Description

制造橡胶拦河堰主体的方法
本发明涉及一种制造袋状橡胶拦河堰主体的方法,该橡胶拦河堰主体可由涌入的河水抬升,使之横越河面从而形成一拦河堰,并且在河水排出时下落从而使河中的水流自由流淌。
由于橡胶拦河堰尺寸的增加,就需要设置对它进行一次性加工的大型设备,其结果可导致设备成本增加。另外,当工地位于山区内部时,仅橡胶拦河堰主体的运输问题就难以解决。
为了解决上述问题,通常采用的制造主体的方法是:通过将橡胶拦河堰主体周向分开而预先做成主体段,然后再将这些主体段连接起来。这项现有技术(已经审定的日本专利公开文本HEI3-35098)可结合附图8进行说明。
也就是说橡胶拦河堰主体是通过下述步骤制出的,即在预先硫化并模压的橡胶拦河堰主体段01的边缘形成一阶梯状的物料去除部分;通过一未硫化的橡胶03将内设加强材料的橡胶板02固定在橡胶拦河堰主体段的物料去除部分上,将所述橡胶板02预先硫化并模压从而使之与物料去除部分的形状相配合;然后它们硫化并接合。
但是这种方法要求使用者必须准备预先硫化的内设加强材料的橡胶板02,因而使生产工序和成本增加。
另外,当橡胶拦河堰主体段01边缘的物料没有被精确除去时,即使在主体段和橡胶板间设有未硫化的橡胶也不能使预先硫化的橡胶板与主体段准确贴合,因而可能会形成缝隙04。此外,当未硫化橡胶03的数量不令人满意而要进行调整时也会产生缝隙04,这类缝隙可引起橡胶拦河堰主体的分离和断裂。
除此之外,将橡胶拦河堰主体段01硫化并由预先硫化的内设加强材料的橡胶板02使其相互接合;但是此时橡胶板02被再次硫化,从而使其过度硫化并使其物理性能变差。结果,仅在连接部分形成一具有很高刚性的平板状部分,因此橡胶拦河堰主体在抬升时很难形成一平滑曲面。
本发明正是在考虑上述情况的基础上作出的,并且本发明的目的在于提供一种制造橡胶拦河堰主体的方法,该方法能减少传统的生产工序并可在不扩大设备规模的条件下使橡胶拦河堰主体段准确接合。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种制造橡胶拦河堰主体的方法,该方法通过将至少两个沿周向彼此分开的主体段整体接合而制造出一种当液体涌入时抬升而当液体排出时下落的橡胶拦河堰主体,该方法包括以下步骤:在预先制出的橡胶拦河堰主体段边缘形成一个阶梯状的物料去除部分;将橡胶拦河堰主体段在其边缘处彼此相互邻接;在位于两个彼此接触的橡胶拦河堰主体段之间的物料去除部分上层压内设加强粗帆布的未硫化橡胶板及一块未硫化的橡胶板;然后将它们一同硫化并接合起来。
通过使用内设加强粗帆布的未硫化橡胶板可减少生产工序。另外,当橡胶拦河堰主体段的物料去除部分没有精确成形时,由于内设加强粗帆布的未硫化橡胶板可与物料去除部分配合,因而可填补缝隙并由此而防止橡胶拦河堰主体的分离和断裂。
由于用未硫化的橡胶板来连接橡胶拦河堰主体段并使之硫化/彼此接合,因而可防止任何过硫化部分的形成并由此生产出整体上基本均匀的橡胶拦河堰主体。

图8是传统橡胶拦河堰主体连接部分的侧视剖面图。
下面结合图1至5对本发明的一个实施例进行描述。
该实施例中的橡胶拦河堰主体为下述型式,即将一块板料折叠成两层从而形成一袋状型式。如图1所示,首先预先制造形成橡胶拦河堰主体的上、下主体段1。
将橡胶拦河堰主体段1制成一块矩形板并且另制造一块由矩形板折叠成两层的折叠段1a。
具有上述形状的橡胶拦河堰主体段1和1a是通过分别地硫化和模压而预先制造出来的。
然后将橡胶拦河堰主体段1的连接部分连同其内设置的加强粗帆布一道逐级剥落以使其依次变窄。(参见图2)。
将连接部分的剥落表面稍加磨光,并将整个剥落表面与厚度均为0.5mm的薄橡胶板粘结。
其次,通过将相邻橡胶拦河堰主体段1的边缘彼此邻接而使经过剥离的物料去除部分形成多个阶梯状部分(如图3所示),这些阶梯状部分在集中于邻接表面的同时不断地向上加宽。在每块未硫化的橡胶板2中均设有一加强粗帆布,将这些橡胶板2顺序固定并层压在上述阶梯状部分上。
在不断接近上层的过程中依次使用内设加强粗帆布的渐宽橡胶板2,并且当出现缝隙时可用单独准备的未硫化橡胶板或橡胶绳来填补缝隙。
在最外层上层压一块用作外层的未硫化橡胶板3用以调整整个部件的厚度。
橡胶拦河堰主体的上段1和下段1均通过在连接部分安装内设加强粗帆布的橡胶板2和橡胶板3而彼此联结,在将每块分隔板4放置在上述上、下主体段之间的同时,这些上、下主体段彼此搭接(参见图4)。
然后将折叠的主体段1a与上板和下板的单侧端部连接,其搭接方式与上述方式相同,而这些上、下主体段的另一端则做成是开放的。
上、下接合处位于同一位置,并且每组接合处由一块硫化热板5垂直地夹住以便硫化和接合。
这样上、下结合处可同时硫化并接合。
将所获得的橡胶拦河堰主体10以下述方式放置在河床上,即使其上述开口端朝向上游并使其横置在河中,并且在上、下开口端相互搭接的同时将橡胶拦河堰主体10固定在河床上。
通过涌入袋状橡胶拦河堰主体10之内的水流可使橡胶拦河堰主体10膨胀并抬升(如图5所示),从而使河中的水流得到限制;橡胶拦河堰主体10通过排水而下落从而使河水自由流动。
在橡胶拦河堰主体10中将多个沿周向彼此间隔设置的结合处11朝向河的宽度方向。但是,由于将未硫化的橡胶板2和3硫化并接合,所以不用担心仅在结合处的过度硫化会使其刚性增加。因此,橡胶拦河堰主体10大体上具有基本均匀的性能,并可在升起时形成光滑的曲面,从而毫不困难地调节河中的水流量。
另外,当将橡胶板2固定在橡胶拦河堰主体段1和1a的物料去除部分上时,橡胶拦河堰主体段1和1a的物料去除部分不需要精确制造,这是因为内设加强粗帆布的橡胶板2未经硫化并可产生变形以使之与主体段的物料去除部分相配合,此外,由于产生的微小间隙可用未硫化的橡胶绳或类似物填塞,因此不会在物料去除部分内产生任何缝隙,这可消除在硫化和接合之后出现橡胶拦河堰主体分离和断裂的可能性。
由于内设加强粗帆布的橡胶板2不需要预先进行硫化处理,故而可减少工序并降低成本。
橡胶拦河堰各主体段1和1a可在硫化和接合之前单独运至工地并可在工地附近进行硫化和接合,最后加工成橡胶拦河堰主体。
因此即使是建筑大规模的橡胶拦河堰,也不需要运送大尺寸的橡胶拦河堰主体,并且即使工地位于山区内部或道路等运输条件很差的地方也可将橡胶拦河堰建造起来。
另外,利用现有的设备和简单的连接装置便可生产出不能用传统方式获得的大尺寸橡胶拦河堰主体。
在上述实施例中,阶梯状去除部分成形于橡胶拦河堰主体段1的单侧表面;但是,从图6可知,阶梯状去除部分可成形于橡胶拦河堰主体段的两侧并可将内设加强材料的未硫化橡胶板固定在上、下去除部分上从而使之硫化并接合。
使用这种结构可使最大连接宽度d小于上述实施例的最大连接宽度,这有助于减小硫化中所使用的热板尺寸。
另外,在上述实施例中,橡胶拦河堰主体具有折叠结构;但是本发明也可适用于将不折叠的板作成袋状的情况下。
即,将全部由未折叠板组成的橡胶拦河堰主体段21依次硫化并接合从而形成一袋状橡胶拦河堰主体20(如图7所示)。

Claims (4)

1.一种制造橡胶拦河堰主体的方法,该方法通过将至少两个沿周向彼此分开的主体段整体接合而制造一种橡胶拦河堰的主体,所述橡胶拦河堰主体可由涌入的水流抬升并通过水流的排出而下降,所述方法包括以下步骤:
在所述预先制造的橡胶拦河堰主体段的边缘形成一带有阶梯状部分的物料去除部分;
将所述橡胶拦河堰主体段在其所述边缘相互邻接;
在位于两个彼此接触的橡胶拦河堰主体段间的所述物料去除部分上层压内设加强粗帆布的未硫化橡胶板及一块未硫化橡胶板;并且
将由上一步骤生产出的工件整体硫化并接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造橡胶拦河堰主体的方法,其特征在于,所述物料去除部分位于所述橡胶拦河堰主体段的单侧表面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制造橡胶拦河堰主体的方法,其特征在于,所述物料去除部分位于所述橡胶拦河堰主体段的两侧表面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制造橡胶拦河堰主体的方法,其特征在于,在包含层压在所述物料去除部分上的加强粗帆布的所述未硫化橡胶板的外侧上层压一未硫化的橡胶板。
