Abstract
本发明公开了一种设有液压密封结构的蝶阀,包括阀杆、阀体、阀板、密封环;阀板安装于阀体内孔中;密封环嵌装在阀体上阀板安装内孔环槽内,密封环内壁与阀板外圆密封面紧密配合,形成径向密封结构;阀体上阀板安装内孔环槽孔壁设有径向环槽;径向环槽内设有弹性加压环;弹性加压环嵌入径向环槽内,其内壁套装在密封环外壁上;弹性加压环与径向环槽的槽底留有间隙,形成加压空腔;加压空腔与设置在蝶阀外的液压保压系统连接;弹性加压环在加压空腔内液压油作用下压迫密封环外壁,形成动力密封结构;进一步改进在于:弹性加压环横截面为U形。本发明密封可靠性高,耐高压,操作方便、快捷,能耗低,可广泛应用于各类蝶阀中。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种蝶阀。
背景技术
现有蝶阀的密封设计主要有弹性密封(金属密封环)和塑性密封(非金属垫片)两种,它主要靠密封环本身(即金属密封环或非金属垫片)变形与阀板自身的配合程度来达到一定的密封效果,随着蝶阀开启次数的增加,密封环与阀板的密封效果将会在一定程度的下降,经过一定时间使用后必须更换,否则会降低密封效果,也就是说,现有蝶阀难以保证长期使用过程中的密封可靠性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能保证长期使用过程中密封可靠性的设有液压密封结构的蝶阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
设有液压密封结构的蝶阀,包括阀杆、阀体、阀板、密封环;所述阀板固定连接于阀杆上,安装于阀体内孔中;所述密封环嵌装在阀体上阀板安装内孔环槽内,密封环内壁与阀板外圆密封面紧密配合,形成径向密封结构;其改进之处在于:所述阀体上阀板安装内孔环槽孔壁设有径向环槽;所述径向环槽内设有弹性加压环;所述弹性加压环嵌入径向环槽内,其内壁套装在密封环外壁上;所述弹性加压环与径向环槽的槽底留有间隙,形成加压空腔;所述加压空腔与设置在所述蝶阀外的液压保压系统连接;所述弹性加压环在加压空腔内液压油作用下压迫密封环外壁,形成动力密封结构。
上述结构中,所述弹性加压环横截面为U形。
上述结构中,所述液压保压系统包括油箱、油泵、溢流阀、三位四通电磁换向阀、液控单向阀;所述三位四通电磁换向阀为M型三位四通电磁换向阀;所述油泵的吸口与油箱连接,出口与三位四通电磁换向阀的T口连接;所述三位四通电磁换向阀的B口与液控单向阀的进油口连接;所述液控单向阀的出油口与所述设有液压密封结构的蝶阀的进油口连接,控制油口与三位四通电磁换向阀的A口连接;所述三位四通电磁换向阀的P口与油箱连接;所述溢流阀与三位四通电磁换向阀、油泵之间的连接通路连接;上述液压系统构成液压保压回路。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、弹性加压环在加压空腔内液压油作用下压迫密封环外壁,使得密封环内壁与阀板外圆密封面紧密配合,在原有密封环与阀板密封结构基础上,增加了动力密封结构;在液压系统作用下,密封环内壁与阀板外圆密封面一直保持紧密配合状态,不会出现现有技术中密封环与阀板密封状态松动密封效果差的现象,显著提高了蝶阀密封可靠性(密封可靠性能提高五倍以上)和承压能力(承压能力提高两倍以上),确保了蝶阀长期使用过程中密封的可靠性。
2、弹性加压环横截面为U形,在液压油作用下,弹性加压环向周边扩张,一方面其内壁向密封环外壁施压,使得密封环内壁与阀板外圆密封面一直保持紧密配合状态;另一方面也使得其侧壁与径向环槽内壁紧密贴合,保证了径向环槽加压空腔的密封,保证了保压效果,进一步提高蝶阀长期使用过程中密封的可靠性。。
3、采用液压保压系统实现设有液压密封结构的蝶阀中动力密封结构的保压,保压效果好,采用M型三位四通电磁换向阀,操作方便、快捷。
4、液压保压系统中采用M型三位四通电磁换向阀,加压后切换到M型三位四通电磁换向阀中位,无需继续液压驱动就可保持设有液压密封结构的蝶阀中动力密封结构所需的压力,使得本发明在使用时动力消耗少,能耗低。
5、单向阀为液控单向阀,其控制油口与三位四通电磁换向阀的A口连接,在需要打开设有液压密封结构的蝶阀时,可反向打开液控单向阀,阀体径向环槽加压空腔内的液压油卸荷,蝶阀可正常开启。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示设有液压密封结构的蝶阀,包括阀杆1、阀体2、阀板3、密封环5;阀板3固定连接于阀杆1上,安装于阀体2内孔中;密封环5嵌装在阀体2上阀板安装内孔环槽2.1内,密封环5内壁与阀板3外圆密封面紧密配合,形成径向密封结构;阀体2上阀板安装内孔环槽2.1孔壁设有径向环槽2.2;径向环槽2.2内设有弹性加压环4;弹性加压环4嵌入径向环槽2.2内,其内壁套装在密封环5外壁上;弹性加压环4与径向环槽2.2的槽底留有间隙,形成加压空腔;加压空腔与设置在蝶阀外的液压保压系统连接;弹性加压环4在加压空腔内液压油作用下压迫密封环5外壁,形成动力密封结构。
本实施例中,弹性加压环4横截面为U形,由丁腈橡胶、天然橡胶、氯丁橡胶、乙丙橡胶、氟橡胶、硅橡胶中的一种或几种的共混胶制成。
液压保压系统包括油箱7、油泵9、溢流阀10、三位四通电磁换向阀11、液控单向阀12;三位四通电磁换向阀11为M型三位四通电磁换向阀;油泵9的吸口与油箱7连接,出口与三位四通电磁换向阀11的T口11.2连接;三位四通电磁换向阀11的B口11.4与液控单向阀12的进油口连接;液控单向阀12的出油口与设有液压密封结构的蝶阀的进油口2.3连接,控制油口与三位四通电磁换向阀11的A口11.3连接;三位四通电磁换向阀11的P口11.1与油箱7连接;溢流阀10与三位四通电磁换向阀11、油泵9之间的连接通路连接;上述液压系统构成液压保压回路。
本发明处于闭合状态时,三位四通电磁换向阀11切换到左位,油泵9从油箱7中吸液压油后,将液压油经三位四通电磁换向阀11、液控单向阀12输送到设有液压密封结构的阀体径向环槽2.2加压空腔内,加压空腔内的液压油对弹性加压环4加压,压迫密封环5外壁,使得密封环5内壁与阀板3外圆密封面紧密配合;然后,将三位四通电磁换向阀11切换到中位,此时可关闭油泵9,由于设有液控单向阀12,阀体径向环槽2.2加压空腔内内的液压油不能回流,处于保压状态,使得密封环5内壁与阀板3外圆密封面一直处于紧密配合。
如需打开本发明的阀板3,反向打开液控单向阀12,阀体径向环槽2.2加压空腔内的液压油卸荷,蝶阀可正常开启。
Claims (3)
1.一种设有液压密封结构的蝶阀,包括阀杆(1)、阀体(2)、阀板(3)、密封环(5);所述阀板(3)固定连接于阀杆(1)上,安装于阀体(2)内孔中;所述密封环(5)嵌装在阀体(2)上阀板安装内孔环槽(2.1)内,密封环(5)内壁与阀板(3)外圆密封面紧密配合,形成径向密封结构;其特征在于:所述阀体(2)上阀板安装内孔环槽(2.1)孔壁设有径向环槽(2.2);所述径向环槽(2.2)内设有弹性加压环(4);所述弹性加压环(4)嵌入径向环槽(2.2)内,其内壁套装在密封环(5)外壁上;所述弹性加压环(4)与径向环槽(2.2)的槽底留有间隙,形成加压空腔;所述加压空腔与设置在所述蝶阀外的液压保压系统连接;所述弹性加压环(4)在加压空腔内液压油作用下压迫密封环(5)外壁,形成动力密封结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设有液压密封结构的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述弹性加压环(4)横截面为U形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设有液压密封结构的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述液压保压系统包括油箱(7)、油泵(9)、溢流阀(10)、三位四通电磁换向阀(11)、液控单向阀(12);所述三位四通电磁换向阀(11)为M型三位四通电磁换向阀;所述油泵(9)的吸口与油箱(7)连接,出口与三位四通电磁换向阀(11)的T口(11.2)连接;所述三位四通电磁换向阀(11)的B口(11.4)与液控单向阀(12)的进油口连接;所述液控单向阀(12)的出油口与所述设有液压密封结构的蝶阀的进油口(2.3)连接,控制油口与三位四通电磁换向阀(11)的A口(11.3)连接;所述三位四通电磁换向阀(11)的P口(11.1)与油箱(7)连接;所述溢流阀(10)与三位四通电磁换向阀(11)、油泵(9)之间的连接通路连接;上述液压系统构成液压保压回路。
