥接地开关4和负载母线5均为良好导电体。

1.一种采用桥开关实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关,包括线路母线(1)、真空灭弧室(2)、操动机构(3)和负载母线(5),操动机构(3)带动真空灭弧室(2)实现线路母线(1)的开断,真空灭弧室(2)旋转实现电路的关合、断开以及负载侧接地,其特征在于,在所述线路母线(1)、真空灭弧室(2)、操动机构(3)和负载母线(5)组成的三工位真空开关的另一侧设有桥接地开关(4),通过桥接地开关(4)实现负载母线(5)可视接地,所述桥接地开关(4)由接地静导体(4-1)和旋转接地桥臂(4-2a)组成,在接地静导体(4-1)上设有接地静触点(4-1-1),在旋转接地桥臂(4-2a)上焊接有桥臂触点(4-2-1),或者,所述桥接地开关(4)由接地静导体(4-1)和直线接地桥臂(4-2b)组成,在接地静导体(4-1)上设有接地静触点(4-1-1),在直线接地桥臂(4-2b)上焊接有桥臂触点(4-2-1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种采用桥开关实现负载侧外接地的三工位真空开关,其特征在于,当所述真空灭弧室(2)的静导电体(2-1)上的静导电体触点(2-1-1)位于所述线路母线(1)上的线路触点(1-1)与接地静导体(4-1)上的接地静触点(4-1-1)之间时形成三工位开关的隔离分位与接地分位,所述静导电体(2-1)上的静导电体触点(2-1-1)与接地静导体(4-1)上的接地静触点(4-1-1)之间形成三工位开关的可视接地断口,所述静导电体(2-1)上的静导电体触点(2-1-1)与接地静导体(4-1)上的接地静触点(4-1-1)接触,实现三工位开关的接地合位,所述桥接地开关(4)的旋转接地桥臂(4-2a)在桥接地开关驱动机构的带动下围绕桥接地开关驱动点(6)旋转至旋转接地桥臂(4-2a)上的桥臂触点(4-2-1)与动导电体(2-3)上的动导电体触点(2-3-1)接触,实现负载母线(5)侧外可视接地。
