Abstract
一种增加头发体积感的植物精油皂液,由重量百分比为9.0‑18%的皂化植物基础精油、重量百分比为0.5‑5.0%芳香精油、重量百分比为1.0‑5.0%茶皂素、重量百分比为0.1‑0.5%硅酸镁锂、重量百分比为0.1‑0.3尿囊素和余量的水溶性载体组成。本发明的植物精油皂液具有显著的清洁去油、增加头发丰盈感的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗发皂液,特别涉及一种具有头皮滋养作用且能够令秀发蓬松丰盈的植物精油洗发皂液。
本发明还涉洗发皂液的其制备方法。
背景技术
皂基洗发液主成分为脂肪酸钠,源于古老的皂化工艺,具有天然环保的特性。但早期的洗发皂洗头,涩到用手指都无法将头发梳开。干发后,则感觉头发黏腻,没有蓬松感。这些不良的感官效果主要由皂垢导致的,而皂垢的产生原因和量,则和水的硬度成份有关。
本发明能够克服皂基洗发液的弊端,实现软水、硬水条件下,洗发皂液的感官体验都能优于或与合成洗发香波相近。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有头皮滋养作用且能够令秀发蓬松丰盈的植物精油洗发皂液。
本发明另一目的是提供该洗发皂液的其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种增加头发体积感的植物精油皂液,由以下组分组成:
占精油皂液重量百分比为9.0-18%的皂化基础精油;
占精油皂液重量百分比为0.5-5.0%芳香精油;
占精油皂液重量百分比为1.0-5.0%茶皂素;
占精油皂液重量百分比为0.1-0.5%硅酸镁锂;
占精油皂液重量百分比为0.1-0.3尿囊素;
余量的水溶性载体。
本发明技术方案包括:其中所述皂化基础精油为皂化椰子精油、皂化橄榄精油、皂化红花精油三者的混合物,且皂化椰子精油:皂化橄榄精油:皂化红花精油重量比为1:1:1至2:1:1。
本发明技术方案包括:其中所述芳香精油为生姜精油、茶树精油、尤加利精油、丝柏精油、薄荷精油、甜橙精油的任意组合。
本发明所述芳香精油由以下组分组成:
占芳香精油重量百分比为5.0%的椰子油酸钾;
占芳香精油重量百分比为5.0%橄榄油酸钾;
占芳香精油重量百分比为5.0%的红花油酸钾;
占芳香精油重量百分比为2.0%甜橙精油;
占芳香精油重量百分比为3.0%茶皂素;
占芳香精油重量百分比为0.3%的硅酸镁锂;
占芳香精油重量百分比为0.2%尿囊素;
和适量的防腐剂、增稠剂余量的水。
所述精油洗发皂液,采用以下步骤制备:
(A)将所有基础精油升温到75-85℃,定量好的碱液缓缓倒入搅拌至完全溶解,pH降至8.0以下;
(B)继续保温加热至成透明状皂糊;
(C)将量好比例的皂糊与纯水保温放置一天以上至皂糊完全溶解,加入其他组分搅拌至完全溶解;
(D)温度降至40-45℃,加入芳香精油、防腐剂等,即可分装。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的在皂液添加耐硬水的茶皂素、有效络合钙镁离子的尿囊素、硅酸镁锂,降低了皂垢的形成,使得洗发皂液在硬水条件下,起泡性与合成香波相近,皂垢几乎不残留於头发上,不会产生黏腻的洗后感。而在软水条件下,因为头发表面覆盖了薄薄的脂肪酸,而脂肪酸为弱酸性,所以毛鳞片会自然的闭合,能让头发松软并有光泽。另外,所用植物基础精油与皮脂中所含的油脂相近,能够适度滋养头皮。本发明的弱碱性精油皂液具有显著的清洁去油效果,特别适合油性发质人群。
具体实施方式
下面是本发明的洗发皂液(Ⅰ-Ⅹ)应用的非限定性实例。这些实施例的给出仅仅是为了说明的目的,并不能理解为对本发明的限定,因为在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的基础上,可以对本发明进行许多改变。在这些实施例中,除非特别说明,所有的浓度都是重量百分比。
发泡力测定采用Ross Miles法,参考GB/T 1378-2008表面活性剂、洗涤剂实验方法-洗涤剂发泡力的测定;
pH测定采用电位法,参考GB/T 6368-1993表面活性剂、水溶液pH值的测定方法。
实施例Ⅵ-Ⅹ
制备实施例
以实施例Ⅲ为例说明本发明产品的制备方法:
(A)将50g椰子精油(钾皂值0.2660)、50g橄榄精油(钾皂值0.1876)、50g红花精油(钾皂值0.1904)升温到75℃,所用氢氧化钾的理论用量为(0.2660×50(椰子油)+0.1876×50(橄榄油)+0.1904×50(红花油)=32.2g),实际用量为32.2×90%=28.98g,配制成10%碱液;定量好的碱液缓缓倒入搅拌至完全溶解,pH降至8.0以下;
(B)继续保温加热至成透明状皂糊;
(C)将量好比例的皂糊与纯水580g保温放置一天以上至皂糊完全溶解,加入茶皂素30g、硅酸镁锂3g、尿囊素2g,搅拌至完全溶解;
(D)温度降至40-45℃,加入茶树精油30g、防腐剂羟基氧肟酸5g,补充水至1000g,搅拌均匀,待泡沫消除,即可分装。
本发明实施例Ⅵ的制备方法如下:
(A)将60g椰子精油(钾皂值0.2660)、60g橄榄精油(钾皂值0.1876)、60g红花精油(钾皂值0.1904)升温到75℃,所用氢氧化钾的理论用量为(0.2660×60(椰子油)+0.1876×60(橄榄油)+0.1904×60(红花油)=38.64g),实际用量为38.64×90%+34.776g,配制成10%碱液;定量好的碱液缓缓倒入搅拌至完全溶解,pH降至8.0以下;
(B)继续保温加热至成透明状皂糊;
(C)将量好比例的皂糊与纯水695g保温放置一天以上至皂糊完全溶解;
(D)温度降至40-45℃,加入茶树精油10g、尤加利精油5g,广谱防腐剂羟基氧肟酸5g,补充水至1000g,搅拌均匀,待泡沫消除,即可分装。
功效评价实施例
感官评价法将实施例I-X,分别发给60名测试人员对比使用。测试人员使用精油皂液样品时按照相同使用方法,每种实施例的样品各使用2次。测试者根据自己使用体验对样品的洗时候的起泡性、洗后的去油效果、头发柔软性、干发丰盈感进行评分,评分标准采用7分制,1分最差,7分最好,分数越高效果越好,最后评价结果取平均值。各实施例使用效果评价结果列于表3。

1.一种增加头发体积感的植物精油皂液,由以下组分组成:
占精油皂液重量百分比为9.0-18%的皂化植物基础精油;
占精油皂液重量百分比为0.5-5.0%芳香精油;
占精油皂液重量百分比为1.0-5.0%茶皂素;
占精油皂液重量百分比为0.1-0.5%硅酸镁锂;
占精油皂液重量百分比为0.1-0.3%尿囊素;
余量的水溶性载体;
其中所述皂化植物基础精油为皂化椰子精油、皂化橄榄精油、皂化红花精油三者的混合物,且皂化椰子精油:皂化橄榄精油:皂化红花精油重量比为1:1:1至2:1:1;
其中所述芳香精油为茶树精油、尤加利精油、甜橙精油的任意组合。
