发明的有益效果
根据构造(1),作为显示部,需要的部分能够是发光的,使得光不需要完全照明开关按钮。并且,导光部和遮光部由不同部件形成,使得每个部分的厚度之间的差别能够变小,从而抑制凹痕。
根据构造(2),光从露出部引导至显示部,从而加强了显示部的照明。即,光源的光穿过多个导光部而被引导,使得显示部能够接收大量的光,从而增加了显示部的发光照明度。

被保持部30由锁定臂(保持部)10保持,并且将按压部16的按压传递到推动开关29。推动开关29通过按压部16在开关操作方向上的按压而移动,从而将光源19打开/关断。光源19设置在基板39上并且还设置成靠近推动开关29。光源19布置成使得来自光源19的光能够直接照射锁定臂(保持部)10和露出部25。
因为锁定臂(保持部)10由导光部件形成,所以锁定臂(保持部)10能够引导从光源19照射的光。另外,因为嵌在按压部(遮光部)16中的显示部15也由导光部件形成,所以显示部15能够引导照射至锁定臂(保持部)10的光以发光。
图5是示出开关按钮(左开关按钮5)的显示部15的发光的图。如图5所示,显示部15通过由锁定臂10从光源19引导来的光而发光。同时,因为其中嵌有显示部的按压部(遮光部)16由遮光部件(非透光树脂等)而形成,所以按压部(遮光部)16不发光。以这种方式,需要的部分能够作为显示部15而发光,并且结果,光不需要传播成为在按压部16(或者操作部)的端部表面上的均匀的光,并且也不需要完全照明按压部16(或操作部)。另外,显示部15的形状能够任意决定。
图6是示出其中开关按钮安装在灯单元11上的状态的图。如图6所示,当按压开关按钮的按压部16时,来自光源19的光被引导至显示部15,并且从而显示部15发光。并且,在本实施例中,显示部15显示车辆内部光。因此,当按压开关按钮的按压部16时,设置在透镜4的内部的照明单元(未示出)发光以用于车辆中的照明。
图7是示出从箭头D观察的沿图6中的虚线截取的开关按钮和光源开关单元9的截面的图。如图7所示,锁定臂(保持部)10由导光部件形成,并且引导从具有光源的开关单元9的光源19照射的光。显示部15由导光部件与锁定臂(保持部)10一体地形成,嵌入到按压部(遮光部)16中并且引导照射至锁定臂10的光而发光。并且,显示部15适合于使得显示部15的与锁定臂(保持部)10一体地形成的部分不同的一部分(露出部25)从按压部(遮光部)16露出。在图7的截面图中,露出部25部分地由分支部26覆盖,但是与由分支部26覆盖的部分不同的部分露出到按压部16的内部。另外,通过引导从光源19照射到露出部25的光,显示部15发光,光源19也将光照射到锁定臂(保持部)10。以这种方式,因为光从锁定臂10和露出部25被引导到显示部15,所以增强了显示部15的照明。根据本实施例,虽然光源19设置在基板39上,但是光源19必须被设置在最优位置以加强显示部15的照明。例如,如图7所示,光源19可以处于与露出部25相对的位置处。并且,光源19可以是强定向光源并从而可以直接照射光到锁定臂10或者露出部25。另外,光源19可以是多个光源。
图8是示出从箭头E观察的沿着图6中的虚线截取的开关按钮和开关单元9的截面的图。如图8所示,锁定臂(保持部)10保持被保持部30。为通过按压来打开/关断光源19,被保持部30连接到推动开关29。在本实施例中,被保持部30是在推动开关29的周向上设置在推动开关29的突起23上的槽(凹部),并且通过将锁定臂(保持部)10的接合部20与槽(凹部)接合而保持到锁定臂(保持部)10。通过按压保持被保持部30的锁定臂(保持部)10,打开/关断了光源19,并且结果,锁定臂(保持部)10用作导光部并且同时用作用于将按压力传递到推动开关29的按压力传递部。
图9是示出作为双色模制的显示部15和按压部(遮光部)16的图。如图9所示,锁定臂(保持部)10、显示部15以及露出部25由导光部件互相一体地形成。并且,按压部16通过双色模制模制在一体形成的导光部(锁定臂10、显示部15以及露出部25)上。在该情况下,因为显示部15发光,所以按压部16(或操作部)不需要被全部照明,并且按压部16由遮光部件薄薄地形成。另外,因为显示部15和按压部(遮光部)16各自通过双色模制而模制,所以与单色模制相比模制的厚度之间的差别能够变小,并且从而不容易形成凹痕。特别地,按压部16的厚度的差别变小,并从而不容易在按压部16的表面上形成凹痕。结果,能够抑制作为开关按钮的外部部分并且实际上由操作者接触并按压的按压部16的表面上的凹痕,从而加强开关按钮的美感或操作性。
前述中,虽然已描述了根据本发明的实施例,但本发明不限于该实施例,而是能够在由权利要求界定的范围内对本发明做出改变和修改。
图10A是沿着图6中的箭头D指示的虚线切除的开关按钮的透视图。图10B是放大图10A的显示部15的附近的图。如图10A和10B所示,在双色模制的情况下,第一色部由透光树脂形成为锁定臂10、显示部15和露出部25,并且第二色部由非透光树脂形成为按压部16。在图10A和10B的实例中,包括了成显示部15状的浮岛。浮岛通过绕开分支部26而成形。分支部26由过遮光部件而形成并且覆盖露出部25的一部分,从而阻碍了照射到露出部25的光的一部分。
图11是示出分支部对显示部的发光的影响的图。如图11所示,设置在开关按钮内部的分支部26覆盖露出部25的一部分,并从而导致了在显示部15中的光不均匀。为防止这样的光的不均匀,显示部15由包含扩散材料的导光部件(透光树脂)形成。
如12A和12B是示出由包含扩散材料的导光部件形成的显示部15的图。如图12A所示,用于分散光的扩散材料并入显示部15内,从而光在显示部15中散射。结果,如图12B所示,覆盖露出部25的一部分的分支部26的阴影减小,从而与图11相比光的不均匀不显著。
另外,为防止由于分支部26引起的光不均匀,覆盖露出部25的分支部26的一部分可以在双色模制之后切除。图13A和13B是示出切除了分支部的一部分的分支部的图。如图13B所示,图13A中的分支部26被移除。结果,露出部25的整个表面露出到开关按钮的内部,使得来自光源19的光不受阻碍,因此加强显示部15的照明,并且消除由于分支部26引起的光不均匀。

工业实用性
因为需要的部分能够作为显示部发光,使得光不需要完全照明开关按钮,并且导光部和遮光部由不同的部件形成而使得能够抑制凹痕,所以根据本发明的显示开关作为设置在用于车辆等的开关按钮上的显示开关是有益的。
Claims (3)
1.一种显示开关,包括:
保持部,该保持部由导光部件形成,并且适于保持被保持部;以及
显示部,该显示部由所述导光部件形成,并与所述保持部一体地形成,该显示部嵌入在遮光部中,并且通过引导照射到所述保持部的光来发光,
其中,所述显示部和所述遮光部是双色模制的;并且
其中,所述显示部适于使得所述显示部的一部分朝光源露出,所述显示部的该部分不同于与所述保持部一体地形成的部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示开关,所述显示部通过引导从所述光源照射到所述露出的部分的光来发光。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示开关,其中所述被保持部连接到推动开关,用于通过按压将所述光源打开/关断。
