表面活性剂的类型可为阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂的任意组合。在某些实施方案中,所述组合物包含阴离子表面活性剂和任选的两性表面活性剂和/或两性离子表面活性剂。
所述组合物可通过任何已知的结构剂(诸如,通过聚合物、胶或纤维素)或通过盐与足够量的表面活性剂一起构造。
从含有表面活性剂和香料的单组分组合物的香料释放可通过将香料和表面活性剂分离成如本文所述的多组分组合物来增加。
实施例
将具有11.84重量%的总表面活性剂和0.95重量%的香料的对照组合物与双相组合物A相比较,在该双相组合物A中,所有表面活性剂在一个相(表面活性剂相A)中且所有香料在另一相(香料相)中。这些相各自以总组合物的50重量%使用。并且,制备具有一半量的表面活性剂(表面活性剂相B)的双相组合物B,所有香料在另一相(香料相)中。组合物列在下文中。重量%为在相中的重量%。表面活性剂相和香料相各自以总组合物的50重量%使用。
进行动态顶空分析以评价三种不同香料组分乙酸已酯、月桂烯醇(myrcenol)和橙花醇(nerol)的香料性能。组合物A和B通过将0.5g样品(0.25g表面活性剂相(A或B)和0.25g香料相)加到气相色谱小瓶中来制备。加入2g 40℃的去离子水。在40℃下培育,同时以750rpm振荡。制备六个样品并保持混合,直至分析。在30秒时分析第一个样品,且在1分钟、2分钟、5分钟、10分钟和30分钟时分析随后的样品。取样500μl并将其注入气相色谱柱中。下表示出了在0.5分钟-30分钟的不同时间间隔时在各组合物之上的顶空中各香料组分的强度。进行两个重复实验且将结果取平均值。
