Abstract

本发明公开了一种侧装联动三通切换阀,其特征在于:包括上、下三通阀和双级涡轮操作机构;所述双级涡轮操作机构安装在上、下三通阀之间;所述上、下三通阀的阀体内均设置有L型阀芯;所述两个L型阀芯通过上、下阀杆与双级涡轮操作机构连接。L型阀芯采取全通径设计,减小了润滑油的阻力,从而达到压降低,流通性好,节能的作用。阀体和端体都采用精密铸造而成,密封环摩擦系数低,使用寿命长,密封性可靠。L型阀芯在转动过程中,只与阀座密封环接触,避免了以前发生卡死现象。双级涡轮操作机构操作方便,转动手轮时轻松自如,操作力小,涡轮蜗杆机构设计更不会卡死,转不动现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽轮机润滑供油系统切换设备,具体地讲是一种侧装联动三通切换阀。
背景技术
目前,在汽轮机润滑供油系统中,通常采用筒状板式结构切换阀,安装于两支冷油器连通管之间。由于套筒式阀芯阻力大,与阀体摩擦严重。其整个设备主要靠焊接加工而成,长时间使用会使尺寸焊接应力变形,内部传动主要由凸轮机构带动套筒运动,容易卡死介质流路复杂,阻力大,泄漏大。该种切换阀操作不简便,经常会出现误动作,阀芯卡死现象,造成润滑油系统断油。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述技术问题,提供了一种侧装联动三通切换阀,采用这种切换阀作为两台冷油器之间切换设备,具有操作简便,不会由于误动作造成润滑油系统断油的特点。
实现本发明的技术方案是:一种侧装联动三通切换阀,包括上、下三通阀和双级涡轮操作机构;所述双级涡轮操作机构安装在上、下三通阀之间;所述上、下三通阀的阀体内设置有L型阀芯;所述L型阀芯通过上、下阀杆与双级涡轮操作机构连接。
所述双级涡轮操作机构上面有旋转刻线,手轮逆时针旋转,对准左通时,阀门右侧关闭,阀门左侧全通;手轮顺时针旋转,对准右通时,阀门左侧关闭,阀门右侧全通。
所述上、下三通阀的上、下阀杆装入双级涡轮操作机构的键孔内,通过键传动带动上、下三通阀的L型阀芯。
所述上、下阀杆装入L型阀芯的阀杆孔内,所述L型阀芯,阀体,上、下阀杆同心。
所述上、下阀杆用O型圈和填料进行密封,并盖上底盖。
所述阀座镶嵌有密封环并装上O型圈。
所述端体的弹簧孔内安装弹簧,把阀座装入端体内,压住弹簧形成间隙配合
所述上、下三通阀分别由两个端体和两个阀座组成对称密封,端体与阀体用螺栓螺母连接拧紧,靠垫片组成密封。
所述上、下三通阀的法兰之间用两个支撑板固定,并用螺栓螺母拧紧锁死。
所述上、下三通阀安装有平衡阀和排污阀。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、侧装联动三通切换阀的L型阀芯采取全通径设计,减小了润滑油的阻力,从而达到压降低,流通性好,节能的作用。
2、阀体和端体都采用精密铸造而成,密封环摩擦系数低,使用寿命长,密封性可靠。
3、L型阀芯在转动过程中,只与阀座密封环接触,避免了以前发生卡死现象。
4、双级涡轮操作机构操作方便,转动手轮时轻松自如,操作力小,涡轮蜗杆机构设计更不会卡死,转不动现象。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种侧装联动三通切换阀,包括上三通阀22、下三通阀24、双级涡轮操作机构8、平衡阀14、排污阀7、底座12、支撑板9。其中上三通阀22和下三通阀24分别包括阀体1、端体3、L型阀芯4、阀座2、密封环10、弹簧5、上阀杆6、下阀杆17、底盖15、填料18及其O型圈11,垫片20。所述L型阀芯4放入阀体1内腔里,调整位置对准阀体1上下阀杆孔,再装上下阀杆6、17,并把阀杆6,阀杆17装入L型阀芯4的阀杆孔内,调整L型阀芯4在阀体里的位置,保证阀芯4,阀体1,阀杆6、7的同心度。调整好后,阀杆17用O型圈11和填料18进行密封,并装上底盖15,底盖15用内六角螺钉固定。阀杆6用装上填料18的填料压套16密封。所述密封环10镶嵌到阀座2里面,并装上O型圈11。然后把弹簧5分别放在端体3的弹簧孔内。最后把阀座2装入端体3内,压住弹簧5形成间隙配合。上、下三通阀22、24分别由两个端体3和两个阀座2组成对称密封,端体3与阀体1用螺栓螺母19连接拧紧,靠垫片20组成密封。把支架13通过螺栓螺母19连接到下三通阀24上。再把双级涡轮操作机构8通过螺栓螺母19连接到支架13上。然后将上三通阀22的阀杆6装入双级涡轮操作机构8的键孔内,通过键23传动带动上、下三通阀22、24的L型阀芯4,双级涡轮操作机构8通过手轮21操作。最后调整上、下三通阀的法兰之间的距离,用两个支撑板9固定下来,4个螺栓螺母19拧紧锁死。上、下三通阀22、24连接好后,再把平衡阀14和排污阀7安装好。
本发明的操作方法:转动双级涡轮操作机构8的手轮21,通过双级涡轮操作机构8的涡轮带动上、下三通阀22、24的阀杆6同时运动,阀杆6再力矩传达给L型阀芯4做90度旋转移动。双级涡轮操作机构8上面有旋转刻线,手轮21逆时针旋转,对准左通时,阀门右侧关闭,阀门左侧全通;手轮21顺时针旋转,对准右通时,阀门左侧关闭,阀门右侧全通。
如图4所示,在工作中,侧装联动三通切换阀在使用中润滑油从润滑油入口管27经切换阀下部入口进入,经冷油器25、26冷却后,由切换阀上部润滑油出口管28进入轴承润滑油供油母管,阀芯所处的位置,决定了相应的冷油器投入状况。当需要两台冷油器同时投入工作时,应把双级涡轮操作机构8的旋转到中间位置,润滑油可经L型阀芯4分别进入冷油器A25、冷油器B26。

1.一种侧装联动三通切换阀,其特征在于:包括上、下三通阀和双级涡轮操作机构;所述双级涡轮操作机构安装在上、下三通阀之间;所述上、下三通阀的阀体内均设置有 L 型阀芯;所述两个 L 型阀芯通过上、下阀杆与双级涡轮操作机构连接,所述双级涡轮操作机构上面有旋转刻线,手轮逆时针旋转,对准左通时,阀门右侧关闭,阀门左侧全通;手轮顺时针旋转,对准右通时阀门左侧关闭,阀门右侧全通,所述上、下三通阀的上、下阀杆装入双级涡轮操作机构的键孔内,通过键传动带动上、下三通阀的 L 型阀芯,上、下阀杆装入 L 型阀芯的阀杆孔内,所述 L 型阀芯,阀体,上、下阀杆同心,所述上、下阀杆用 O 型圈和填料进行密封,并盖上底盖,阀座镶嵌有密封环并装上 O 型圈,端体的弹簧孔内安装弹簧,把阀座装入端体内,压住弹簧形成间隙配合,所述上、下三通阀分别由两个端体和两个阀座组成对称密封,端体与阀体用螺栓螺母连接拧紧,靠垫片组成密封,所述上、下三通阀的法兰之间用两个支撑板固定,并用螺栓螺母拧紧锁死,所述上、下三通阀安装有平衡阀和排污阀;转动所述双级涡轮操作机构的手轮通过双级涡轮操作机构的涡轮带动上、下三通阀的阀杆同时运动,所述阀杆 再力矩传达给 L 型阀芯 做 90 度旋转移动;
在工作中,侧装联动三通切换阀在使用中润滑油从润滑油入口管经切换阀下部入口进入,经冷油器冷却后,由切换阀上部润滑油出口管进入轴承 润滑油供油母管,阀芯所处的位置,决定了相应的冷油器投入状况;当需要两台冷油器同时 投入工作时,应把双级涡轮操作机构的旋转到中间位置,润滑油可经 L 型阀芯分别进入两个冷油器。
