Description

Preparation method of summer-heat relieving agent for outdoor power operation
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of health care products, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a summer-heat relieving agent for outdoor power operation.
Background
In full summer, the summer heat is hard to endure, in order to ensure the normal power supply in the peak period of power utilization in summer, a power company needs to invest a large amount of manpower and material resources every year, test and adjustment of the load of a public transformer are performed, multiple times of inspection of circuits and equipment in a power supply area are organized, the hidden dangers, defects, illegal buildings and the like which can endanger the power supply safety are rectified and improved in time, about 2.5 million employees in a system of the power company in Shandong province work outdoors and outdoors at every year, the power company tries to work for keeping the power supply, an electric power worker who works outdoors cannot enter the grid when wearing three quarters, wears a safety helmet, wears long sleeves and trousers, wears leather gloves on the arms, buckles tight collars, often pushes away the summer heat, suffers from burning sun, works aloft outdoors for a long time, is common family meal of the people, and heatstroke medicines are common medicines for the people, the medicine is taken immediately after discomfort is found, and the patient is rested and then put on the table.
Heatstroke is a common emergency in summer and is a general term for the symptoms of body thermoregulation disturbance, water and electrolyte metabolism disorder and nervous system function damage under the long-term action of high temperature and heat radiation. When the heat production of a human body is greater than the heat dissipation, the heat accumulation in the human body causes the central control of the regulation of the body temperature, the cardiac function is reduced, the cardiac output is reduced, the central venous pressure is increased, the sweat gland function is exhausted, the heat in the human body is further accumulated, the body temperature rises suddenly in a short time, when the body temperature is higher than 41.5 ℃, the high heat causes damage to multiple organs, tissue cell membranes and internal structures of cells, the cell membranes have poor stability, the oxidative phosphorylation of mitochondria is obstructed, the oxygen-dependent metabolic pathway is damaged, the tissue is anoxic, the permeability of tissue capillaries is increased, edema, microcirculation obstruction, water electrolysis of alkali hyaluronate is disturbed, and the multiple organ dysfunction of the heart, the lung, the brain, the kidney, the liver and the like. The reasons for heatstroke are many, except for high temperature and burning sun, the common causes of overstrain, over-dense people, over-strong working strength, over-long time, insufficient sleep, over-fatigue and the like.
The degree of heatstroke can be divided into three stages: the premonitory heatstroke. In high temperature environment, excessive sweating, thirst, dizziness, tinnitus, chest distress, cardiopalmus, nausea, myasthenia of limbs, and inattention, with body temperature not more than 37.5 deg.C; ② mild heatstroke. Has the symptoms of premonitory heatstroke, simultaneously has the body temperature of over 38.5 ℃, and is accompanied with the phenomena of flushing, chest distress, burning skin and the like; or skin wetness and coldness, emesis, blood pressure decrease, and fine and rapid pulse; ③ severe heatstroke. In addition to the above symptoms, syncope or spasm occurs; or no sweating, and body temperature above 40 deg.C. A large amount of dust, which is very high in free silica, is inhaled into the lungs and often cannot be removed from the respiratory tract in a timely and complete manner. Sometimes, though the heatstroke symptom does not appear, the heatstroke appears after a plurality of years after the work is removed, and the heatstroke is often called as 'late heatstroke'; even if the patient in early heatstroke breaks away from dust work, the condition can continue to develop, if no complications exist, the patient can live for a long time, but the patient often loses the labor capacity.
At present, the treatment of the emergency treatment mainly aims at treating secondary symptoms, replenishing water and fluid, injecting chlorpromazine into severe muscles, and the traditional Chinese medicine has deep research on heatstroke and belongs to the categories of summer-heat and summer-heat syncope. Summer-heat refers to an acute febrile disease with rapid transmission in the course of disease, which is caused by pathogenic summer-heat, manifested as high fever, polydipsia, sweating, surging pulse and other syndromes of yang-qi system with extreme heat, and is liable to damage the body fluid and consume qi, and frequent obstruction of the orifices and stirring wind. The occurrence of summer-heat is caused by pathogenic summer-heat induced by attack from the exterior and by deficiency of the healthy qi of the body. Summer-heat is pathogenic fire, heart is fire, and summer-heat is usually absorbed by heart, so in summer-heat process, summer-heat tends to sink heart-ying. In addition, summer-heat can also suddenly block the pericardium, leading to sudden coma, "summer-heat faint", manifested as burning, restlessness, coma, sudden coma, unconsciousness, dyspnea, slight tense of the tooth joints, convulsion of the limbs, deep red tongue and thready and rapid pulse. The pathogenic factors of summer-heat are the exogenous factors causing heatstroke, while the deficiency of healthy qi is the endogenous factor causing the invasion of exogenous factors.
