技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有设置了电导体轨迹的柔性片状元件的电子设备,电导体轨迹包括至少一个用于电源供应和/或数据传输的端子。
背景技术
带有柔性片状元件的电路布置能够代替电路板。片状元件包括电导体轨迹。一些组件能够与这些柔性片状元件上的电导体轨迹连接并设置在片状元件上。这种电路布置中,柔性片状元件需要一个端子以接通电源,从而运行组件。
现有技术中,电端子线路以对应独立部件插入的方式通过两段式插入连接器与片状元件连接。一般来说,其中一个接触端是通过在柔性片状元件的电导体轨迹上设置固定的金属舌或镀有金属层的区域来实现。另一个接触端是通过与端子线路电连接并嵌入塑料壳的金属弹簧实现。通过插入操作在两个插拔部件之间形成机械锁合。
插入连接器作为附加部件,必须通过工序进行制造,还必须与柔性片状元件连接。
设置电导体轨迹(或金属薄片)的柔性片状元件能够包括多种电子或机械功能。设置了电导体轨迹的片状元件必须与电子线路连接以进行电压供应和/或数据交换。一般来说,柔性片状元件安装在刚性载体元件上。通常使用前述插拔方式来形成电接触。一个插拔部件设置在电源线路端,另一个插拔部件设置在与如金属薄片接触的片状元件上。电接触是在独立的组装步骤中实现。这样装置中机械固定完整的载体件。这个机械安装形成第二组装步骤。一般来说,插拔系统价格昂贵且需要该领域的专业公司进行制造。
本领域的技术人员需要创造新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明基于对前述设置连接简化端子(例如电源)的电子装置在线路布置方面进一步进行研发的需求。
根据本发明,带有外露导体轨迹的片状元件的一部分形成端子,与之对应的位置固定设置接触端。
根据本发明,用以提供电源的柔性片状元件的端子借助片状元件自身形成。片状元件上的电导体轨迹外露,使得电连接的一个端子已经设定形成。电连接的另一个端子(如配对端子)设置在对应导体轨迹对应的位置,这样就建立电接触,为片状元件中的导体轨迹提供电压/电流。这样就省去了插拔元件。柔性片状元件的电源设置得到简化,从而也就不需要电源的制造工序了。
根据本发明一个实施例,外露的导体轨迹设置在支撑层上。支撑层稳定地支撑导体轨迹部分使得配对端子能够以一定的压力抵靠在导体轨迹上。配对端子不会将导体轨迹推开。相反,由于它们在压力下固定设置,故能在导体轨迹和配对端子之间形成安全的接触。支撑层例如可以是弹簧片(leafspring)。弹簧片在组装后可以设置压痕。
在一个实施例中,支撑层可以由弹性材料制成的主体制成,例如可以是微孔泡沫胶层(moss rubber layer)。支撑层通过粘胶或层压的方式紧固地连接到导体轨迹的外露部分。弹簧片可以由金属制成,但弹性金属薄片同样适用于该方案。
为了进一步提高导体轨迹和配对端子之间的连接,根据本发明一个实施例,配对端子包括一个能够使支撑层产生偏移的形状结构。使用这种配对端子使支撑层发生偏移,使得金属薄片的外露的导体轨迹设置在配对端子和支撑层之间。以此加强和保证安全接触。
在一个实施例中,配对端子自身设置为某种点状形状,嵌入触点支持物中,可使支撑层发生偏移。触点支持物使支撑层偏移/弹性变形(deflect),配对端子藉此牢靠地抵压在外露的导体轨迹上。由于配对端子是点状形状,公差配合能够同时达到要求,导体轨迹可以据此制作得更宽,使得当配对端子和导体轨迹的组装发生偏差时,同样能够形成安全的接触。
使支撑层发生偏移的触点支持物可以设置为球茎形状,这使得支撑层(如弹簧片)向外凸出。
本装置在一个组装步骤中完成电接触和机械连接。接触区域的尺寸设置为能够补偿组装时组件之间的公差。接触连接的两端能够被独立设置。接触区域形成的位置公差由相应的尺寸予以补偿。带有支撑层的柔性片状元件是形成电接触的独立柔性组件。仅有片状组件适用于这种接触。避免使用预成形弹簧及其组件。制造这些薄片导体轨迹可以使用批量生产工艺。这样就方便地形成较低的结构高度。接触区域结构设置为简单地密封方式,从而省略了附加组件。
本发明中,上述优选条件在符合本领域常识的基础上可任意组合,即得本发明各较佳实施例。

具体实施方式
本发明将参照附图以各种实施例的方式进行说明。在说明书附图中,具有类似结构或功能的元件将用相同的元件符号表示。附图中的部件大小和特点只是为了便于说明和揭示本发明的各个实施例,并不是要对本发明进行穷尽性的说明,也不是对本发明的范围进行限制。
图1是根据本发明一个实施例示出了柔性片状元件的示意性结构。在该实施例中,柔性片状元件设置为薄片(foil)1。薄片1包括电导体轨迹2。薄片1上设置模块3。
薄片1装配有端子4代表电源装置向模块3供电。端子4示出与薄片1相连的触点,该触点暴露在外界,例如带状导体轨迹2’。
图2示出了内置柔性片状元件1的形状如壳体5的组件中,在壁部7中设置开口6。开口6设置在布置有外露导体轨迹2’的薄片1的对应部分。
图2还示出了设置在球茎形触点支持物9内的配对端子8。如图4所示,触点支持物9嵌入开口6内。端子8设置在导体轨迹2’上,从而建立电接触。
图5示出了配对端子8通过触点支持物9并沿着触点支持物9的表面设置。端子8的端部体8’铺设在触点支持物9的球茎形表面。导体轨迹2抵着端部体8’设置。如图2所示,将触点支持物9安装在上面后形成定位。配对端子8的端部体8’设置在导体轨迹2’上,凭借球茎形的触点支持物9,端体部8’和导体轨迹2’之间形成相对移动。这样便利地在导体轨迹2上施加了一定的摩擦力,借助摩擦,氧化层或其它颗粒(如灰尘)便被除去。
带有导体轨迹2’的薄片1受到配对端子8所在区域内的支撑层10的支撑。支撑层10由弹性材料组成,例如可以是一个弹簧片。这个材料在与触点支持物9支撑下的端部体8’接触中发生偏移(deflect),从而导致导体轨迹2’更加紧密地与端部体8’结合。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护构思范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种包括电导体轨迹的柔性片状元件的电子设备,包括用以供应电源或传输数据的至少一个端子,其特征在于,所述端子由带有外露导体轨迹(2’)的片状元件(1)的一部分形成,对应该端子设置有配对端子(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括用于支撑所述外露导体轨迹(2’)的支撑层(10)。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑层(10)是弹簧片。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子设备,其特征在于,弹簧片上设置凹痕。
5.如权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,支撑层(10)为弹性材料体。
6.如权利要求3至5任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述配对端子(8)包括使支撑层(10)偏移的形状。
7.如权利要求3或4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述配对端子(8)自身包括点状形状结构并嵌入使支撑层(10)偏移的触点支持物(9)。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述触点支持物(9)包括球茎结构形状。
9.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述配对端子(8)与所述至少一个端子直接接触以实现电连接。
