Description
技术领域
本公开涉及用于将致动装置联接至可拆卸的工具组件的联接构件。更具体地,本公开涉及包括锁定组件的联接构件,用于将手术致动装置紧固至手术设备的一次性装载单元或重新装载件(reload)。
背景技术
包括手术致动装置和一次性单次使用装载单元或多次使用装载单元或重新装载件的手术设备是已知的。通常,在手术操作期间,可以是吻合器、施夹器的形式或类似的形式的重新装载件被连接至手术致动装置以执行手术操作。在手术操作完成之后,可以用新的重新装载件替换已用尽的重新装载件以利于执行另一个手术操作。
在手术操作期间,需要重新装载件以防止重新装载件在其致动期间与手术致动装置分离的方式被牢固地紧固至手术致动装置。重新装载件能够快速附接至手术致动装置和从手术致动装置快速拆除也很重要。
发明内容
可以理解的是,包括易于安装并且被配置为当机电手术装置被发射时锁定的工具组件的机电手术装置,可被证明在手术场合是有用的。

先参照图1,显示了依照本公开的重新装载件10。重新装载件10可被配置为被联接至多种不同的手术致动装置,手术致动装置在图1中被示意性地显示为11并且包括手动操作式致动装置、自动控制式致动装置、机电式致动装置、机动式致动装置等。重新装载件10支撑末端执行器或工具组件14,重新加载10可以是吻合器、施夹器、抓握器或类似形式。
手术致动装置11包括轴组件12,轴组件12包括支撑第一联接构件36的远侧端,第一联接构件36被配置为以可释放方式支撑重新装载件10。在一个实施例中,工具组件14是吻合器形式并且包括支撑砧座21的第一钳夹构件19以及支撑仓盒25的第二钳夹构件23。在本公开的任何实施例中,仓盒25能够以可拆卸方式联接至第二钳夹构件23。
参照图1至图5,第一联接构件36被支撑在轴组件12的远侧端15处并且被配置为以可拆卸方式联接至重新装载件10的第二联接构件51(图5)从而将重新装载件10以可释放方式联接至手术致动装置11。第一联接构件36包括套环40,套环40包括两对相对于彼此正交定向的被隔开的孔隙42a、42b。孔隙42a、42b的设置允许使用者在相对于轴组件12的远侧端15的至少两个不同位置上将重新装载件10联接至轴组件12。在有些实施例中,孔隙42a、42b可以是锥形的、斜角的,其原因将在下文详细讨论。

参照图4至图7,第二联接构件51还包括具有锁板48和柱塞50的锁定组件。锁板48包括以可枢转方式联接至工具组件14的内表面45的一对左和右铰链62a,62b(如图6中最佳示出)。可选地,可以提供单一铰链、活动铰链或任何能够以可枢转方式支撑邻近重新装载件10的近侧端的锁板48的结构,以便以可枢转方式支撑锁板10。在所示的实施例中,锁板48能够绕铰链62a、62b从第一未锁定位置(图7)枢转至第二锁定位置(图6和图8)。在锁定位置,锁板48的左侧壁47a和右侧壁47b被定位在第二联接构件51的弹簧销52a、52b的环形凸缘56a、56b之间。在此位置上,锁板48防止弹簧销52a、52b径向地向内移动,并且因此防止销52a、52b退出孔隙42a、42b从而防止重新装载件10从轴组件12分离。在未锁定位置上,锁板48的左侧壁47a和右侧壁47b不被定位在第二联接构件51的弹簧销52a、52b的环形凸缘56a、56b之间。在此位置上,弹簧销52a、52b能够向内移动。U形夹64被设置在锁板48的顶部49处,并且被配置为将柱塞50的近侧端66连接至锁板48。U形夹64可经由销、卡位件/凹痕构造(detent/indent configuration)或其他适合的连接方式被连接至柱塞50的近侧端66。

参照图6至图7,如上所述,手术致动装置可包括机电线性驱动致动。因此,重新装载件10可在工具组件14的近侧端处包括输入驱动件76,工具组件14被配置为选择性地接合被包括在轴组件12的远侧端处并且与第一联接构件36邻近的输出驱动件44a、44b中的任一个。在所示的实施例中,输入驱动件76包括被接纳在输出驱动件44a、44b的六边形凹槽内的六边形配件。根据重新装载件10相对于轴组件12的定向,输入驱动件76能够被连接至输出驱动件44a、44b中的任一个。
为了解说目的,现将结合图9所示的机电的、手持式手术吻合设备100(设备100)来描述重新装载件10的操作。注意的是,如上所讨论的,可以使用重新装载件10的联接构件51将重新装载件10联接至多种不同的手术致动装置11。
简要地,设备100包括限定了鼻状部(nose)或连接部126的手柄118,所述鼻状部或连接部126被配置为以可释放方式接合轴组件12的近侧端13。可选地,手柄118和轴组件12可被固定地连接。驱动机构(未显示)被配置为驱动轴组件12的输出驱动件44a、44b以致动工具组件14从而实现砧座19的移动和/或发射吻合钉和切割组织。序号为12/622,827、13/769,419的美国专利申请中详细描述了此操作,所述专利申请通过引用结合在此。在本文中公开的任何实施例中,轴组件能够可拆卸的且可替换的,并且能够对应于所使用的特定的重新装载件(例如施夹器、电动手术器、吻合器构造、等),或者轴组件能够被永久地附接至手柄。
使用时,仓盒23的刀具72被初始定位在仓盒23的近侧端处。仓盒23能够被安装在工具组件14的钳夹构件上(图7),或者可选地,能够被固定地支撑在重新装载件10的钳夹构件上。在此位置上,锁定组件46的柱塞50被向近侧偏置,这又将锁板48保持在未锁定构造,即,锁板48被定位在弹簧销52a、52b的环形凸缘56a、56b的近侧从而允许弹簧销52a、52b向内移动。在此构造中,工具组件14的近侧端能够被插进第一联接构件36从而使第二联接构件51的弹簧销52a、52b被接纳在第一联接构件36上的一对孔隙42a、42b中。可以理解,弹簧销52a、52b的锥形外周边缘54a、54b与第一联接构件36的外边缘的接合克服弹簧60的偏置而使弹簧销52a、52b向内地做凸轮运动。这允许第一联接构件36移动进入第二联接构件51,从而将第二联接构件51的弹簧销52a、52b移动进入第一联接构件36的孔隙42a、42b以将重新装载件10紧固至轴组件12。
当设备100被发射以吻合组织时,刀具72移动脱离与凸缘70的接合。当这种情况发生时,弹簧74向远侧推动柱塞50以使锁定组件46的锁板48绕铰链62a、62b枢转并且在弹簧销52a、52b的内侧凸缘部56a、56b之间移动(图6和图8)。在此构造下,阻止弹簧销52a、52b向内移动。因此,弹簧销52a、52b不能从孔隙42a、42b移出,并且重新装载件10不能脱离轴组件12。
此后,刀具72可回到最近侧位置,这又锁板48从弹簧销52a、52b之间向近侧移动并且使其脱离锁定构造。在此位置,使用者可将工具组件17从第一联接构件移除。如上所述,弹簧销52a、52b的锥形的外周边缘54a、54b利于在弹簧销52a、52b被移动以接合孔隙42a、42b或与其脱离时,克服弹簧60的偏置而将弹簧销52a、52b向内偏置,这又允许弹簧销52a、52b通过简单轴向运动来滑动而脱离与孔隙42a、42b的接合。
锁定组件46和弹簧销52a、52b的独特构造克服了前述的通常与被配置为与能够以可拆卸方式联接的工具组件一起使用的常规吻合器相关的缺点。也即,当设备100被发射时,工具组件14在轴组件12的远侧端15处被保持在锁定构造,并且工具组件14能够通过简单的直推/直拉运动而被安装至第一联接构件36。
从前面所述的并且参照多种附图,本领域技术人员可以理解的是在不脱离本公开的范围的情况下可对本公开做某些改进。例如,一个或多个传感器78(图4)可以被提供在第一联接构件36内和/或第一联接构件36上以探测工具组件14何时被联接至第一联接构件36。在此实施例中,传感器78可与和任何前述的手术装置相关联的一个或多个部件通信。
而且,重新装载件10的第一联接构件36可被改进以接纳不同的线性驱动机构。例如,在实施例中,重新装载件19可被配置为连接到能够手动致动的手术吻合装置,所述手术吻合装置利用被配置为在吻合钉仓盒内平移的驱动横梁来发射吻合钉仓盒的滑块(sled)。在此实施例中,例如,第一联接构件36可包括孔隙、狭槽或通道,所述孔隙、狭槽或通道被配置为在能够手动致动的手术吻合装置被发射时贯通其中地接纳驱动横梁。

Claims (10)
1.一种手术设备,包括:
手术致动装置,其包括轴,所述轴具有支撑第一联接构件的远侧端,所述第一联接构件包括至少一对孔隙;以及
重新装载件,其包括工具组件,所述重新装载件包括具有锁定组件的第二联接构件,所述第二联接构件包括被定位成被接纳在所述至少一对孔隙内的一对弹簧销,所述弹簧销能够从向内的位置移动至径向向外的位置,所述锁定组件包括能够从第一位置移动至第二位置的锁板,所述第一位置位于所述弹簧销之间以防止所述弹簧销从所述径向向外的位置移动至所述向内的位置,所述第二位置与所述弹簧销分隔开,其中,在所述径向向外的位置上,所述弹簧销被接纳在第一联接构件的孔隙内以将所述重新装载件紧固至所述手术致动装置,并且其中,当所述锁板处于所述第一位置时,所述重新装载件不能与所述手术致动装置分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手术设备,其中所述第二联接构件包括用于支撑至少一个弹簧和所述一对弹簧销的轴杆,所述至少一个弹簧被定位在所述一对弹簧销之间并且被配置为将所述一对弹簧销偏置至所述径向向外的位置。

8.根据权利要求1所述的手术设备,其中所述第一联接构件包括至少两对孔隙,每对孔隙被配置为接合所述一对弹簧销。
9.根据权利要求8所述的手术设备,其中所述至少两对孔隙相对于彼此正交定向。
10.根据权利要求1所述的手术设备,其中所述手术致动装置被机电地致动。
