本发明提供一种接地网用防腐导电涂料及其制备方法。所述接地网用防腐导电涂料是由甲、乙两种组分按照质量比100:2-100:8现场混合而成,其中甲组份由以下质量百分比的物质混合后用60-100目滤网过滤制成:8-15%醋酸丁酯、8-15%醋酸丁酸纤维素、8-15%天然沥青、8-15%混苯、3-5%导电云母粉、9-11%纳米石墨粉、8-12%异佛尔酮、0.3-0.7%纳米银粉、20-25%氟碳树脂、3-7%丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、0.1-0.3%分散剂923s、0.05-0.15%消泡剂5500、0.05-0.15%流平剂455;乙组分是由20-30%固化剂3390、20-30%固化剂TPA-90SB和40-60%醋酸丁酯混合而成。

一种接地网用防腐导电涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及了防腐蚀导电涂料,具体是一种用于重污染地区接地网防腐并可长效导电的涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着变电站容量的不断扩大,电力系统的安全要求也越来越高。电力系统的接地网是用来排除地面设备积累电荷的,构成接地网的金属直接埋入地下。接地网是发电厂、变电站、通信站等确保工作接地、防雷接地、保护接地的关键设施。近年来电力系统对接地网安全运行的要求越来越严格。
由于接地装置长期处于地下恶劣的运行环境中,土壤的化学与电化学腐蚀不可避免,同时还要承受地网散流与杂散电流的腐蚀,这种现象在重污染地区尤为严重。在腐蚀性严重的土壤中,接地网的接地极在几年内就会被腐蚀破坏掉,其表面会生成的腐蚀产物会严重影响接地网的导电性,甚至因腐蚀而断裂。因为接地网的失效,整个接地网的泄电能力会降低,从而导致各种电力故障。国内电网曾发生过多起事故均是因接地网运行多年后地网腐蚀严重导致地电位升高,高压串入二次回路后酿成了重大经济损失。
目前我国的接地网主要采用钢材,钢作为接地体,热稳定性较铜好,价格便宜,但其耐腐蚀性能较差。目前最常用提高其耐腐蚀性能的方法是采用镀锌钢以使腐蚀速度减慢。然而在重污染的地区,在腐蚀性较严重的土壤中,镀锌层失效很快,因而也难以从根本上解决问题。
涂料技术是腐蚀防护中最为关键的技术,采用耐蚀导电涂料为解决接地材料的腐蚀问题提供了一条新途径。在变配电系统中,要求接地网与大地的接触电阻越小越好,这样流经接地装置的电流迅速流向大地,而电网高压不至于窜入二次回路及操作系统,从而保护设备和保证人身安全。因此,接地网用的涂料在防腐效果过硬的同时,应该具有良好的导电性能。
发明内容
本发明根据现有技术的不足,提供一种添加纳米填料的新型接地网用长效导电涂料及其制备方法,该接地网用长效导电涂料配方适用于重污染工业区等恶劣环境下的输电线路接地网防腐,有着高效、长效持久的防腐效果。同时该涂料有着良好的导电性能,制备过程简单易行,将会有着良好的发展前景。
本发明提供的技术方案为:一种接地网用防腐导电涂料,其特征在于该涂料是由甲、乙两种组分按照质量比100:2-100:8混合而成,其中甲组份由以下质量百分比的物质混合后用60-100目滤网过滤制成:
乙组分由以下质量比的物质组成:
固化剂 3390                    20-30%
固化剂TPA-90SB                 20-30%
醋酸丁酯                       40-60%
上述配方中,甲组份的所有物质重量百分比总和为百分之百,乙组分中所有物质重量百分比总和也为百分之百。
本发明提供的另一种技术方案:
一种接地网用防腐导电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
(1)按照甲组份的质量百分比称取8-15%的醋酸丁酯和8-15%的醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液,混合后充分分散得到CAB溶液;
(2)按照甲组份的质量百分比称取8-15%的天然沥青和8-15%的混苯,混合分散,搅拌均匀得到天然沥青液;
(3)按照甲组份的质量百分比称取8-12%的异佛尔酮和0.3-0.7%的纳米银粉,混合均匀后用超声波分散均匀,得到纳米银浆料;
(4)按照权甲组份的质量百分比称取20-25%的氟碳树脂、3-7%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、0.1-0.3%的分散剂923s、0.05-0.15%的消泡剂5500、0.05-0.15%的流平剂455,高速搅拌均匀后得到氟碳树脂液;
(5)按照甲组份的质量百分比称取3-5%的导电云母粉、9-11%的纳米石墨粉,并将步骤(1)中配制的CAB溶液、步骤(2)中配制的天然沥青液、3-5%的导电云母粉、9-11%的纳米石墨粉以及步骤(3)中配制的纳米银浆料依次加入步骤(4)中配制的氟碳树脂溶液中,充分分散和搅拌后经60-100目滤网过滤即为得到甲组份;
(6)按照乙组分的配方称取质量百分比为20-30%的3390固化剂、质量百分比为20-30%的TPA-90SB和质量百分比为40-60%的醋酸丁酯,并将其混合均匀配制成乙组分;
(7)使用之前,将步骤(5)中配制的甲组份和步骤(6)中配制的乙组分按照质量比100:2-100:8现场混合均匀。
醋酸丁酯(乙酸丁酯)是无色有果香气味的液体。乙酸丁酯微溶于水,能与醇、醚等一般有机溶剂混溶。乙酸丁酯与低级同系物相比,乙酸丁酯难溶于水,也较难水解。但在酸或碱的作用下,水解生成乙酸和丁醇。醋酸丁酯是涂料工业中最重要的中等挥发性溶剂。其挥发度高到足以从涂膜中迅速挥发,低到能阻止缩孔、泛白和无序流动的产生。
醋酸丁酸纤维素,又叫CAB,其相容性极好,粘度低。可溶于苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体中,适用于紫外线固化涂料。在双组分涂料和高固体分涂料中可提高硬度,缩短指触干时间和改善施工性能。
天然沥青又称地沥青或矿物沥青,是石油的转化产物。主要由沥青质、树脂等胶质,以及少量的金属和非金属等其他矿物杂质组成;混苯是各类苯的混合类体。
所述导电云母粉是以湿法白云母为基质,采用纳米技术,通过表面处理、半导体掺杂处理,使其基质表面形成导电性氧化层,从而制得一类新型电子导电功能性半导体颜(填)料,用于涂料中可增加漆膜的弹性,能提高漆膜的机械强度、抗粉化性、耐温性、防火性、防水性、抗冲击性和耐久性和导电性。
所述纳米石墨粉是石墨经过超细微粉碎机粉碎成石墨粉颗粒,石墨粉颗粒通过纳米级筛网的石墨粉就是纳米石墨粉,纯度高,粒度小均匀,表面活性高,可以充分地应用涂料、树脂中,经过表面处理的纳米石墨,可以很好的解决分散性问题,克服纳米粉体团聚现象。
所述纳米银粉为银黑色粉末,平均粒径为20、50、80、100nm等,纯度0.9999以上,氟碳树脂以牢固的C-F键为骨架,同其他树脂相比,其耐热性、耐化学品性、耐寒性、低温柔韧性、耐候性和电性能等均较好,且由于其结晶性好,故具有不黏附性、不湿润性。
本发明的有益效果:
1、该接地网用长效导电涂料配方适用于重污染工业区等恶劣环境下的输电线路接地网防腐,有着高效、持久的防腐效果;
2、本涂料使用纳米金属Ag粉末掺混异佛尔酮的方法制备导电浆料,导电浆料与涂料基底兼容性好,易于分散;
3、纳米Ag能够在重防腐的同时实现导电功能,该涂料适合重工业污染区的接地网防腐;
4、该涂料制备过程简单易行,甲乙两种组分混合使用,利于现场施工。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
所述一种接地网用防腐导电涂料,其特征在于该涂料是由甲、乙两种组分按照质量比100:2-100:8混合而成,
其中甲组份由以下质量百分比的物质混合后用60-100目滤网过滤制成:8-15%醋酸丁酯、8-15%醋酸丁酸纤维素(CAB)、8-15%天然沥青、8-15%混苯、3-5%导电云母粉、9-11%纳米石墨粉、8-12%异佛尔酮、0.3-0.7%纳米银粉、20-25%氟碳树脂、3-7%丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PMA)、0.1-0.3%型号为923s的德谦分散剂、0.05-0.15%型号为5500的德谦消泡剂、0.05-0.15%型号为455的德谦流平剂,甲组份中的分散剂、消泡剂和流平剂均是由德谦化学有限公司生产的产品。
乙组分由以下质量比的物质组成:20-30%型号为3390的固化剂、20-30%型号为TPA-90SB的固化剂、40-60%醋酸丁酯,固化剂3390、固化剂TPA-90SB均为现有的固化剂,可以直接购买,可由多个厂家生产及提供。
实施例一:一种接地网用防腐导电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
(1)按照上述配方中甲组份的质量百分比称取12%的醋酸丁酯和11%的醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液,混合后充分分散得到CAB溶液;
(2)按照上述配方中甲组份的质量百分比称取12%的天然沥青和12%的混苯,混合分散,搅拌均匀得到天然沥青液;
(3)按照上述配方中甲组份的质量百分比称取8%的异佛尔酮和0.5%的纳米银粉,混合均匀后用超声波分散均匀,得到纳米银浆料;
(4)按照上述配方中甲组份的质量百分比称取25%的氟碳树脂、3%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、0.3%的分散剂923s、0.05%的消泡剂5500、0.15%的流平剂455,高速搅拌均匀后得到氟碳树脂液;
(5)按照上述配方中甲组份的质量百分比称取5%的导电云母粉、11%的纳米石墨粉,并将步骤(1)中配制的CAB溶液、步骤(2)中配制的天然沥青液、5%的导电云母粉、11%的纳米石墨粉以及步骤(3)中配制的纳米银浆料依次加入步骤(4)中配制的氟碳树脂溶液中,充分分散和搅拌后经60-100目滤网过滤即为得到甲组份;
(6)按照上述配方中乙组分的配方称取质量百分比为20%的型号为3390的固化剂、质量百分比为20%的型号TPA-90SB的固化剂和质量百分比为60%的醋酸丁酯,并将其混合均匀配制成乙组分;
(7)使用时,将步骤(5)中配制的甲组份和步骤(6)中配制的乙组分按照质量比100:8现场混合均匀。
实施例二:一种接地网用防腐导电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
(1)按照权利要求1中甲组份的质量百分比称取8%的醋酸丁酯和9%的醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液,混合后充分分散得到CAB溶液;
(2)按照权利要求1中甲组份的质量百分比称取15%的天然沥青和15%的混苯,混合分散,搅拌均匀得到天然沥青液;
(3)按照权利要求1中甲组份的质量百分比称取12%的异佛尔酮和0.7%的纳米银粉,混合均匀后用超声波分散均匀,得到纳米银浆料;
(4)按照权利要求1中甲组份的质量百分比称取23%的氟碳树脂、5%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、0.1%的分散剂923s、0.1%的消泡剂5500、0.1%的流平剂455,高速搅拌均匀后得到氟碳树脂液;
(5)按照权利要求1中甲组份的质量百分比称取3%的导电云母粉、9%的纳米石墨粉,并将步骤(1)中配制的CAB溶液、步骤(2)中配制的天然沥青液、3%的导电云母粉、9%的纳米石墨粉以及步骤(3)中配制的纳米银浆料依次加入步骤(4)中配制的氟碳树脂溶液中,充分分散和搅拌后经60-100目滤网过滤即为得到甲组份;
(6)按照上述配方中乙组分的配方称取质量百分比为25%型号为3390的固化剂、质量百分比为25%型号TPA-90SB的固化剂和质量百分比为50%的醋酸丁酯,并将其混合均匀配制成乙组分;
(7)使用时,将步骤(5)中配制的甲组份和步骤(6)中配制的乙组分按照质量比质量比100:5现场混合均匀。
实施例三:一种接地网用防腐导电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:

(4)按照权利要求1中甲组份的质量百分比称取20.3%的氟碳树脂、7%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、0.2%的分散剂923s、0.15%的消泡剂5500、0.05%的流平剂455,高速搅拌均匀后得到氟碳树脂液;
(5)按照权利要求1中甲组份的质量百分比称取4%的导电云母粉、10%的纳米石墨粉,并将步骤(1)中配制的CAB溶液、步骤(2)中配制的天然沥青液、4%的导电云母粉、10%的纳米石墨粉以及步骤(3)中配制的纳米银浆料依次加入步骤(4)中配制的氟碳树脂溶液中,充分分散和搅拌后经60-100目滤网过滤即为得到甲组份;
(6)按照上述配方中乙组分的配方称取质量百分比为30%型号为3390的固化剂、质量百分比为30%型号TPA-90SB的固化剂和质量百分比为40%的醋酸丁酯,并将其混合均匀配制成乙组分;
(7)在使用时,将步骤(5)中配制的甲组份和步骤(6)中配制的乙组分按照质量比100:2现场混合均匀。

(4)按照权利要求1中甲组份的质量百分比称取20-25%的氟碳树脂、3-7%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、0.1-0.3%的分散剂923s、0.05-0.15%的消泡剂5500、0.05-0.15%的流平剂455,在转速为500-1000转/分钟的条件下搅拌均匀后得到氟碳树脂液; 
(5)按照权利要求1中甲组份的质量百分比称取3-5%的导电云母粉、9-11%的纳米石墨粉,并将步骤(1)中配制的CAB溶液、步骤(2)中配制的天然沥青液、3-5%的导电云母粉、9-11%的纳米石墨粉以及步骤(3)中配制的纳米银浆料依次加入步骤(4)中配制的氟碳树脂溶液中,充分分散和搅拌后经60-100目滤网过滤即为得到甲组份; 
(6)按照权利要求1中乙组分的配方称取质量百分比为20-30%的固化剂3390、质量百分比为20-30%的固化剂TPA-90SB和质量百分比为40-60%的醋酸丁酯,并将其混合均匀配制成乙组分; 
(7)使用时,将步骤(5)中配制的甲组份和步骤(6)中配制的乙组分按照质量比100:2-100:8现场混合均匀。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种接地网用防腐导电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(3)中超声波的频率为40KHz,分散30分钟-1小时。
