本发明是用于生产燃煤电厂湿法脱硫用钛/钢复合板的方法,其层次结构依次为基板、钛板、钛板、基板及四周紧固钢板。四周间断式焊接紧固板不阻碍基板和复板在轧制时的自由延伸,保证板型平整,轧制时钛层在内侧,钢板在外侧避免划伤和钛层厚度的不均匀,也可轻松实现总厚度在5-10mm的燃煤电厂湿法脱硫用钛/钢复合板的生产,既保证了质量又保证了效率。

技术领域
本发明专利是用来生产燃煤电厂湿法脱硫用钛/钢复合板的制造方法,其属于复合板制造领域。
背景技术
目前,燃煤电厂脱硫工艺有湿法脱硫、干法脱硫、半干湿法脱硫等,其中石膏-石灰石湿法脱硫工艺脱硫效率高、脱硫彻底,是应用最广的一种工艺方法。烟气经湿法脱硫后温度由140℃左右降低到40℃-80℃,烟气在烟囱口排放时,易凝结在烟囱内壁上,形成酸液,沿内壁下流,部分又被蒸发,造成内壁凝结液中酸度逐渐增大,由于烟气流动,腐蚀环境呈现动态,腐蚀环境随时更新,腐蚀性特强。采用耐酸胶泥、耐酸砖、耐硫酸露点腐蚀钢等,其防腐耐酸时间有限,不及时发现和处理,对混凝土烟囱外壁造成腐蚀后果严重。近期,大容量电站法定必须建立脱硫脱硝装置,多数电站采用钛/钢复合板,作为烟囱内筒抗腐蚀材料,其寿命是耐酸胶泥、耐酸砖、耐硫酸露点腐蚀钢的4~5倍,设计使用年限长达50年。
钛的一个显著特点是耐腐蚀性强,这是由于它对氧的亲合力特别大,能在其表面上生成一层致密的氧化膜,可保护钛不受介质腐蚀。金属钛在大多数水溶液中,都能在表面生成钝化氧化膜。因此,钛在酸性、碱性、中性盐水溶液中和氧化性介质中具有很好的稳定性,比现有的不锈钢和其它常用有色金属的耐腐蚀性都好,甚至可与铂比美。因此钛被大量用作各种防腐蚀领域、化学反应容器及热交换器材料,但缺点是成本较高。特别是作为结构部件使用时这个问题尤为突出。钛/钢复合板既有钛的耐蚀性,又有普通钢板作为结构件的强度和塑性,特别重要的是成本大幅度下降了,因此采用钛/钢复合板作为烟囱内衬的防腐材料具有很大的实用价值。
国内脱硫用烟囱内筒所用的钛/钢复合板大多是复层钛1.2mm,基层(碳钢)8~20mm,多采用单块爆炸制成复合坯料,再通过钢厂单块轧制成大面积超薄的钛/钢复合板,此方法存在以下几个问题:当板宽超过2500mm时板型不好,易存在边部钛层不均匀及剥落和板子中部拱起;由于钛/钢复合板特殊的加热温度和钢厂轧机设备的原因生产不了1.2+(4~6)mm的钛/钢复合板,(1.2+7)的钛/钢复合板即使能够轧制出来,板型质量不高、废品率增加、轧制费用增加40%;单块轧制工艺存在生产率低,钛表面暴露在外侧易划伤和局部烧损。
发明内容
本发明专利的目的在于克服以上不足,提供一种叠轧式组坯生产燃煤电厂湿法脱硫用钛/钢复合板的方法。
本发明专利的方案是,以炸药作为能源,爆炸焊接两块相同大小的钛/钢复合坯料,将复合后的两块坯料钛面相对,四周采用普通碳钢板间断式的焊接紧固,采用轧机将板坯轧制成所需厚度(两倍成品板的厚度)。
本发明专利的优点在于:板坯对称叠放轧制,避免当板宽超过2500mm时的中部拱起,同时轧辊接触的是碳钢层,可避免边部钛层不均匀及剥落现象;可生产出1.2+(4-7)的钛/钢复合板,在低成本的情况下解决传统方法无法解决的难题;采用双块同时轧制,极大地提高了生产率,相比原先方法单位时间内产量提高近50%。

具体实施方式
本发明专利的层次结构依次为:基板1、钛板2、钛板2、基板1及环四周的紧固钢板。
其步骤为:
 1、在复层钛板和基层钢板之间采用一定间隙,通过平行法的安装布置,实现大面积的连续焊接,并满足NB/T 47002.3-2009《压力容器用爆炸焊接复合板》标准的要求。
2、将爆炸完成的两块相同规格的钛钢复合板坯边部打磨平滑,并将复层钛面异物清理干净。
3、将两块钛/钢板坯钛面相对,保证上下两块板坯四周各面在一个平面上。
4、采用10×100×300mm的普通Q235B的钢板,四周间断紧固焊接。
5、轧制成两倍于成品板的厚度。
四周间断式焊接不阻碍基板和复板在轧制时的自由延伸,保证板型平整;轧制时钛层在内侧,钢板在外侧避免划伤和钛层厚度的不均匀;该方式可生产出超薄、超宽高质量的燃煤电厂湿法脱硫用钛/钢复合板。

1.燃煤电厂湿法脱硫用钛/钢复合板的制造方法,其生产特征包括:层次结构依次为基板1、钛板2、钛板2、基板1及环四周的紧固钢板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃煤电厂湿法脱硫用钛/钢复合板的制造方法,其特征所述的基板是Q235B碳钢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃煤电厂湿法脱硫用钛/钢复合板的制造方法,其特征所述的复板板是TA2钛板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的燃煤电厂湿法脱硫用钛/钢复合板的制造方法,其特征所述的环四周的紧固钢板是采用电条电弧焊将紧固板间断式的均匀分布于板坯四周,在直角处紧固钢板是紧密相连的。
