本发明属于饮料技术领域,特别是涉及一种木耳保健饮品。
背景技术
木耳含蛋白质、脂肪、多糖和钙、磷、铁等元素以及胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸等,还含磷脂、固醇等营养素。木耳营养丰富,被誉为“菌中之冠”,每100克木耳中,水分占93%,另含蛋白质0.5克、碳水化合物7克,能提供104.7千焦的热量。木耳能帮助消化系统将无法消化的异物溶解,能有效预防缺铁性贫血、血栓、动脉硬化和冠心病,还具有补气养血、润肺止咳、止血、降压、防癌抗癌的作用。
磁化水是保健水经磁化处理的水其溶氧量、酶的活性和生物膜的通透性明显提高,磁化水不仅可以杀死多种细菌和病毒,还能治疗多种疾病。例如磁化水对治疗各种结石病症(胆结石、膀胱结石、肾结石等)、胃病、高血压、糖尿病及感冒等均有疗效。对于没病的人来说,常饮磁化水还能起到防病健身的作用,磁化水有明显的灭菌作用常饮磁化水可有效保护胃粘膜,防治应激性胃肠溃疡病变:含漱磁化水可治疗牙周病,预防口腔疾病;有效治疗皮肤瘙痒和脚气病,全面调理人体的血液循环系统、消化系统、内分泌系统和神经机能,全面提升机体的抗病能力和抗衰老能力。不仅如此,经长期实践证明。

本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种以木耳汤液为主要原料、营养丰富、口味怡人,含有人体有益成分易以吸收的木耳保健饮品。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
一种木耳保健饮品,它是由下列重量份的原料制成:木耳300-320份、银耳120-140份、冰溏50-70份、莲子40-50份、槐花25-35份、蒲公英15-25份;
所述木耳保健饮品包括如下步骤:
(1)将木耳洗净,放入木耳重量5倍量的磁化水中浸泡90-120min,加入冰溏先用大火煮沸改用文火煮30-40min,将煮好的木耳汤一同放入打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到木耳汤液;
(2)将银耳洗净,放入银耳重量3倍量的磁化水中浸泡100-130min,先用大火煮沸改用文火煮30-50min,将煮好的银耳汤一同放入打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到银耳汤液;
(3)取配料中的莲子放入超微粉碎机进行粉碎,得到莲子粉;
(4)取槐花、蒲公英分别洗净、晾干、切碎、混合,加入混合料重量12倍量的磁化水和步骤(3)得到的莲子粉,用文火煎煮120-150min,滤去混合料渣得混合药液;
(5)将步骤(1)得到的木耳汤液、步骤(2)得到的银耳汤液和步骤(4)得到的混合药液混合,并将混合液加温至40-50℃,在压强为20-25MPa条件下用均质机进行均质;
(6)将均质后的混合液进行巴氏灭菌处理,每罐310ml封装。
本发明中原料的作用如下:
莲子:味甘、涩、平,归心、脾、肾、胃、肝、膀胱经,补脾止泻、益肾固精、养心安神;
槐花:味苦、性微寒,归肝、肺、心、大肠经,凉血止血、清肝明目;
蒲公英:味苦、甘、性寒,归肝、胃经,清热解毒、消痈散结。
本发明相比现有技术具有的有益效果是:提供了一种以木耳汤液为主要原料加以莲子、槐花、蒲公英辅料溶于磁化水中,该饮品具有木耳中所含丰富的营养成分,常饮具有补气养血、润肺止咳、降压、防癌抗癌的作用,对人体无毒副作用,口味怡人,且溶于磁化水中易以吸收对人体有多重保健功效的木耳保健饮品。

实施例1
本实施例所述的木耳保健饮品,它是由下列重量份的原料制成:木耳300-320份、银耳120-140份、冰溏50-70份、莲子40-50份、槐花25-35份、蒲公英15-25份;
所述木耳保健饮品包括如下步骤:

(2)将银耳洗净,放入银耳重量3倍量的磁化水中浸泡100-130min,先用大火煮沸改用文火煮30-50min,将煮好的银耳汤一同放入打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到银耳汤液;
(3)取配料中的莲子放入超微粉碎机进行粉碎,得到莲子粉;
