本发明公开了一种天山雪莲保健品及其制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料组成:天山雪莲200-210、烧饼4-5、红酒12-15、桂花糕6-8、芝麻油6-7、鱼肉松5-7、花脸香蘑7-9、青梅粉4-6、山莓8-10、百香果汁10-12、胡萝卜9-11、桑椹1-2、大蓟1-2、桔梗1-2、南瓜藤1-2、覆盆子1-2、水适量、营养助剂15-20;本发明主料使用了天山雪莲,具有温肾助阳、祛风胜湿、通经活血的功效,用于治疗脑血管硬化,改善脑组织的血液循环,增强免疫力,抗疲劳,加入的中药具有滋阴补血、生津润燥、润肠排毒的功效。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种天山雪莲保健品及其制备方法。
背景技术
保健食品具有食品性质,如茶、酒、蜂制品、饮品、汤品、鲜汁、药膳等,具有色、香、形、质要求,一般在剂量上无要求;随着大家健康保健意识的不断增强,保健食品市场也空前的火爆起来。火爆的市场中,各种产品的质量也是参差不齐。现有的保健片功能单一,不能满足人们的需求,需要改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种天山雪莲保健品及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种天山雪莲保健品,是由下述重量份的原料组成:天山雪莲200-210、烧饼4-5、红酒12-15、桂花糕6-8、芝麻油6-7、鱼肉松5-7、花脸香蘑7-9、青梅粉4-6、山莓8-10、百香果汁10-12、胡萝卜9-11、桑椹1-2、大蓟1-2、桔梗1-2、南瓜藤1-2、覆盆子1-2、水适量、营养助剂15-20;
所述的营养助剂由下列重量份原料制成:紫菜3-4、土豆汁5-7、青椒3-4、无花果6-8、绿豆芽5-6、草莓汁12-15、鱿鱼9-10、滑子菇5-7、茯苓1-2、车前草1-2、栀子叶1-2、白豆蔻1-2、黄连花1-2、水适量;
所述的营养助剂的制备方法为:(1)将鱿鱼、茯苓、车前草、栀子叶、白豆蔻、黄连花混合加入适量的水熬煮20-30分钟,过滤得药液,将鱿鱼捞出留作待用;
(2)将(1)中鱿鱼放在草莓汁内浸泡15-20分钟,再将滑子菇、紫菜加入草莓汁内混合打浆,喷雾干燥得粉末;
(3)将土豆汁、青椒、无花果、绿豆芽混合打成浆,离心过滤得滤液,将滤液与(1)(2)中所得物均匀混合。
一种天山雪莲保健品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将桑椹、大蓟、桔梗、南瓜藤、覆盆子混合加入适量的水熬煮20-30分钟,过滤得滤液;
(2)将桂花糕和烧饼放在红酒内浸泡10-15分钟,捞出后烘干磨成粉;
(3)将花脸香蘑放在百香果汁内浸泡15-20分钟,捞出后与青梅粉、鱼肉松混合捣成酱,再烘干磨成粉;
(4)将山莓和胡萝卜打成浆,过滤得滤液;
(5)将除天山雪莲以外的其它剩余原料与(1)(2)(3)(4)中所得物混合得混合浆液,将混合浆液均匀喷洒在天山雪莲上,烘干即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明主料使用了天山雪莲,具有温肾助阳、祛风胜湿、通经活血的功效,用于治疗脑血管硬化,改善脑组织的血液循环,增强免疫力,抗疲劳,加入的中药具有滋阴补血、生津润燥、润肠排毒的功效。
