Abstract

本发明公开了一种亚光聚氯乙烯材料及其制备方法,该材料是由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC 100份,DOP 80~90份,复合稳定剂4~6份,硬脂酸钡1.6~2.0份,粉末丁腈胶16~20份,促进剂1.4~1.8份,硫磺1.8~2.0份,轻质碳酸钙60~70份。本发明在配方中加入粉末丁腈胶,使得组合成分在挤出制备过程中与PVC发生动态交联反应,取得类似橡胶状的亚光效果。

技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,涉及一种亚光聚氯乙烯材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC)是一种综合性能较好的通用塑料,特别是添加大量增塑剂后得到类似橡胶的聚氯乙烯弹性体,综合性能较好,但表面光亮度太高,没有橡胶状的亚光。目前一般用高聚合度PVC树脂或部分交联PVC树脂,但亚光效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足之处提供一种亚光聚氯乙烯材料。
本发明的另一目的是提供该亚光聚氯乙烯材料的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下方式实现的:
一种亚光聚氯乙烯材料,该材料是由以下重量份的组分制成:

PVC是由PVC SG-5和PVC SG-3按照1:1的重量比混合组成。
促进剂是由促进剂TMTD和促进剂CZ按照0.2~0.3:1.2~1.5的重量比混合组成。粉末丁腈胶平均粒径40~60目,丙烯腈含量33(%),优选为粉末丁腈胶P83。
复合稳定剂为铅盐复合稳定剂。
上述亚光聚氯乙烯材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
先将PVC、DOP、复合稳定剂、硬脂酸钡搅拌12~13分钟,再加入粉末丁腈胶、促进剂、硫磺、轻质碳酸钙、炭黑搅拌20~40秒后冷却至室温,再在长径比为36:1的双阶混炼机组上挤出造粒,各区温度设定如下:
轻质碳素酸钙在本发明配方中起到填充作用,硫磺在配方中起到交联作用。
与现有技术比较本发明的有益效果:本发明在配方中加入粉末丁腈胶,使得组合成分在挤出制备过程中与PVC发生动态交联反应,取得类似橡胶状的亚光效果。本发明使用TMTD和CZ的混合促进剂兼顾了工艺性、机械性能,能够进一步促使PVC与丁腈胶发生反应,使得交联更均匀、更可控。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步说明:
实施例1
制备方法:
1、高速混合:先将PVC、DOP、复合稳定剂、硬脂酸钡搅拌12分钟,再加入P83粉、促进剂、硫磺、轻质碳酸钙和炭黑搅拌半分钟后放入存粉箱冷却至室温备用。
2、挤出:在长径比为36:1的双阶混炼机组上挤出造粒,各区温度设定如下:
以下为本发明实施例1制备得到的亚光聚氯乙烯材料和普通聚氯乙烯材料性能对比表,从表中对比数据可以看到,本发明亚光聚氯乙烯材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率性能均显著提高的同时,镜面光泽可低至35%。
实施例2
制备方法:
1、高速混合:先将PVC、DOP、复合稳定剂、硬脂酸钡高速搅拌13分钟,再加入P83粉、促进剂、硫磺、轻质碳酸钙和炭黑搅拌半分钟后放入存粉箱冷却至室温备用。
2、挤出:在长径比为36:1的双阶混炼机组上挤出造粒,各区温度设定如下:
以下为本发明实施例2制备得到的亚光聚氯乙烯材料和普通聚氯乙烯材料性能对比表,从表中对比数据可以看到,本发明亚光聚氯乙烯材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率性能均显著提高的同时,镜面光泽可低至35%。

6.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的亚光聚氯乙烯材料,其特征在于复合稳定剂为铅盐复合稳定剂。
7.一种权利要求1所述的亚光聚氯乙烯材料的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤
先将PVC、DOP、复合稳定剂、硬脂酸钡搅拌12~13分钟,再加入粉末丁腈胶、促进剂、硫磺、轻质碳酸钙、炭黑搅拌20~40秒后冷却至室温,再在长径比为36:1的双阶混炼机组上挤出造粒,各区温度设定如下:
