Abstract
本发明提供一种大口径双壁波纹管制备方法,包括以下步骤:将高密度聚乙烯树脂、色母和消泡剂进行混合加热;将混合完成的物料放入挤出机的料斗进行恒温干燥;将干燥完成的物料放入两台挤出机进行螺杆塑化,其中一台挤管材外壁,一台挤管材内壁,形成内管坯和外管坯;物料通过挤出机螺杆加热熔融塑化输送至机头口模;管材内壁通过内径决定径套抽真空水冷却定型;管材外径经过自动控制的成型机传动,模块抽真空进行冷却定型;经过冷却定型后进行计长切割、双层壁承插、堆放,成品检验后完成成品入库。由于采用上述技术方案,保证了双层波纹管密封性能好,同时具有口径大、环刚度高、耐低温等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于双壁波纹管领域,尤其是涉及一种大口径双壁波纹管制备方法。
背景技术
由于双壁波纹管具有重量轻、耐腐蚀、不结垢、寿命长等特点,因此,其作为一种高性价比的排水管被广泛应用于排水等领域。而普通的PVC-U双壁波纹管低温性能较差,储运、施工过程中破损率较高,而且管径较小,口径在500mm以上成型困难;同时含铅盐稳定剂,长期使用易污染水资源和土壤。而PE缠绕管与同口径管材相比单位米重较重,并且生产速度低,很难满足大型工程需求,而且端面密封较困难,易破损。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种大口径双壁波纹管制备方法,尤其指出了增大口径工艺技术的创新。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种大口径双壁波纹管制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将高密度聚乙烯树脂、色母和消泡剂按照30:19:1进行混合,混合均匀后进行加热,加热温度控制50-60℃,搅拌时间约5-12分钟;
(2)将混合完成的物料放入挤出机的料斗进行恒温干燥,温度控制70-80℃,干燥时间100-120分钟;
(3)将干燥完成的物料放入两台挤出机进行螺杆塑化,其中一台挤管材外壁,一台挤管材内壁;两台挤出机熔体温度均控制200-205℃,熔体压力均控制≤30MPa,形成内管坯和外管坯;
(4)物料通过挤出机螺杆加热熔融塑化输送至机头口模;
(5)管材内壁通过内径决定径套抽真空水冷却定型;管材外径经过自动控制的成型机传动,模块抽真空进行冷却定型;
(6)经过冷却定型后进行计长切割、双层壁承插、堆放,成品检验后完成成品入库;
进一步,管材外壁呈波纹状。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:双层壁承插口的柔性连接保证了双层波纹管密封性能好,同时本发明具有口径大、环刚度高、耐低温等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种大口径双壁波纹管制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将高密度聚乙烯树脂、色母和消泡剂按照30:19:1进行混合,混合均匀后进行加热,加热温度控制50-60℃,搅拌时间约5-12分钟;
(2)将混合完成的物料放入挤出机的料斗进行恒温干燥,温度控制70-80℃,干燥时间100-120分钟;
(3)将干燥完成的物料放入两台挤出机进行螺杆塑化,其中一台挤管材外壁,一台挤管材内壁;两台挤出机熔体温度均控制200-205℃,熔体压力均控制≤30MPa,形成内管坯和外管坯;
(4)物料通过挤出机螺杆加热熔融塑化输送至机头口模;
(5)管材内壁通过内径决定径套抽真空水冷却定型;管材外径经过自动控制的成型机传动,模块抽真空进行冷却定型;
(6)经过冷却定型后进行计长切割、双层壁承插、堆放,成品检验后完成成品入库。
需要强调的是,本发明所述的实施例是说明性的,而不是限定性的,因此本发明并不限于具体实施方式中所述的实施例,凡是由本领域技术人员根据本发明的技术方案得出的其他实施方式,同样属于本发明保护的范围。

1.大口径双壁波纹管制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将高密度聚乙烯树脂、色母和消泡剂按照30:19:1进行混合,混合均匀后进行加热,加热温度控制50-60℃,搅拌时间约5-12分钟;
(2)将混合完成的物料放入挤出机的料斗进行恒温干燥,温度控制70-80℃,干燥时间100-120分钟;
(3)将干燥完成的物料放入两台挤出机进行螺杆塑化,其中一台挤管材外壁,一台挤管材内壁;两台挤出机熔体温度均控制200-205℃,熔体压力均控制≤30MPa,形成内管坯和外管坯;
(4)物料通过挤出机螺杆加热熔融塑化输送至机头口模;
(5)管材内壁通过内径决定径套抽真空水冷却定型;管材外径经过自动控制的成型机传动,模块抽真空进行冷却定型;
(6)经过冷却定型后进行计长切割、双层壁承插、堆放,成品检验后完成成品入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大口径双壁波纹管制备方法,其特征在于:管材外壁呈波纹状。
