Abstract

本发明涉及的一种球囊显影的取石导管,包括外管体(1)、顺应性球囊(2)、连接件(6),在连接件上设有导丝入口(3)、球囊扩张口(4)、通液口(5),其特征在于:所述外管体(1)的远端设有一具有自我显影功能的顺应性球囊(2)。该取石导管不用灌注显影液体、整体结构更为简单提高了使用的安全性,;不仅能显示出导管管体部位球囊的纵向位置,而且也能清楚地显示出扩张球囊横向扩张边缘部位的位置,对于临床使用中掌控球囊的扩张半径是极为方便有效的。

Description

一种球囊显影的取石导管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于介入治疗技术的球囊扩张导管,尤其是一种球囊显影的取石导管,属于微创医疗手术器械领域。
背景技术
随着微创手术技术的发展,球囊扩张导管已经广泛地应用在临床医学中,利用X线造影录像技术监视球囊扩张导管在人体某一器官内的运行位置、并最终达到扩张或取石目的。为了确定扩张导管中球囊在人体器官内的准确位置,目前通常的做法是在扩张导管的内管的相应部位设置两个显影环,通过X线造影录像技术确定球囊在导管纵向的分布位置。这种传统结构虽然可以满足部分临床治疗中的要求,但由于它仅仅显示了球囊导管的纵向位置,无法正确地定位球囊的横向扩张度。这对于某些希望能够通过掌握球囊扩张半径,获取其扩张度、以此判断能否包裹结石为目的的治疗目的而言,确是存在一定缺陷的。中国专利文献公开了专利号为ZL94235559.8、发明名称为“显影球囊扩张器”,通过在“薄壁筒状内球囊8的外围套有一个与薄壁筒状内球囊形状相同的薄壁筒状外球囊9,”并在“薄壁筒状内球囊8与薄壁筒状外球囊9之间的缝隙内注有X线阳性显影溶剂7”。期望利用注入在两薄壁间隙之间的显影溶剂显示球囊扩张后在X光透视后的两维、或三维空间位置。
本发明人认为:该技术给出的技术方案虽能具有一定的使用价值,但是其结构过于复杂,而且使用中一旦球囊扩张后,极难保证薄壁筒状内球囊与薄壁筒状外球囊之间缝隙内注有X线阳性显影溶剂分布的均匀性;更何况一但外薄壁筒状外球囊9出现破损,将会导致X线阳性显影溶剂7的外溢,从而引起多余的对手术部位的清洗操作。因此,提出一种具有准确显示扩张球囊在两维、或三维空间显示位置的新型扩张球囊,为临床医学提供更为得心应手的手术器械,就成为研发课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的:旨在提出一种能在X线造影录像显示屏中具有全方位显示球囊位置的球囊显影的取石导管。
这种球囊显影的取石导管,包括外管体1、顺应性球囊2、连接件6,在连接件上设有导丝入口3、球囊扩张口4、通液口5,其特征在于:所述外管体1的远端设有一具有自我显影功能的顺应性球囊2。
所述的顺应性球囊2由高分子弹性材料与不透射线的铋类化合物、硫酸钡或金属钨的混合材料制成。
所述的高分子弹性材料为聚氨酯弹性体、硅胶、尼龙弹性体、天然乳胶中的任一种。
根据以上技术方案提出的这种球囊显影的取石导管,与现有的具有显影功能的球囊导管相比较具有以下优点:
1)不用灌注显影液体、整体结构更为简单提高了使用的安全性,;
2)不仅能显示出导管管体部位球囊的纵向位置,而且也能清楚地显示出扩张球囊横向扩张边缘部位的位置,对于临床使用中掌控球囊的扩张半径是极为方便有效的。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图进一步阐述本发明并给本发明的实施例。
如图1所示的这种球囊显影的取石导管,包括外管体1、顺应性球囊2、连接件6,在连接件上设有导丝入口3、球囊扩张口4、通液口5,其特征在于:所述外管体1的远端设有一具有自我显影功能的顺应性球囊2。采用这种由高分子弹性材料与不透射线的金属或金属化合物的混合材料制作而成的顺应性球囊的好处在于:既不用在管体上设置前后金属显影环,同时又能使整个扩张球囊的三维空间位置在X光显影屏中完全表示出来;这对于临床医生正确判断球囊在患者器官中的确定位置具有重要意义,同时也可指导临床医生进行下一步措施给出正确指向。
所述的顺应性球囊2由高分子弹性材料与不透射线的金属或金属化合物的混合材料制作而成。
所述的金属为钨。
所述的金属化合物为铋类化合物、硫酸钡之中的任意一种。
所述的高分子弹性材料为聚氨酯弹性体、硅胶、尼龙弹性体、天然乳胶中的任一种。
在实际应用中,所设计的外管体1内可以设置一个以上的内通管导,便于安置导丝和输液管,所述的内通管道,既可以为同心的套管形式,也可以是采用非同心的分列形式。

1.一种球囊显影的取石导管,包括外管体(1)、顺应性球囊(2)、连接件(6),在连接件上设有导丝入口(3)、球囊扩张口(4)、通液口(5),其特征在于:所述外管体(1)的远端设有一具有自我显影功能的顺应性球囊(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种球囊显影的取石导管,其特征在于:所述的顺应性球囊(2)由高分子弹性材料与不透射线的金属或金属化合物的混合材料制作而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种球囊显影的取石导管,其特征在于:所述的金属为钨。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种球囊显影的取石导管,其特征在于:所述的金属化合物为铋类化合物、硫酸钡中的任意一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种球囊显影的取石导管,其特征在于:所述的高分子弹性材料为聚氨酯弹性体、硅胶、尼龙弹性体、天然乳胶中的任一种。
