带下的量明显增多，色、质、气味发生异常，或伴全身、局部症状者，称为“带下病”，又称“下白物”、“流秽物”。造成白带病的原因很多，如滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、老年性阴道炎、子宫颈糜烂、子宫颈息肉、子宫内膜炎、宫颈癌等。临床表现常见白带增多、绵绵不断、腰痛、神疲等，或见赤白相兼，或五色杂下，或脓浊样，有臭气等。
正常女子自青春期开始，肾气充盛，脾气健运，任脉通调，带脉健固，阴道内即有少量白色或无色透明无臭的粘性液体，特别是在经期前后、月经中期及妊娠期量增多，以润泽阴户，防御外邪，此为生理性带下。如《沈氏女科辑要》引王孟英说：“带下，女子生而即有，津津常润，本非病也。”若带下量明显增多，或色、质、气味异常，即为带下病。《女科证治约旨》说：“若外感六淫，内伤七情，酝酿成病，致带脉纵弛，不能约束诸脉经，于是阴中有物，淋漓下降，绵绵不断，即所谓带下也。
近年来带下病有增多的趋势，严重威胁妇女的健康。因此寻找一种疗效快，治愈率高的药物治疗成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种治疗带下病的中药药丸及其制备方法，其疗效显著、安全可靠、无毒副作用，具有广阔的临床应用前景。
本发明所述的一种治疗带下病的中药药丸，按照重量份数计，由以下中药原料配制而成：炒白果13～18份、盐黄柏13～18份、熟地13～18份、丹皮13～18份、鹿角霜8～12份、车前子8～12份、苍术8～12份和甘草8～12份。

本发明所述的治疗带下病的中药药丸的制备方法，按照以下步骤进行：将上述中药原料研磨成细粉，过80～120目筛，混合均匀后，炼蜜为丸，每丸9g、装袋密封。
使用时，每次服一丸，一天2～3次。
药理分析：
炒白果：敛肺定喘、止带浊、缩小便。抑制结核杆菌的生长、对多种革兰阴性及阳性细菌及艾肤真菌有不同成度的抑制作用。还有袪痰、抗衰老、抗过敏作用。生食有毒、熟食可减少毒性。
盐黄柏：泻火解毒、清热燥湿、泄肾火退虚热、用于湿热带下黄稠臭秽。
熟地：甘，微温。归肝、肾经。具有补血滋阴功效，可用于血虚萎黄，眩晕，心悸失眠，月经不调，崩漏等症，亦可用于肾阴不足的潮热骨蒸、盗汗、遗精、消渴等症。
丹皮：清热凉血；活血散瘀。温热病热入血分；发斑；吐衄；热病后期热伏阴分发热；阴虚骨蒸潮热；血滞经闭；痛经；痈肿疮毒；跌扑伤痛；风湿热痹。
鹿角霜：咸，温。归肝、肾经。温肾助阳，收敛止血。用于脾肾阳痿，食少吐泻，白带，遗尿尿频，崩漏下血，痈疽痰核。
车前子：入肾、肝、膀胱三经。利水，清热，明目，祛痰。治小便不通，淋浊，带下，尿血，暑湿泻痢，咳嗽多痰，湿痹，目赤障翳。
苍术：燥湿健脾；祛风湿。苍术提取物具有消除耐药福氏痢疾杆菌R质粒的作用，能降低细菌耐药性的产生。利用95％乙醇浸泡苍术10小时，取出苍术，放在准备消毒的手术室地面上，点燃，直到苍术化为灰为止，消毒后比消毒前空气中菌落数明显减少。
甘草：性平，味甘，归十二经，是一种补益中草药。生甘草能清热解毒，润肺止咳，调和诸药性；炙甘草能补脾益气。

典型病例举例：
病例1：舒某，女，39岁，2013年7月5日初诊，患赤白带下，时多时少，小便频数。妇科查有宫颈糜烂。舌苔黄腻，脉象沉伏而弱。经西药治疗效果不显。此乃思虑伤脾，健运失司，内生郁热，又受湿邪，故赤白带下。服用本发明药物15天后复查，血量减少，所述症状消失，随访至今未复发。
病例2：朱某，女，22岁，2014年3月14日初诊。患者诉前次经前有赤白带下，呈褐色，经后缓解，据前次经后十余天又有此现象。月经周期25天，经前烦躁并伴倒经流鼻血，前次经前期腹痛，有血块，血量及周期正常。弦脉，舌尖红。苔厚，经前尤明显。饮食无异常，妇科检查无殊，此属带下病症。服用本发明药物一个月后复查，所述症状消失，随访至今未复发。

实施例1：
一种治疗带下病的中药药丸，按照重量份数计，由以下中药原料配制而成：炒白果15份、盐黄柏15份、熟地15份、丹皮15份、鹿角霜10份、车前子10份、苍术10份和甘草10份。
实施例2：
实施例1按照下述步骤制备治疗带下病的中药药丸，将上述中药原料研磨成细粉，过80～120目筛，混合均匀后，炼蜜为丸，每丸9g、装袋密封。
使用时，每次服一丸，一天2～3次。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗带下病的中药药丸，其特征在于按照重量份数计，由以下中药原料配制而成：炒白果13～18份、盐黄柏13～18份、熟地13～18份、丹皮13～18份、鹿角霜8～12份、车前子8～12份、苍术8～12份和甘草8～12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗带下病的中药药丸，其特征在于按照重量份数计，由以下中药原料配制而成：炒白果15份、盐黄柏15份、熟地15份、丹皮15份、鹿角霜10份、车前子10份、苍术10份和甘草10份。
3.一种权利要求1所述的治疗带下病的中药药丸的制备方法，其特征在于按照以下步骤进行：将上述中药原料研磨成细粉，过80～120目筛，混合均匀后，炼蜜为丸，每丸9g、装袋密封。
