Abstract

本发明提供一种防板边元件短路的印刷电路板,包括一基板、至少一设置在基板的边缘上的狭长空隙。该狭长空隙处于基板与一外接电子元件的引脚的接插位置,该狭长空隙在印刷电路板进行排版时采用不铺铜设计,而在生产时,该狭长空隙内的铜箔被切除。本发明的印刷电路板通过排版设计,将板边元件下方的铜箔切除,从而使有可能发生短路的两个元件有效的避开,提高了印刷电路板的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷电路板,尤其涉及一种防板边元件短路的印刷电路板。
背景技术
印刷电路板在工厂制作加工时,每一个印刷电路板都要经过切割处理,故在PCB板的边缘上会有小面积铜箔裸露。而具有较长引脚的元件由于需要达到结构设计的要求,就要采用焊接在印刷电路板边缘的方式。这样一来,引脚与裸露的铜箔接触时,就会发生短路的现象,从而降低印刷电路板质量。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防板边元件短路的印刷电路板。
一种防板边元件短路的印刷电路板,包括一基板、至少一设置在基板的边缘上的狭长空隙。该狭长空隙处于基板与一外接电子元件的引脚的接插位置,该狭长空隙在印刷电路板进行排版时采用不铺铜设计,而在生产时,该狭长空隙内的铜箔被切除。
本发明的印刷电路板通过排版设计,将板边元件下方的铜箔切除,从而使有可能发生短路的两个元件有效的避开,提高了印刷电路板的质量。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,是本发明较佳实施方式下的防板边元件短路的印刷电路板的结构示意图。印刷电路板10与一电子元件20焊接在一起。该电子元件20包括若干引脚201。
印刷电路板10包括一基板100、若干印制导线101、至少一与引脚201进行焊接的焊点102。印制导线101与焊点102连接。印刷电路板10还包括至少一设置在基板100的边缘的狭长空隙103,该狭长空隙103处于基板100与电子元件的引脚201的接插位置。
图2为图1所示的印刷电路板10沿基板100的II-IV线的侧边外观图。狭长空隙103设置在焊点102与引脚201正下方。该狭长空隙103在印刷电路板10进行排版时采用不铺铜设计,而在生产印刷电路板10时,该狭长空隙103内的铜箔被切除,杜绝了引脚201与印刷电路板10上的铜箔接触,从而使有可能发生短路的引脚201与印刷电路板10的铜箔有效的避开,提高了印刷电路板10质量。
在本发明优选实施方式下,引脚201可用于接正电压、负电压或接地,而狭长空隙设置在非接地的引脚与基板100的接插位置。

Claims (3)

1.一种防板边元件短路的印刷电路板,包括一基板,其特征在于,该印刷电路板还包括至少一设置在基板的边缘上的狭长空隙,该狭长空隙处于基板与一外接电子元件的引脚的接插位置,该狭长空隙在印刷电路板进行排版时采用不铺铜设计,而在生产时,该狭长空隙内的铜箔被切除。
2.如权利要求1所述的印刷电路板,其特征在于,该印刷电路板还包括至少一与所述外接电子元件的引脚进行焊接的焊点及若干与焊点连接的印制导线,该狭长空隙设置在焊点与引脚正下方。
3.如权利要求1所述的印刷电路板,其特征在于,该狭长空隙设置在非接地的引脚与基板的接插位置。
