背景技术
斗轮堆取料机在实际操作中最大难度就是回转角度和俯仰角度的掌握,独山子石化公司第二热电厂DQL300/300.25斗轮堆取料机的电气改造设计,采用当前行业的先进技术进行设计。尤其是检测装置的随着科技的发展,斗轮堆取料机的自动化越来越高,自动化技术也蓬勃发 展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造旨在解决斗轮堆取料机的方便使用和安全性提供了技术保证,采用机器人的运动规划和主动控制技术,提高斗轮堆取料机的工作稳定性和作业能力。为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是本发明涉及一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造由卷扬机电机1、热继电器2、旋转编码器3、触摸屏4、行程开关5、制动器6、PLC可编程控制器7、组态软件8组成,其特征在于所述的一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造的各机构控制开关和信号指示集中接入PLC可编程控制器7。所述的卷扬机电机1的主回路设自动开关的热继电器2作短路、过载、断相保护。所述的旋转编码器3加装在传动机构的输出轴上,检测信号送入PLC可编程控制器7的高速计数器模块接口,在PLC可编程控制器7中根据检测到的旋转编码器3信号计算出臂架对水平位置的角度,并在触摸屏4中显示该角度。所述的行程开关5设置在卷扬机的输出轴上。所述的制动器6设置在卷扬机的输出轴上。
本发明的优势主要体现在: 
本斗轮机的电气控制系统以PLC为核心,能够精确计算出臂架对水平位置的角度,并在触摸屏中显示该角度。

1-卷扬机电机 2-热继电器  3-旋转编码器   4-触摸屏5-行程开关6-制动器7-PLC可编程控制器   8-组态软件。
下面结合图1讲述一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造的核心:
本发明涉及一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造由卷扬机电机1、热继电器2、旋转编码器3、触摸屏4、行程开关5、制动器6、PLC可编程控制器7、组态软件8组成,其特征在于所述的一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造的各机构控制开关和信号指示集中接入PLC可编程控制器7。所述的卷扬机电机1电机为直接起动,电动上升和下放控制,主回路设自动开关的热继电器2作短路、过载、断相保护。所述的旋转编码器3加装在传动机构的输出轴上,检测信号送入PLC可编程控制器7的高速计数器模块接口,在PLC可编程控制器7中根据检测到的旋转编码器3信号计算出臂架对水平位置的角度,并在触摸屏4中显示该角度。所述的行程开关5设置在卷扬机的输出轴上, 卷扬机旁设置一台行程开关作臂架俯仰终端限位保护,开关动作即停止臂架俯仰,制动器同时制动。所述的制动器6设置在卷扬机的输出轴上, 卷扬机带两台制动器,延时制动控制,即在正常工作时,一台制动器与电机同步工作,另一台制动器制动时延时一下再抱闸制动。

1.本发明涉及一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造由卷扬机电机1、热继电器2、旋转编码器3、触摸屏4、行程开关5、制动器6、PLC可编程控制器7、组态软件8组成,其特征在于所述的一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造的各机构控制开关和信号指示集中接入PLC可编程控制器7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造,其特征在于所述的卷扬机电机1的主回路设自动开关的热继电器2作短路、过载、断相保护。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造,其特征在于所述的旋转编码器3加装在传动机构的输出轴上,检测信号送入PLC可编程控制器7的高速计数器模块接口,在PLC可编程控制器7中根据检测到的旋转编码器3信号计算出臂架对水平位置的角度,并在触摸屏4中显示该角度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造,其特征在于所述的行程开关5设置在卷扬机的输出轴上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种斗轮机的臂架俯仰机构的电气自动化改造,其特征在于所述的制动器6设置在卷扬机的输出轴上。
