本发明公开一种丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒,由红细胞裂解液、DNA提取液、检测体系PCR反应液和检测IL28Brs12980275多态性的引物组成,所述检测体系PCR反应液包括dNTP,用于PCR反应的Tag酶,缓冲反应液;所述检测IL28Brs12980275多态性的引物分为上下游,上游引物序列为GTAGGGGGAATCATACAGCATT;下游引物序列为GAGAGTTCTGGAGATTGCTTGC;该丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒拥有灵敏度高,稳定性好,操作简单,成本低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒及其检测方法。
背景技术
丙型肝炎是丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染所引起的疾病,主要经血源性传播。临床表现有发热、消化道症状及肝功能异常等。与乙型肝炎类似,但较轻。多数病例呈亚临床型,慢性化程度较为严重,也可导致暴发性肝衰竭。目前临床检测丙型肝炎的方法有很多,主要分为血清胆红素测定,血清酶测定,蛋白代谢功能测验,凝血酶原时间及活动度测定,脂质代谢有关测验等等。目前所有的丙型肝炎病毒的试剂灵敏度不高,稳定性不强,并且部分成本高昂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种灵敏度高,稳定性好,操作简单,成本低的丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒,所述丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒由红细胞裂解液、DNA提取液、检测体系PCR反应液和检测IL28Brs12980275多态性的引物组成,所述检测体系PCR反应液包括dNTP,用于PCR反应的Tag酶,缓冲反应液;所述检测IL28Brs12980275多态性的引物分为上下游,上游引物序列为GTAGGGGGAATCATACAGCATT;下游引物序列为GAGAGTTCTGGAGATTGCTTGC。
本发明的一种丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒及其检测方法的有益效果是:灵敏度高,稳定性好,操作简单,成本低。

实施例1:
一种丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒,所述丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒由红细胞裂解液、DNA提取液、检测体系PCR反应液和检测IL28Brs12980275多态性的引物组成,所述检测体系PCR反应液包括dNTP,用于PCR反应的Tag酶,缓冲反应液;所述检测IL28Brs12980275多态性的引物分为上下游,上游引物序列为GTAGGGGGAATCATACAGCATT;下游引物序列为GAGAGTTCTGGAGATTGCTTGC。
实验例:
实验对象:200名患丙型肝炎程度不同的患者。
实验方法:200名患者全部用本发明的丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒检测。
实验结果:通过本发明的丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒检测,所有患者都成功地检测出来丙型肝炎病毒。
由实验结果可知,使用本丙型肝炎病毒的试剂盒检测率很高,灵敏度高,稳定性好,操作简单,成本低。
