Abstract
一种电镀件镀层处理工艺,属于金属电镀领域,尤其涉及到对电镀后的金属工件镀层的处理。其特征是包括以下工序及步骤:a.清洗工序,b.干燥工序,c.除氢工序,d.钝化工序,e.防脱色工序,f.研磨工序,还包括镀液回收工序,镀液回收工序与清洗工序相连接,实现对清洗槽中的电镀液进行回收。其有益效果是,经过本发明处理后的金属电镀件,不但表面镀层光洁,精度高,而且不易变色,耐腐蚀性好。

技术领域
本发明属于金属电镀领域,尤其涉及到对电镀后的金属工件镀层的处理。
背景技术
现代制造业中,大量使用金属制品,在金属制品上镀层也是常见的生产方法。钝化处理是关键的一个工艺步骤,其目的是为了材料的防腐蚀。因为金属工件电镀后的镀层附着有电镀液,而电镀液中含有的化学成分,会对电镀件的镀层产生腐蚀等影响,因此需要对电镀的金属件镀层进行处理,以便使电镀后的金属工件的外观达到理想的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电镀件镀层处理工艺,提高镀层表面光亮和美观。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种电镀件镀层处理工艺,其特征是包括以下工序及步骤:
a.清洗工序,在清洗槽中注入清水,将电镀件放在清洗槽中上下左右晃动,经2-3个槽顺序进行清洗,清除电镀件表面的电镀液;
b.干燥工序,将水洗后的电镀件采用烘干或用热风方法进行干燥处理;
c.除氢工序,对干燥后的电镀件高温加热,在温度控制住55-70°进行除氢处理;
d.钝化工序,将除氢处理后的电镀件浸泡在三价铬酸盐溶液中,温度55-65°,时间5-8分钟;
e.防脱色工序,在钝化后的电镀件的镀层表面浸涂一层防变色剂,防止其脱色或变色,所述的防变色剂为化学稳定性较高的贵金属或其合金;
f.研磨工序,将防脱色处理的电镀件,经磨床研磨,提高镀层表面光洁度或表面精度;
还包括镀液回收工序,镀液回收工序与清洗工序相连接,实现对清洗槽中的电镀液进行回收。
本发明的有益效果是,经过本发明处理后的金属电镀件,不但表面镀层光洁,精度高,而且不易变色,耐腐蚀性好。

具体实施方式
由附图1可知,本发明包括以下工序及步骤:
a.清洗工序,在清洗槽中注入清水,将电镀件放在清洗槽中上下左右晃动,经2-3个槽顺序进行清洗,清除电镀件表面的电镀液;b.干燥工序,将水洗后的电镀件采用烘干或用热风方法进行干燥处理;c.除氢工序,对干燥后的电镀件高温加热,在温度控制住55-70°进行除氢处理;d.钝化工序,将除氢处理后的电镀件浸泡在三价铬酸盐溶液中,温度55-65°,时间5-8分钟;e.防脱色工序,在钝化后的电镀件的镀层表面浸涂一层防变色剂,防止其脱色或变色,所述的防变色剂为化学稳定性较高的贵金属或其合金;f.研磨工序,将防脱色处理的电镀件,经磨床研磨,提高镀层表面光洁度或表面精度;
为了降低生产成本,节省电镀材料,以及减少污水的排放及污染,本发明还包括镀液回收工序,镀液回收工序与清洗工序相连接,实现对清洗槽中的电镀液进行回收。清洗工序中的电镀液进入镀液回收工序储存,并经蒸发浓缩然后再补充进电镀槽,供电镀使用。

1.一种电镀件镀层处理工艺,其特征是包括以下工序及步骤:
a.清洗工序,在清洗槽中注入清水,将电镀件放在清洗槽中上下左右晃动,经2-3个槽顺序进行清洗,清除电镀件表面的电镀液;
b.干燥工序,将水洗后的电镀件采用烘干或用热风方法进行干燥处理;
c.除氢工序,对干燥后的电镀件高温加热,在温度控制住55-70°进行除氢处理;
d.钝化工序,将除氢处理后的电镀件浸泡在三价铬酸盐溶液中,温度55-65°,时间5-8分钟;
e.防脱色工序,在钝化后的电镀件的镀层表面浸涂一层防变色剂,防止其脱色或变色,所述的防变色剂为化学稳定性较高的贵金属或其合金;
f.研磨工序,将防脱色处理的电镀件,经磨床研磨,提高镀层表面光洁度或表面精度;
还包括镀液回收工序,镀液回收工序与清洗工序相连接,实现对清洗槽中的电镀液进行回收。
