技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分所述特征的用于车辆的车轮轴承盖和一种具有权利要求8前序部分所述特征的车轮轴承。
背景技术
从显然的使用经验公知了用于车辆的车轮轴承盖,传感器单元可插入到该车轮轴承盖中。在此,所述车轮轴承盖是由热塑性塑料制成的。
为了所述车轮轴承盖牢固地保持安装在它们的被设置的座中,这些车轮轴承盖通常具有板环,该板环是车轮轴承盖的部件,并且该板环给予车轮轴承盖所必需的刚性。
为了监控车轮的转速而公知:传感器单元可设置在车轮轴承盖上。传感器单元在此例如安放到车轮轴承盖的贯通开口中。
为了牢固地安装传感器单元,在车轮轴承盖中可以设置金属螺纹插件,固定所述传感器单元的螺钉可拧入到所述螺纹插件中。
总之,附加的金属构件例如板环和螺纹插件必须在此与车轮轴承盖耗费地牢固连接并且还具有比较大的重量。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是提供一种车轮轴承盖和一种相应的用于车辆的车轮轴承,其中减少了所述缺点。本发明通过独立权利要求的技术特征来解决该任务。在从属权利要求2至7中说明本发明的优点和对发明重要的设计方案及改进方案。
由此,为了解决该任务,根据本发明提出了一种车轮轴承盖,传感器单元可插入到车轮轴承盖中,其中,所述车轮轴承盖是由塑料材料制成的,并且其中,所述塑料材料实施为热固性塑料。
附加地,为了解决该任务,根据本发明提出一种用于车辆的车轮轴承,其中,所述车轮轴承包括车轮轴承盖,传感器单元可插入到所述车轮轴承盖中,并且其中,所述车轮轴承盖是用塑料材料制造的而且所述塑料材料实施为热固性塑料。
通过设置热固性塑料作为用于车轮轴承盖的塑料材料可以取消使用通常被设置用于车轮轴承盖的固定座的板环。此外,额外的螺纹插入构件也不强制需要,传感器单元通过所述额外的螺纹插入构件固定在车轮轴承盖上。
代替设置具有螺纹的额外的插入构件,螺纹在需要时可直接通过热固性塑料来实现或形成并且所述传感器单元然后能够通过热固性塑料中的该螺纹固定在车轮轴承盖上。在另一实施方式中此外可设置一螺纹插件,但是可以完全地取消板环。
附加地可以通过热固性塑料改善制造公差的尺寸稳定性,由此提高了密封性。
总之,所述车轮轴承盖通过热固性塑料材料能够明显更简单地构型和制造。
所述传感器单元优选实施为车轮转速传感器或ABS传感器并且在车轮轴承中监控车轮的运转行为。所述车轮轴承盖优选能够用压配合与车辆的车轮轴承连接。
通过热固性塑料的高强度可实现压配合,而不存在所述压配合例如能够基于塑料的蠕变过程而不希望地松脱的危险。
所述车轮轴承盖优选通过浇铸法制造。通过适当的成形,所述车轮轴承盖可以连同用于传感器单元的接收部和螺纹在一个步骤中制作。
此外,根据本发明的车轮轴承盖对于螺纹相对彼此的尺寸稳定性是有利的。所述螺纹优选直接模制在一部件上,从而使得不必考虑所述螺纹插件的公差,公差链可被减少。
此外,所述传感器单元的固定是更功能可靠和耐用的,因为不再存在如下的相互连接的部件,这些相互连接的部件可能在某些情况下相互松脱。
因为不再需要其它不同材料的构件,例如金属螺纹插件或者板环,所以所述车轮轴承盖优选完全由热固性塑料制成。相应地,对于所述车轮轴承盖优选不再设置金属/塑料接合构件。

具体实施方式
图1示出了未画出的车辆的车轮轴承2,车轮轴承盖1套装到该车轮轴承2上。车轮轴承盖1在此根据现有技术构造并由热塑性塑料制成。
车轮轴承2包括法兰内环3,法兰内环与一周向侧布置的法兰外环4以及一轴承内环8构成一斜球轴承9。图2以细节图的方式示出了图1的车轮轴承盖1的一截段10。
斜球轴承9在此包括两列滚珠和一布置在其间的保持架。轴承内环8布置在法兰内环3的圆周上并且由两列滚珠中的一列滚珠环绕。
另一列滚珠环绕法兰内环3,两列滚珠在外面由法兰外环4围绕。除法兰外环4和法兰内环3外还布置一密封元件7。
在法兰内环3上在外圆周上设置用于螺钉或销栓的孔,未示出的车轮可以与法兰内环3通过这些孔被拧紧或固定在该法兰内环上。
法兰外环4也具有孔,这些孔用于使法兰外环4与车轮拧紧。但是,在图1至3中未示出这些孔。
在车轮轴承2的背离未示出车轮的侧上,车轮轴承盖1以压配合固定在法兰外环4上。未示出的ABS传感器单元集成在车轮轴承盖1中,该ABS传感器单元通过输入线路而与车辆电子器件连接。
车轮轴承盖1具有传感器接收部11以接收传感器单元。尤其如图2中能识别的那样,车轮轴承盖1为此具有螺纹插件5和板环12。
板环12用于确保车轮轴承盖1的压配合,这是因为热塑性材料通常可以例如基于蠕变过程而从压配合中脱出。传感器单元例如可以通过螺钉固定在螺纹插件5的螺纹6中。
图3示出了车轮轴承盖1的相同截段,然而图3中的车轮轴承盖根据本发明是由热固性塑料材料制成的。以该方式不再需要板环12并且螺纹6可直接设置在车轮轴承盖1的热固性塑料基本材料中。
额外的螺纹插件5不是强制性必需的并且车轮轴承盖1可以因此在需要时直接在一个步骤中例如以浇铸法与螺纹一起由一种材料制成。
通过根据本发明的车轮轴承盖1由此能够总体上减少部件数目。此外还使重量和后勤耗费降低。

Claims (8)

1.用于车辆的车轮轴承盖(1),其中,一传感器单元能够插入到所述车轮轴承盖(1)中并且所述车轮轴承盖(1)由塑料材料制成,其特征在于,所述塑料材料实施为热固性塑料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轴承盖(1),其特征在于,所述车轮轴承盖(1)具有螺纹(6),所述螺纹通过所述热固性塑料形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车轮轴承盖(1),其特征在于,所述传感器单元能够通过所述螺纹(6)固定在所述车轮轴承盖(1)上。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承盖(1),其特征在于,所述传感器单元实施为车轮转速传感器。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承盖(1),其特征在于,所述车轮轴承盖能够利用压配合与所述车辆的一车轮轴承(2)连接。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承盖(1),其特征在于,所述车轮轴承盖(1)通过浇铸法制造。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承盖(1),其特征在于,所述车轮轴承盖(1)完全由所述热固性塑料制成。
8.用于车辆的车轮轴承(2),其中,所述车轮轴承包括一车轮轴承盖(1),一传感器单元能够插入到所述车轮轴承盖(1)中并且所述车轮轴承盖(1)由塑料材料制成,其特征在于,所述塑料材料实施为热固性塑料。
