本实用新型涉及一种冶炼、化工等行业硫酸装置中干吸工段干吸塔。一种整体无缝注胶成膜干吸塔壁,包括钢壳体,耐酸瓷砖砌筑在钢壳体内,在所述的钢壳体和耐酸瓷砖之间设有耐酸石棉层,在耐酸石棉层两侧还设有注胶层。注胶层注胶后将钢体、铅板(石棉板)、瓷砖结合为一体、在三者之间形成致密的结构层、从而延长设备使用寿命、提升设备工作效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冶炼、化工等行业硫酸装置中干吸工段干吸塔。
背景技术
干吸塔是接触法硫酸生产中的关键设备,传统干吸塔的塔体结构大都采用钢制外壳内衬耐酸瓷砖(或陶砖),在配置上则与循环酸槽之间存在一定的位差。循环酸靠位差从塔中流入内槽内,容易对槽壁、槽底产生冲刷,时间一久会造成循环酸槽内衬的脱泥缝磨损,此外,塔内酸温度达到70~85℃,在此温度下内衬夹缝胶泥会发生热膨胀,当系统长时间停车时,胶泥与耐酸砖结合起合部位因冷收缩而产生微小的裂纹,酸易渗入。衬耐酸瓷砖的干吸塔只有一层防腐蚀内衬,一旦胶泥出现裂纹或脱落,酸就会从夹缝渗入接触到壳体,使钢制外壳腐蚀穿孔。因此,传统干吸塔的使用寿命有限,一般在运行两三年后就会因腐蚀而发生泄漏。据不完全统计,我国硫酸厂60%~70%的干吸塔发生过塔体腐蚀渗漏事故,塔体腐蚀渗漏后进行堵漏处理的工作难度较大,同时,还影响系统的正常生产,而且治标不治本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足提供一种整体无缝注胶成膜干吸塔。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:一种整体无缝注胶成膜干吸塔壁,包括钢壳体,耐酸瓷砖砌筑在钢壳体内,在所述的钢壳体和耐酸瓷砖之间设有耐酸石棉层,在耐酸石棉层两侧还设有注胶层。
进一步,在所述的注胶层内设有胶液。所使用的胶液为2007年4月7日申请的,专利号为:200710017693.5的专利中所披露的3216半固体复合修复材料。
进一步,所述的耐酸瓷砖通过耐酸耐热胶泥(KPI)砌筑在钢壳体内。
本实用新型的有益效果是:注胶层注胶后将钢体、铅板(石棉板)、瓷砖结合为一体、在三者之间形成致密的结构层、从而延长设备使用寿命、提升设备工作效率。
云南云天化国际化工股份有限公司富瑞公司二期80万吨/年硫酸装置干燥塔、一吸塔、二吸塔(以下简称三塔)使用碳钢外壳内衬石棉板和耐酸瓷砖,由于KPI胶泥在固化中产生大量气体,使胶泥层中存在大量针孔,加之施工质量问题,造成设备瓷砖砌筑存在质量问题。
厂家在第一次试车时,发现设备烟道入口部位出现了部份瓷砖缝有漏酸现象,通过分析现场,决定停车对烟道入口部位的瓷砖进行整体更换,待胶泥固化酸洗完成后,第二次开车时,发现处理完的入口烟道部位部分瓷砖缝继续漏酸,随后对塔体打孔进行观察,出现了大量漏酸现象。说明设备塔体钢板和石棉板之间存在大量的硫酸,如果及时采取有效方法进行处理,将会对设备构成很大破坏。最后采用我公司新型整体无缝注胶成膜干吸塔,一次性开车成功,应用至目前效果良好。
新型整体无缝注胶成膜干吸塔所用3216半固体复合修复材料由我公司自行研制生产,完全满足制酸设备对腐蚀环境要求。3216半固体复合修复材料可耐任何浓度硫酸,在酸性条件下完全可以固化。通过企业大量的实际应用,目前效果良好。

实施例1:如图1所示,一种整体无缝注胶成膜干吸塔壁,包括钢壳体1,耐酸瓷砖2通过耐酸耐热胶泥(KPI)胶泥3砌筑在钢壳体内,在所述的钢壳体1和耐酸瓷砖2之间设有耐酸石棉层4,在耐酸石棉层4两侧还设有注胶层5。在注胶层5内设有胶液。所使用的胶液为3216半固体复合修复材料。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种整体无缝注胶成膜干吸塔壁,包括钢壳体,耐酸瓷砖砌筑在钢壳体内,其特征在于,在所述的钢壳体和耐酸瓷砖之间设有耐酸石棉层,在耐酸石棉层两侧还设有注胶层。
2.如权利要求1所述的整体无缝注胶成膜干吸塔壁,其特征在于,在所述的注胶层内设有胶液。
3.如权利要求1所述的整体无缝注胶成膜干吸塔壁,其特征在于,所述的耐酸瓷砖通过耐酸耐热胶泥砌筑在钢壳体内。
