技术领域 本发明涉及一种浒苔含片的制作,用到的原料主要为浒苔、木糖醇、麦芽糊精、柠檬酸、硬脂酸镁和崂山矿泉水。现代人的生活不断提高,造成了营养不均衡,饮食结构不合理,产生了高血压、高血脂、高血糖。随着人们对于生活品质的追求不断提高,健康、绿色的食品越来越受到人们的青睐。浒苔富含碳水化合物、蛋白质、粗纤维及矿物质,同时还含有脂肪和维生素。在浒苔蛋白质中,氨基酸种类齐全,必需氨基酸含量较高,其中缘管浒苔的限制氨基酸为赖氨酸,氨基酸评分为79;条浒苔的限制氨基酸为蛋氨酸,氨基酸评分为80。浒苔的脂肪酸组成中,多不饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸的含量为分别为50.5%、12.7%和36.8%,其中包括近4%的奇数碳原子脂肪酸。因此浒苔是高蛋白、高膳食纤维、低脂肪、低能量,且富含矿物质和维生素的天然理想营养食品的原料。浒苔的纤维质有解毒烟碱的作用,对吸烟者有好处。浒苔的碘含量也很高。本发明涉及的浒苔含片,保留了浒苔固有的高蛋白、高膳食纤维、低脂肪、低能量、富含矿物质和维生素的营养价值,是一种除能降血脂、降胆固醇、糖尿病治疗,软化血管的绿色保健食品。特别适用于患有动脉硬化、高血压、糖尿病、三高血症患者人群食用。
背景技术 随着现代人的生活不断提高,造成了营养不均衡,饮食结构不合理;既追求吃得精、吃得香。嘴吃香了,身体却受影响了,出现了三高三低症状,产生了高血压、高血脂、高血糖,肥胖人群不断增加。高血脂是体内胆固醇和甘油三酯增多,可以造成头晕,心脑血管的硬化。高血脂肯定会引起心血管疾病,特别是甘油三酯,是独立危险因素;有胸痛、心慌、房颤这些症状可能已经有冠心病存在了,不排除仅仅只是心律失常,血脂高了,血液中的垃圾也就多,导致了血管壁增厚,血液流速慢,血压增高,心脏供血不足就会导致心痛、心慌等;一般建议最好还是食疗的比较好。因此人们一直在寻求一种高蛋白、高膳食纤维、低脂肪、低能量,并且富含矿物质和维生素等天然绿色养生食品。本发明提供的这种浒苔含片,氨基酸种类齐全,必需氨基酸含量较高,膳食纤维丰富,脂肪含量低,能量低,富含各种矿物质和天然维生素,可以辅助补充碘份,携带方便,是一种适合动脉硬化、高血压、糖尿病、三高血症患者人群食用的绿色保健食品。
发明内容 本发明的要点在于将浒苔→漂洗→脱腥→粉碎→加水热浸提→保温→粗滤→硅藻土过滤机→真空浓缩锅→浓缩液→与其他辅料混合→混合机造粒→干燥→压片→灭菌→包装成为一种浒苔含片。
本发明选用的材料用量如下(组分及其重量百分比%):浒苔30.0-40.0;木糖醇50.0-60.0;麦芽糊精10.0-15.0;柠檬酸1.0;硬脂酸镁4‰。
浒苔:浒苔富含碳水化合物、蛋白质、粗纤维及矿物质,同时还含有脂肪和维生素。在浒苔蛋白质中,氨基酸种类齐全,必需氨基酸含量较高,其中缘管浒苔的限制氨基酸为赖氨酸,氨基酸评分为79;条浒苔的限制氨基酸为蛋氨酸,氨基酸评分为80。浒苔的脂肪酸组成中,多不饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸的含量为分别为50.5%、12.7%和36.8%,其中包括近4%的奇数碳原子脂肪酸。因此浒苔是高蛋白、高膳食纤维、低脂肪、低能量,且富含矿物质和维生素的天然理想营养食品的原料。
木糖醇:木糖醇做糖尿病人的甜味剂、营养补充剂和辅助治疗剂:木糖醇是人体糖类代谢的中间体,在体内缺少胰岛素影响糖代谢情况下,无须胰岛素促进,木糖醇也能透过细胞膜,被组织吸收利用,促进肝糖元合成,供细胞以营养和能量,且不会引起血糖值升高,消除糖尿病人服用后的三多症状(多食、多饮、多尿),是最适合糖尿病患者食用的营养性的食糖代替品。木糖醇能促进肝糖元合成,血糖不会上升,对肝病患者有改善肝功能和抗脂肪肝的作用,治疗乙型迁延性肝炎,乙型慢性肝炎及肝硬化有明显疗效,是肝炎并发症病人的理想辅助药物。木糖醇的防龋齿特性在所有的甜味剂中效果最好,首先是木糖醇不能被口腔中产生龋齿的细菌发酵利用,抑制链球菌生长及酸的产生;其次在咀嚼木糖醇时,能促进唾液分泌,唾液多了既可以冲洗口腔、牙齿中的细菌,也可以增大唾液和龋齿斑点处碱性氨基酸及氨浓度,同时减缓口腔内PH值下降,伤害牙齿的酸性物质被中和稀释,抑制了细菌在牙齿表面的吸附,从而减少了牙齿的酸蚀,防止龋齿和减少牙斑的产生,巩固牙齿。木糖醇为人体提供能量,合成糖元,减少脂肪和肝组织中的蛋白质的消耗,使肝脏受到保护和修复,减少人体内有害酮体的产生,不会因食用而为发胖忧虑。可广泛用于食品、医药、轻工等领域。 木糖醇与普通的白砂糖相比,具有热量低的优势——每克木糖醇仅含有2.4卡路里热量,比其他大多数碳水化合物的热量少40%,因而木糖醇可被应用于各种减肥食品中,作为高热量白糖的代用品。生物木糖醇在体内代谢缓慢,因此它不会使胰岛素突然上升或下降,普通食糖则会,木糖醇是胰岛素的天然稳定剂,食品用后不会增加血液中胰岛素,木糖醇还扮演着稳定激素的重要角色,高指标水平胰岛素会增加雌激素产生,引起乳腺癌也干扰了卵巢的健康功能,胰岛素阻抗是产生激素问题(多囊卵巢综合症)的重要原因;所以降低胰岛素水平至关重要不仅对抵抗多囊卵巢综合症而且对分解更多其他激素的不平衡降低乳癌风险有重要意义。
本发明生产工艺: 浒苔→漂洗→脱腥→粉碎→加水热浸提→保温→粗滤→硅藻土过滤机→真空浓缩锅→浓缩液→浓缩液与其他辅料混合→混合机造粒→干燥→压片→灭菌→包装。
本发明产品的制备方法是:
1)预处理:浒苔洗净、脱腥、切碎、烘干,粉碎机破碎成细粉;
2)热浸提取:将浒苔细粉放入夹层锅中,加30倍量的崂山矿泉水,热水浸提(90-100度)并保温4小时;
3)过滤:先用60目滤网粗滤,再经过硅藻土过滤机进行细滤;
4)浓缩:把滤液输入真空浓缩锅(真空度97kPa,温度55左右),将液体浓缩至原加水量1/20时,成为浒苔浓缩液;
5)将浒苔浓缩液和其他辅料按一定比例充分混合;
6)混合充分的软料投入摇摆式颗粒剂中进行造成粒,再把颗粒放在真空干燥机中进行干燥,真空度控制在0.053-0.060Mpa,温度控制在60-65度使颗粒的水分控制在小于3%左右;
7)在干燥颗粒中加入润滑剂(硬脂酸镁,4‰)混匀后,压片,紫外线下照射30分钟,然后及时包装。
本发明具有以下优点:
1)保留了浒苔固有的高蛋白、高膳食纤维、低脂肪、低能量、富含矿物质和维生素的营养价值;
2)起到降血脂、降胆固醇、糖尿病治疗,软化血管等功效;
3)辅助补充碘份;
4)条浒苔的纤维质有解毒烟碱的作用,对吸烟者有好处;
5)木糖醇取代蔗糖,既不会引起血糖值升高,也可以防止龋齿的发生;
6)特别适用于患有动脉硬化、高血压、糖尿病、三高血症患者人群食用。
具体实施方式:下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
以100kg本发明产品为例:
1.配方:(组分及其重量百分比%):浒苔30.0-40.0;木糖醇50.0-60.0;麦芽糊精10.0-15.0;柠檬酸1.0;硬脂酸镁4‰。
2. 生产流程: 浒苔→漂洗→脱腥→粉碎→加水热浸提→保温→粗滤→硅藻土过滤机→真空浓缩锅→浓缩液→浓缩液与其他辅料混合→混合机造粒→干燥→压片→灭菌→包装。
3.制备方法:
1)预处理:浒苔洗净、脱腥、切碎、烘干,粉碎机破碎成细粉;

1.本发明涉及一种浒苔含片的制作方法,其特征在于具有如下配方(组分及其重量百分比%):
浒苔30.0-40.0;木糖醇50.0-60.0;麦芽糊精10.0-15.0;柠檬酸1.0;硬脂酸镁4‰。
2. 一种权利要求1所述的浒苔含片的制作方法,其特征在于具有如下的生产工艺:
浒苔→漂洗→脱腥→粉碎→加水热浸提→保温→粗滤→硅藻土过滤机→真空浓缩锅→浓缩液→浓缩液与其他辅料混合→混合机造粒→干燥→压片→灭菌→包装。
3. 一种权利要求1所述的浒苔含片的制作方法,其特征在于具有如下的制备方法:
1)预处理:浒苔洗净、脱腥、切碎、烘干,粉碎机破碎成细粉;
2)热浸提取:将浒苔细粉放入夹层锅中,加水量30倍,热水浸提(90-100度)并保温4小时;
